Sentiment analysis which involves identifying emotions in the text is a widely studied topic of natural language processing. Many researchers focus on social media content like posts, tweets and reviews for their studies. In this paper, a large number of data from comments about serials on social media and internet forums in Banglish is collected and analyzed. We use NLP techniques to do the sentiment analysis of the comments. This study explores how different kinds of serials have impacted society and concentrates on how they have influenced the creation of Banglish comments. This study aims to conduct a sentiment analysis of Banglish comments generated in response to different genres of serials and to analyze their potential societal implications. Along with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), we use several machine-learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression (LR), Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB), Gaussian Naive Bayes, Decision Tree (DT), AdaBoost, Random Forest (RF) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) to create this model. The SVM gives the highest accuracy among all of the machine learning algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

Inverse design, where we seek to design input variables in order to optimize an underlying objective function, is an important problem that arises across fields such as mechanical engineering to aerospace engineering. Inverse design is typically formulated as an optimization problem, with recent works leveraging optimization across learned dynamics models. However, as models are optimized they tend to fall into adversarial modes, preventing effective sampling. We illustrate that by instead optimizing over the learned energy function captured by the diffusion model, we can avoid such adversarial examples and significantly improve design performance. We further illustrate how such a design system is compositional, enabling us to combine multiple different diffusion models representing subcomponents of our desired system to design systems with every specified component. In an N-body interaction task and a challenging 2D multi-airfoil design task, we demonstrate that by composing the learned diffusion model at test time, our method allows us to design initial states and boundary shapes that are more complex than those in the training data. Our method generalizes to more objects for N-body dataset and discovers formation flying to minimize drag in the multi-airfoil design task. The global challenge of diabetes demands innovative approaches for early diagnosis and effective management. This paper investigates the integration of advanced dimensionality reduction and feature selection techniques to improve diabetes prediction models. Utilizing Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm, the study focuses on optimizing feature selection to enhance model accuracy, computational efficiency, and interpretability. Employing two diverse datasets - the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset - the research evaluates the performance of Random Forest and Logistic Regression models. Results reveal significant improvements in predictive accuracy and computational efficiency, particularly with ABC-selected features, reducing feature dimensionality while maintaining high accuracy. This study underscores the potential of combining PCA and ABC to revolutionize predictive healthcare analytics, offering robust tools for diabetes management and prevention. © 2025 IEEE.

In this modern age where everything is developing and moving forward to achieve new heights, Fraud and scam-related cases are also increasing. That's why we need to be more careful than ever before. nowadays whether we want to open a bank account or use a financial app we first need to verify ourselves by doing e-KYC. But the problem is this e-KYC verification is needed in so many sectors and we have to do it multiple times. This paper shows how this situation can be solved by using a blockchain-based e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) system. This will be a one-stop solution for e-KYC, where people need to do KYC only one time and then they can use it in multiple organizations. Because of blockchain technology, our system will be transparent, decentralized, efficient, and trustworthy. Where users can choose whom to give the e-KYC information and can transfer all the information or the state of the information within a second. The proposed e-KYC systems' motive is to create a more secure and widespread digitalized ecosystem that will bring benefits to any country. © 2024 IEEE.

A new single-stage high-gain interleaved boost modular CL resonant converter is proposed in this paper for photovoltaic-powered magnetron application. The proposed converter is able to provide high voltage gain for the magnetron which is a device for microwave applications. Perturb and Observe (P&O) method was used to achieve Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) in the integrated interleaved boost stage by controlling the duty-cycle of the two primary leg switches. The operational principles of the converter are briefly discussed in this paper. Results on a 1.7kW, 230V/3.8kV design are presented to verify the proposed converter performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Object detection in surveillance systems leverages advanced deep learning techniques to enhance security measures through real-time analysis of dynamic video feeds. This project integrates the YOLOv5 model for detecting weapons in both pre-recorded videos and live camera feeds. The model, trained on a dataset with 4000 images labeled for handguns and knives, utilizes image preprocessing steps such as resizing, normalization, and augmentation to improve detection accuracy. Implementing the system with OpenCV and Tkinter, the application processes video streams, identifying potential threats with high precision rate of 0.85 and recall rate of 0.90. The integration of a graphical user interface ensures user-friendly operation for security personnel. Key outcomes demonstrate the efficacy of deep learning models in real-time object detection, significantly contributing to proactive surveillance and enhanced situational awareness. © 2025 IEEE.

