The manual grading of exam scripts is a labor-intensive process, often plagued by subjectivity and inconsistency. This study presents an innovative approach to automating the evaluation of exam scripts using the Large Language Model (LLM) integrated with Zero-Shot Learning (ZSL) and Generative AI. Our system leverages the capabilities of GPT-4 to generate and evaluate answers, applying similarity measures to ensure accuracy and fairness in grading. The model's adaptability through ZSL allows it to assess new questions without additional training. The system also incorporates iterative refinement techniques to enhance the quality of standard answers over time. Performance evaluations demonstrate a low error rate, with an average relative error of 1.29% for annotated questions and 1.67% for non-annotated questions compared to human graders. The performance underscores the automated system's transformative potential in revolutionizing educational assessments, offering a consistent, fair, and highly efficient alternative to traditional grading methods. © 2024 IEEE.

In the realm of global computer security, safeguarding sensitive data and computer systems stands as an ongoing challenge. Striking the delicate balance between convenient access for legitimate users and thwarting imposter attacks is imperative. Traditional authentication methods, primarily reliant on username and password schemes, have been the longstanding cornerstone of cyber system authentication. Yet, this conventional approach is marred by inherent vulnerabilities, including password exchange, shoulder surfng, brute force attacks, dictionary attacks, speculation, phishing, and emerging threats. In response to these shortcomings, biometrics technology has emerged as a reliable alternative for authentication and verification, with Keystroke Dynamics being a well-established method. This research advances Keystroke Dynamics-based authentication through cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. A quantitative assessment demonstrates remarkable results - Machine Learning achieves 99.9% accuracy with the Random Forest model, Deep Learning combines CNN with GRU to reach 99.31% accuracy, and the DBN model registers at 98.01%. In the realm of neural networks, Bi-CNN and FFM-NN excel, with accuracy rates of 96.8% and 94.7%, respectively. These findings lay the foundation for robust, secure authentication systems, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and computer assets in our interconnected world. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. Customer churn, defined as customer defection is a big problem for businesses in today's competition. This paper takes an in-depth look at the application of machine learning (ML) in customer churn prediction to identify the best models for various industries. quantitative performance metrics of seven commonly used machine learning algorithms: Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), AdaBoost, and XGBoost. The theoretical background, application context, and performance evaluation of each model are examined, focusing on precision, accuracy, recall, and F1 score. Evaluation of the performance of the model on different business data is also done to ensure that the application is real in the world. This comparison shows the advantages and disadvantages of each model and guides providers in their selection based on the specific needs of the business and profile features. Additionally, this paper explores future changes in predictions and highlights the changing role of machine learning technologies, especially deep learning, in improving the accuracy of predictions and personalization. This review is very useful for professionals and experts;It provides a better understanding of the current machine learning model for customer churn prediction and provides insight into future research and practical applications. ©2024 IEEE.

The emergence of 5G technology has ushered in a new era of connectivity, making communications faster and cheaper. One of the main challenges of 5G networks is accuracy and efficiency, which are important for many applications such as driver less cars, smart cities and virtual reality. This research paper explores the integration of machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and reliability of 5G infrastructure. The plan uses rich data generated by 5G networks, combining various parameters such as signal strength, flight time and angle of arrival. Machine learning algorithms are used to process this data and create good models for the correct location. The system is designed to adapt to dynamic and complex urban environments where traditional methods often encounter limitations. The main contribution of this research includes the development of a new machine learning-based distribution algorithm suitable for 5G networks, a comprehensive evaluation of performance comparison with the existing system, and evaluation of recommendations for feasibility and implementation. The results showed significant improvements in accuracy and reliability, demonstrating the potential of machine learning to revolutionize the 5G workplace. © 2024 IEEE.

A critical first step in many applications, including augmented reality, document analysis, and scene comprehension, is text detection from images. Even though text identification for the English language has advanced significantly, there are particular difficulties when applying these methods to languages such as Bengali because of variations in script, morphology, and typographic characteristics. This article offers a wonderful method for leveraging the Faster R-CNN framework to identify and categorize text from images that contain Bengali and English sentences. The study utilizes a dataset named "Bengali and English text image dataset (BETID)"that consists of images with text in both Bengali and English scripts, taken from a variety of sources such as books, documents, natural scenes, internet images, and landscapes. Pre-processing methods are used to improve the resilience and generalization of the model, including image scaling, normalization, and augmentation. The Faster R-CNN architecture is tuned and trained to identify text regions in images and categorize Bengali or English text. The performance of the text Classification model is evaluated using evaluation measures such as accuracy on the BETID dataset. The proposed Faster R-CNN model achieved an average of 97.90% accuracy, which is better than other deep learning models. Empirical findings showcase the capacity of transfer learning to alleviate data scarcity concerns and enhance text detection precision for low-resource languages such as Bengali.) © 2024 IEEE.

