Text-based password authentication is a common method used to verify the identity of users who are trying to access a secure system or service. In order to use this authentication method, the user must input a password or other secret phrase that is then compared to a server-side copy of the same password. Access is given if the password typed matches the one saved. Graphical password authentication is a type of user authentication that involves using images or visual elements instead of alphanumeric characters to verify the identity of the user. Unlike traditional text-based passwords, graphical passwords offer an intuitive and user-friendly way of authentication, as they rely on the user's ability to remember pictures, shapes, and patterns. This technology has been developed to address the limitations of traditional text-based passwords, such as the difficulty of creating and remembering complex passwords, and the vulnerability to brute-force attacks. Compared to conventional text-based passwords, graphical password authentication has a number of benefits, including better usability and higher security. © 2024 IEEE.

This research paper examines the concept of precision agriculture, its principles, advantages, disadvantages, and potential to transform farming practices. The new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, which triggered the COVID-19 pandemic, has had an unparalleled effect on economies, cultures, and world health. In response to the critical need for strict COVID-19 screening systems in public areas, this study presents a creative Secured Entry Control system. Detecting and controlling possible COVID-19 carriers attempting to enter the country is made possible by this system, which makes use of deep learning algorithms and IoT technology. The mask detection algorithm, MobileNetV2 model, has an exceptional validation accuracy of 98.96\%. The model's reliability is supported by performance evaluations using ROC curves, confusion matrix analysis, and an AUC value of 98.96\%, which is close to the optimal AUC score of 100\%. Because MobileNetV2 is well-suited for low-processing devices, it is easy to deploy it on Raspberry Pi, which helps to create an affordable system. Furthermore, by spotting increased body temperatures, a contactless temperature sensor improves the system's ability to identify possible COVID-19 carriers. The functioning of the system is confirmed by the working prototype that is presented in the Experimental Results section. The main goal of this research is to create an autonomous system that is affordable and selectively allows access to people who are less likely to transmit COVID-19 in public areas. To achieve the overall objective of reducing the spread of COVID-19 in public spaces, this research highlights the successful integration of mask identification algorithms and IoT. © 2024 IEEE.

Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) have witnessed a remarkable surge in popularity across a diverse spectrum of applications, encompassing military networks and public wireless infrastructures. These networks, emerging as the cornerstone of numerous wireless communication systems, offer expansive wireless connectivity to a substantial user base. Despite these advancements, the inherent challenge of interference among nodes poses a significant hurdle, resulting in diminished performance for WMNs. The prevalence of interference within WMNs is a critical concern, adversely affecting their operational efficiency. The need to address this challenge is underscored by the imperative to optimize WMN performance. A pivotal step in this direction involves the development of channel assignment algorithms that are not only efficient but also effective in mitigating interference issues. Efforts to enhance WMN performance through advanced channel assignment strategies are paramount. By devising algorithms that intelligently allocate channels and manage interference, we can significantly elevate the overall efficiency of WMNs. This imperative undertaking is fueled by the overarching goal of ensuring seamless connectivity and robust performance in the face of escalating demands from various application domains. In summary, the increasing prominence of WMNs in diverse sectors necessitates a proactive approach in overcoming performance limitations. Through the implementation of sophisticated channel assignment algorithms, we can fortify WMNs, ensuring their continued role as a reliable backbone for wireless communication systems. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

This paper aims to investigate a system that uses various machine-learning algorithms to predict symptoms and deep-learning techniques for image processing that leads to early disease prediction, an essential aspect of today's healthcare industry. The main objective of this system is to enable both the healthcare professionals and the patients to interpret the results at a faster rate. Existing systems provide results based on only symptoms which is not very effective in real-time but our system works well with both symptoms and image-based specifications. This investigation explores several algorithms like Random Forest, Decision tree, XGBoost, Logistic regression, Long-term short memory (LSTM), and Naïve Bayes for symptom-based prediction [14]. CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) deep learning techniques, notably DenseNet121, are used for image processing. The use of image processing bridges the gap between the user who feels symptom-based prediction to be a bit difficult. Furthermore, diverse experiments are done on multiple datasets to establish more accurate results. This system also ensures the safeguarding of sensitive information. The proposed disease prediction system helps empower healthcare professionals and individuals with proactive insights into potential health risks by giving accurate predictions for early intervention of the disease. © 2024 IEEE.

