Quadcopter is an unmanned aircraft that could be used as an image recorder at various view angle that can't be placed by a human. This research is done to planning, building and implement a quadcopter that is equipped with a camera. Then, we apply for a tracking object program in the quadcopter which is called image processing. Therefore, this research begins by designing the mechanical and electrical of the quadcopter. While the designing of the software is done by making image processing program using C++. Data collection is done by testing the device in each section. Based on the result of research and testing, the result shows that quadcopter could follow a straight moving human, then it turns 90° to right as far as 10 meters. But, there are any movements that we did not expect before, which is in the altitude of the quadcopter, it because of the instability of the loiter flight mode.

In this paper a current-limiting droop control of grid-tied inverters that introduces virtual inertia and operates without a phase locked loop unit is proposed. The proposed controller inherits a self-synchronization function and can guarantee tight bounds for the inverter frequency. In addition, using nonlinear Lyapunov theory, it is analytically proven that the inverter current never violates a given maximum value. Compared to the original current-limiting droop controller, the maximum capacity of the inverter is utilized at all times using the proposed strategy, even under grid faults. It is also proven that the proposed controller significantly reduces the resonance problem of the LCL filter. Extended simulation results are presented to verify the performance of the proposed controller under normal and faulty grid conditions.

The cumulative installed capacity of wind power worldwide has grown rapidly in recent years. Fixed reactive power control is adopted by wind turbines (WTs) to receive cycle instruction of wind farm (WF) automatic voltage controlsystem (AVCS). It does not have active voltage regulation (AVR) capability, which reduces the reliability of power system operation. Firstly, two ways of WTs AVR which QV droop control and Vac control mode are introduced in this paper. On the basis, the problems of reactive power circulation and control points inconsistency during multi-WTs voltage regulation are discussed. The problems are solved by coordination of WTs of WF AVR strategy. WF voltage transient support capability is promoted by the strategy. Effectiveness is verified by simulation case of the proposed method.

Celebrities influence common people behaviors through biological, psychological and social processes to a great extent. Simultaneously there is vast disparity amongst their demise over the cause, region, and age. Therefore, it is a challenging and interesting endorsement to work upon. The objective of this work is to come up with the comprehensive result to understand the celebrity deaths by investigating the incidence happened over the decade. The database for training is created from the public and open access databases for years 2006-2016 comprising of 11, 200 reported deaths over the globe. Findings of the work are year by year extraction of death, the cause behind it, age, gender, and place. Lazy and decision tree classifier model of data mining is being used for the analysis based on the profession as evaluation class.