Of late, wildfires and commercial fires like fires in a shopping complex, firework factories, and industries, continue to cause extensive destruction throughout the world, frequently causing human fatalities. The solution is divided into two systems, where the first system focuses on the wildfire and the second system focuses on commercial fires. Identifying the fire and smoke correctly plays an important role. Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad-CAM) is used to identify the smoke region in the image. This algorithm is used to assure the smoke or fire in the image. The algorithms like ResNet, CNN (Convolutional neural network), and VGG16 (Visual Geometry Group) algorithms are used in transfer learning. This aims to increase the accuracy of the detection of fire and smoke in forests to avoid mishaps. The GradCAM is an algorithm that finds out the positive score in the image. This confirms the smoke in the image using the heat map generation. The ReLU activation function is used to show the positive pixels. The saliency map is also used in finding out the difference between smoke and fog in case of wildfire. In the case of the building fire shopping complex, firework shops, factories, and industries would also require a better solution because the detection is easier but the rescue process is more difficult in such places. The same procedure is followed for detecting and finding the origin of the fire as the wildfire model. The YOLOv8 algorithm is used for real-time analysis of the building. The model constantly looks for the unusual behavior of the environment and this in turns induces the notification. The additional feature is added to the model for rescue purposes. Fire control and evacuation have become more complex and hence the solution to such a problem is not yet brought into consideration. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) face significant challenges in terms of energy conservation, scalability, and data throughput owing to their limited node energy resources. This paper presents a low-energy data-centric algorithm (LEDCA), a novel energy-aware clustering and routing protocol designed to optimize energy efficiency and improve throughput in WSNs. Through simulations, LEDCA demonstrated a Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) of up to 90%, throughput of 255,217 bps, and average latency of 159 ms, validating its efficiency in resource-constrained environments. The algorithm integrates residual energy awareness by prioritizing high-energy nodes for Cluster Head (CH) roles, dynamically adjusting routing paths, and balancing the network load to prevent premature node failure. By applying an Energy Mapping Node and a real-time Energy Mapping Table, LEDCA minimizes re-clustering, reduces data redundancy, and ensures stable data transmission even under high-density networks. Simulation results also show LEDCA's scalability of LEDCA, with A9_T_200 achieving the highest throughput under extended transmission ranges and A3_T_200 achieving the lowest latency, making it suitable for energy-sensitive and latency-critical applications. Future enhancements, such as integrating Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) and dynamic resource allocation, could further improve LEDCA’s interference management and scalability of LEDCA for IoT and 5G/6G networks, addressing the needs of next-generation applications. © 2025 IEEE.

Plant diseases can have a detrimental effect on crop yield and quality, posing significant challenges to global food security. Early and accurate disease detection is essential for timely intervention and mitigation. In this study, we propose a novel approach for plant disease detection using a deep learning method based on a state-of-the-art convolutional neural network, ResNet9 architecture. The ResNet9 model is trained on a diverse dataset of plant images, including both healthy and diseased plants, representing different plant species and diseases. Our method leverages the power of deep learning to automatically learn discriminative features from plant images, enabling it to distinguish between healthy and diseased plants with a high degree of accuracy. We evaluate the performance of our model on a real-world dataset of plant images, and the results demonstrate its effectiveness in disease detection. The model achieves a high accuracy rate, indicating its potential for field deployment to assist farmers in monitoring and managing plant health. In conclusion, our study presents a promising solution for automated plant disease detection, providing farmers and agronomists with a practical tool to identify and combat plant diseases early, ultimately contributing to improving crop productivity and food security. © 2024 IEEE.

The digital convergence of the Internet of Things and machine learning has therefore redefined precision agriculture with respect to productivity and sustainability. This work therefore proposes a smart agriculture system via the following IoT sensors: Soil Moisture, DHT, and NPK sensors, along with data storage in ThingSpeak cloud *** Similarly, farmers learn which plants are best to grow based on their projected data from machine learning algorithms. A convolutional neural network named ResNet was used for its control to instantly and correctly identify plant diseases in live mode. For the system's front end, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were used while Python facilitated creation of the back end that provides users with an easy-to-use interface. It has achieved high accuracy levels in crop recommendation through models like Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, SVM, Logistic Regression, Random Forest and XGBoost among others have attained an accuracy of 90%, 99.09%, 97.95%, 95.27%, 99.09% and 99.31% respectively in crop recommendation. By ResNet model in the identification of leaf disease, a density of 99.2% was achieved. © 2024 IEEE.

The Vehicle Routing Problem is a combinatorial optimization problem of immense practical importance, and has been studied extensively in the past. In this paper, we discuss classical and quantum approaches to the Multi-Depot Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (MDCVRPTW) using node based and time expanded formulations. The MD-CVRPTW that we study has additional features like multiple pairs of depots for different vehicles and non-overlapping routes. We pose this problem as Constrained Quadratic Model problem and use CPLEX for the classical approach and DWave's hybrid quantum-classical solver for the quantum approach. Initial empirical results suggest that the quantum approach outperforms the classical approach in terms of quality of solution for comparable running times. © 2024 IEEE.