The 6TiSCH standard uses IEEE 802.15.4 Time Slotted Channel Hopping (TSCH) as a MAC layer protocol. TSCH cell scheduling determines packet transmission schedules in terms of timing and channel allocation. The Minimal Scheduling Function (MSF) and the 6P protocol facilitate schedule management dynamically. MSF involves a decision-making process to add/delete one cell at a time from the current schedule to adapt the schedule to modified traffic rate. The cell deletion is accomplished by randomly selecting one of the scheduled cells between two communicating nodes. However, random cell deletion can elevate end-to-end latency and energy consumption. Therefore, this paper proposes a Latency-aware Cell Deletion (LCD) mechanism to minimize associated average end-to-end latency and energy consumption. Simulations using the 6TiSCH simulator verified that in an 80-node network, compared to the standard MSF and another benchmark scheme IMSF, LCD achieved a substantial 44.40% and 42.39% reduction in end-to-end latency, respectively. © 2024 IEEE.

Jute is considered as one of the most vital crops in the world. For some countries jute is the principal source of earnings and GDP. One of the primary elements influencing jute yield is jute pests. Accurate pest identification makes it possible to take prompt preventative action to minimize financial losses. Considering the fact, to classify jute pests, the study suggests different jute pest classification models, which are based on transfer learning. The best model offers high performance and resilience. A VCI-validated dataset comprising 7235 images has been utilized in the analysis. The dataset encompasses images classified into 17 distinct jute pest classes. The dataset is already divided into three categories train, test and validation. To increase the dataset size, data augmentation is applied to the training set. To improve performance, all the models were integrated with the transfer learning model. VGG 16, ResNetl0l, DenseNet201, InceptionV3, Xception, and MobileN etV2 were used to train the parameters on the publicly available ImageN et dataset followed by some customized dense layers. The models were assessed using different types of metrics, including confusion matrix, F1 score, precision, and recall. Compared to other models DenseNet201 outclassed other models, acquiring 97% accuracy. The fundamental information and technical support for jute pest classification are provided by this study. © 2024 IEEE.

The exponential growth in online education has increased the demand for automated systems to ensure academic integrity during online examinations. A real-time proctoring system addresses this need by monitoring a student's eye gaze and head movements during an exam. This system leverages Dlib's pre-trained frontal face detector and 68-point facial landmark predictor to detect facial features and track the direction of eye movement and head position. By analyzing these metrics, the system can flag behaviors associated with potential cheating, such as looking away from the screen for extended periods. This paper discusses the design and implementation of the proctoring system, details the detection algorithms, and evaluates its effectiveness for real-time monitoring. © 2025 IEEE.

Cardiovascular diseases encompass a range of medical conditions that impact the heart and blood vessels The prediction of heart disease pose considerable complexity and present a formidable challenge within the medical field According to the WHO, heart diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, claiming approximately 17.9 million lives each year, accounting for around 31% of all global deaths To address the need for accurate heart disease prediction, extensive research has employed advanced machine learning models This study conducted a comprehensive evaluation of seven distinct classification models, combining various physiological factors with well-known machine learning algorithms The model employed in this study includes Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, CatBoost, and Voting Classifiers Using these models, a robust heart disease prediction system is designed, facilitating precise evaluation of an individual's risk The observation shows that through meticulous evaluation and comparison, the Random Forest algorithm, which is a bagging technique, outperforms the existing state-of-the-art methods It exhibited remarkable accuracy, yielding prediction results of approximately 90.16% This exceptional accuracy establishes the random forest algorithm as the pre-eminent model for precise and reliable heart disease prediction within the scope of this study. © 2024 IEEE.