Air pollution is a significant obstacle to achieving urban sustainability and public health, particularly in rapidly developing regions. Accurate air quality prediction is essential for proactive pollution management and policy formulation. In this study, we employ sophisticated machine learning frameworks, such as Temporal Fusion Transformer (TFT) and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), to predict air quality levels. TFT is designed to capture temporal dependencies, making it ideal for time-series forecasting, while GNNs model spatial relationships, enabling the analysis of pollutant dispersion across monitoring stations .A synthetic dataset comprising 50 rows was generated, simulating pollutant concentrations (PM2.5, PM10, CO, NO2, SO2) and meteorological variables (temperature, humidity, wind speed). The models were assessed using criteria like R2, RMSE, and MAE. TFT achieved an R2 of 0.97 and an RMSE of 4.2 µg/m3, significantly outperforming traditional models like Random Forest and XGBoost. GNN provided spatial insights, identifying pollutant hotspots and their dispersion patterns. This research highlights the superior accuracy and scalability of TFT and GNN for air quality prediction. The results underline their potential for real-time monitoring, smart city integration, and proactive environmental management, offering a robust solution for addressing urban air pollution challenges. © 2025 IEEE.

Brain tumors, identified as abnormal growth of cell inside the brain, necessitate accurate categorization for tailored treatment plans. This classification aids in determining the severity of the condition and guiding therapeutic decisions. Iimaging technologies in medical like Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) are instrumental in identifying brain pathologies without emitting ionizing radiation. Deep learning, a subset of AI, enhances brain tumor detection from MRI scans, improving prediction rates. Digital image processing is vital for medical image analysis and diagnosis. Brain tumors manifest in various forms, categorized as benign or malignant based on their tissue characteristics. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), particularly VGG-16, Inception-v3, and ResNet-50 are prominent in brain tumor analysis, segmentation, and classification. These models are compared for their efficacy in identifying and forecasting brain tumor cells. Common brain tumor types include glioma, meningioma, and pituitary tumors, each requiring specific treatment approaches. © 2024 IEEE.

The population of earthquake-prone areas is growing, as is the number of people killed and injured by earthquakes. The problem of the increasing number of populated regions that are vulnerable to earthquakes is being addressed by a shortage of experts in earthquake engineering. This implies the requirement for automated intelligence-monitored mitigation and warning systems. Predicting earthquakes is still a major problem for disaster management around the globe. The objective of this work is to build a machine learning (ML) approach that uses geographic coordinates (latitude, longitude) and elevation (height) as inputs to forecast earthquake magnitude. The estimated magnitude is used to classify the seismic risk level for a given site into high, low, or no risk categories using Richter's scale. The study offers a thorough analysis of the methodology, covering feature engineering, data collecting, preprocessing, and model construction. A variety of machine learning methods are investigated, and relevant measures are used to assess their effectiveness. © 2024 IEEE.

Alzheimer's disease is an advancing neurological illness that affects a significant number of individuals around the globe. Timely and precise identification of Alzheimer's disease is essential to ensure the efficacy of its treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can show structural alterations in the brain, it has become a viable technique for diagnosing Alzheimer's ***, manual MRI examination takes time and is prone to human error. To address these challenges, an algorithm for Alzheimer's Disease detection from brain MRI images using a convolutional neural network is proposed. The primary objective is to create a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and fine-tune the hyperparameters using the Artificial Bee Colony Optimization Algorithm. This is pursued in order to categorise the various stages of Alzheimer's disease through analysis of brain MRI images. The convolutional layers are in charge of collecting important characteristics from the images, and pooling layers to condense their spatial dimensions. Later, fully connected layers utilise these extracted features to classify the images accordingly. The goal is to reduce the loss experienced while learning which is a challenging step. When a model produces an output, it contrasts it with the intended output. It then calculates the disparity between the generated and intended outputs, aiming to minimise this difference and approximate the desired output more closely. This is accomplished by adjusting hyperparameters such as learning rate, number of convolution layers, batch size, dropout rate, number of epochs. To increase the model's accuracy, an optimization algorithm performs multiple iterations until a point of convergence. The approach is to develop a CNN model and apply hyperparameter tuning by using the Artificial Bee Colony optimization algorithm, to increase the efficiency of the CNN model. The model's accuracy was enhanced from 86.21% to 94% after applying the Artificial Bee Colony Optimis
