This paper describes development of a biotelemetric system and problem of real time processing of ECG signal. In this case of signal processing ECG CorBelt primarily on mobile embedded monitoring stations. The Whole system is based on Microsoft product as Windows Mobile, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET Micro Framework, .NET Compact Framework and .NET Framework. On paper is deal with ECG measurement devices and there are evaluated pasted real tests. Problem in processing of ECG signal is quantity of transfered data. Commercial mobile devices can't processing this data on Real Time. Our paper are described possibilities of parsing of this ECG signal. Visualization of data is solved by small userfriendly application created in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and Silverlight application. This application was created in development environment Microsoft Expression Blend and was subjected to stress tests. This application and tests results are presented too.

This paper describes one part of our Biotelemetric System. This part is hardware platform from preprocessing of ECG signal. In order to real time visualization of ECG data, we need measure and process real data from ECG device. This paper discuses main possibilities to solve this problem. First possibility is using of commercial devices, such as embedded PCs, PDAs and wireless ECG unit BlueECG communicating via bluetooth. Suggests major problems and disadvantages of their use and offers possible solutions. This possibility is construction of our own purpose-built equipment. Advantages of our own equipment are its low power consumption and collaboration with mobile devices with limited computing capabilities. In the end we describe the real-time response time of packet parsing problem.

By a use of MATLAB platform, a processing and information evaluation from accelerometer is possible. Accelerometer is placed on the measured object. The actual wind turbines are provided with adjustable speed generators, like the double feed induction generator, that are capable to work in variable speed operations. One of the main advantage of adjustable speed generators is that they improve the system efficiency compared to fixed speed generators because turbine speed is adjusted as a function of wind speed to maximize output power. However this systems requires a suitable speed controller in order to track the optimal wind turbine speed reference. In this work, it is proposed a sliding mode control for variable speed wind turbines. The robustness analysis of the proposed controller under disturbances and parameter uncertainties is provided using the Lyapunov stability theory and simulated results show that the proposed controller provides a good performance.

In this paper, a hierarchical multirate control scheme for nonlinear discrete-time systems is proposed, composed of a robust model predictive controller (MPC) and a multirate integral sliding mode (MISM) controller. In particular, the MISM controller acts at a faster sampling time than the MPC controller, and reduces the effect of model uncertainties and external disturbances, in order to obtain, at the next sampling instant of the MPC controller, a value of the system state that is as close as possible to the nominal one. To obtain this result, the control variable is composed of two parts: one generated by the MPC controller, and the other by the MISM controller. The a-priori reduction of the disturbance terms turns out to be very useful in order to improve the convergence properties of the MPC controller.

Road region is an important information for guidance of such objects like robots or autonomous vehicles. The goal of this research is to develop a robust monocular algorithm for extraction of road region from image sequences, captured by camera mounted on the moving objects. The key idea introduced in the first stage of this research is to express the road region in terms of probability density function (p.d.f.) of color and spatial values, and recursively estimate the p.d.f. by sequential Monte-Carlo estimation. This paper describes an extension to the proposed method in the sense that newly consider perspective projection of road plane by camera. The proposed approach is examined on real image sequences, and compared with the first one.
