Software testing is a very important phase for software project process. It is a very difficult job for a software manager to allocate optimally the financial budget to a software project during testing. This article considers the problem of optimal allocation of the software testing cost. There exist several models focused on the development of software costs measuring the number of software errors remaining in the software during testing. The purpose of this paper is to use these models to formulate the optimization problems of resource allocation: Minimization of the total number of software errors remaining in the system;On the condition of assuming that a software project consists of some independent modules, the presented approach extends previous works by defining new goal functions and extending the primary assumption and precondition.

An innovative watermarking scheme based on progressive transmission with genetic algorithms (GA) is proposed. We implement the watermarking embedding and extraction system in the discrete cosine transform (DCT) domain, and apply the JPEG spectral selection mode for progressive transmission. By employing GA with a proper fitness function into the watermarking system, both the watermark imperceptibility and watermark robustness requirements are considered and optimized. In addition, the embedded watermark can be partly extracted in the receiver side even when the watermarked image is being transmitted. Simulation results show both the robustness and the effectiveness of progressive transmission under different attacking schemes and different bandwidth variations.

Multi-process job schedule is a very difficult problem often faced by project managers. This study initially considers the problem of small-scale multi-process job schedule by using Stochastic Petri Nets (SPNs) technique. The SPNs model of multi-process job schedule is come up with in the paper, and then the basic steps of search algorithm for job schedule are put forward successively. On the bases of these works, the multi-process job schedule algorithm is given, and the schedule strategies are discussed at same time. For getting the optimal solution of the small-scale multi-process job schedule, the algorithm based on the random search strategy is proposed and the analysis of result believing rate is also discussed. The example of how using the search algorithm to plan the job based on SPNs is given at the last of paper.

This paper addresses the problem of robust filtering for uncertain linear signal models affected by time delays in the state. Uncertainty is structured and the model is assumed to lie in a given bounded polyhedral set. The main innovation is the use of a nonrational filter, that is, a filter that also contains delays in the filter state. Robust filtering performance is evaluated using the H2 or the H∞ norm. The performance conditions are delay independent, and provide convex filtering design problems which are convex optimization problems with linear matrix inequalities constraints.

In this paper is proposed a robust higher-order iterative learning control (ILC) algorithm for discrete-time systems. In contrast to conventional discrete-time learning methods, the proposed learning algorithm is constructed based on both time-domain performance and iteration-domain performance. Also, the proposed learning algorithm use more than one past error in the iteration-domain. It is proved that the proposed method has robustness in the presence of external disturbances and, in absence of all disturbances, the convergence of the proposed learning algorithm is guaranteed. A numerical example is given to show the robustness in the presence of state disturbance and convergence property according to parameters change.

These faults may induce inherent failure mode thus bringing about unexpected output and the anticipated goal of the test is attained. The fault injection consists of voltage signal generator current signal generator and rear drive circuit which are specially developed and the ATS can work regularly by means of software simulation. The experimental results indicate that the fault injection system can find the deficiency of the automatic testing software and identify the preference of fault redundancy. On the other hand some soft deficiency never exposed before can be identified by analyzing the testing results.
