The challenges regarding harmonised interoperable e-health services are enormous due to the complexity of the domain, comparatively high demands of privacy and security, implications of storing, sharing, and managing health data as well as unclear definitions and standards for patient's electronic health records. Therefore, the advantages of digitalisation are yet to reach the end user-patient, especially in the emergent regions where digital infrastructure is limited. The focus is on the north and northeast regions of Brazil, where a holistic understanding of the requirements for a digital transformation of the health care system is explored through the lens of an expert panel using a Delphi methodology, complemented by a comparison with related innovations in the digital health domain. © 2023 Copyright for this paper by its authors.

Online cooking instructions including ingredient lists and cooking methods are now widely available due to the proliferation of recipe sharing websites. Finding novel and complex patterns in such vast, ambiguous categorical data sets is a crucial task. Conventional clustering analysis algorithms frequently fail to address the uncertainty surrounding the exact value of features found in these categorical data sets. Thus to aid in decision-making, rough set based clustering is frequently used. This study aims to identify the optimal clustering feature from the recipe data that will result in the grouping of related food products by applying the rough purity notion. The recipe data has been regarded as a categorical valued information system in this instance, and information theoretic attribute purity is taken into account using the rough purity technique.

Unprecedented capabilities for content generation, predictive analytics, and automation are made available by the introduction of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, which uses in a new age of industrial innovation. One of the most challenging investigations in forensic analysis is the work conducted on smartphones. Specifically using smartphone data to provide evidence for a case is becoming a norm nowadays. Many Android device applications use and work with location services that assist investigators in working with log files that store valuable information. Images captured on Android devices will save geolocation information, date, and time in the properties. In this work, a tool is developed to acquire the date and geolocation for each taken photo so that the path of the photo taker can be displayed on Google Maps. The work showed that the application can take about 4 and a half seconds to process four images and display the map to the investigator. © 2023 IEEE.

SB-AGT: A stochastic beam search-enhanced attention-based Gumbel tree framework for drug-drug interaction extraction from biomedical literature

Drug-Drug Interactions (DDI) and Chemical-Protein Interactions (CPI) detection are crucial for patient safety, as unidentified interactions may lead to severe Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs). While extensive DDI and CPI information exists within biomedical literature, manual extraction by experts proves time-intensive and resource-demanding. This study presents SB-AGT: Stochastic Beam Search-enhanced Attention-based Gumbel Tree an innovative approach to automated DDI and CPI extraction through an attention-based architecture incorporating a modified Gumbel-Tree method with stochastic beam search optimization. SB-AGT leverages multi-head attention mechanisms and enhanced latent tree structures to effectively capture complex syntactic features and drug relationship patterns. Also, the methodology includes comprehensive preprocessing protocols and addresses dataset imbalance through hybrid sampling techniques. Experimental validation on the DDIExtraction 2013 and CHEMPROT datasets demonstrates the model's effectiveness, achieving precision, surpassing traditional approaches and showing competitive performance compared to contemporary pre-trained models. Through parametric analysis, we establish optimal beam search configurations that maximize the model's extraction accuracy. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

The advent of Industry 4.0 has brought with it the integration of digital twin technology, which has enabled businesses to develop a virtual replica of their physical assets. This technology allows businesses to optimize their operations and improve their overall efficiency. However, the successful implementation of digital twin technology in Industry 4.0 heavily relies on the effective utilization of gateways. A significant challenge in gateway utilization is the fair allocation of resources, particularly in heterogeneous environments where gateways have different capabilities. Digital Twin is helping Industry 4.0 vision by connecting the authorized people to the exact data and processes to protect the data/assets from unauthorized access. It is accomplished by connecting sensing devices using a unique addressing system and transmitting their combined data to the Internet of Things (IoT) cloud. Massive volumes of heterogeneous data have resulted from the rapid growth of IoT applications and services. As a result, evaluation of data which affects the Digital Twin enabled industry is studied in this article which focuses on data traffic generated from different Industry 4.0 applications and protection of data along with the industry assets is looked by Digital Twin technology. IoT gateways are currently used to connect the devices from various technologies to the Digital Twins. In such networks, sudden increase in demand of IoT gateways will increase with the increase in IoT devices and the operational cost will also be increased. In the proposed system, low-cost specific gateways are proposed to minimize cost and maximize network performance for protecting assets of smart city through Digital Twin technology. Users send their requests to cloud service providers, who then deliver the services over networked systems. With a high volume of requests, it is crucial to schedule cloudlets effectively to ensure that most meet their specified deadlines for optimal performance. This paper focuses on calculating Both slack time and laxity time for cloudlets across all virtual machines and scheduling them accordingly. It also considers the rearrangement of cloudlets already assigned to virtual machines to accommodate new cloudlets. The CloudSim simulation environment is utilized to schedule cloudlets by evaluating their slack time and laxity time across various virtual machines. This approach helps in selecting the most suitable virtual machine for executing the cloudlets. By incorporating laxity time into the scheduling decisions, the system becomes more balanced, reduces makespan, and thus enhances overall performance. The proposed method has been shown to reduce task rejection by at least 10% and the makespan by an average of 17% when compared to the EFD algorithm.

This is outlined how to create a 3D custom kitchen design, including how to set up the sources, details, work with managing various modifiers like edit poly, slice, mesh select, turbo smooth, lattice, bend, shell modifier, so to provide the kitchen an authentic appearance. The method materials are fitted to the model output, together with illuminating the environment leveraging Arnold lights that are intended to be utilized with this renderer only. It has features that are optimised for rendering with Arnold. Procedures and methods regarding rendering are indeed specified. The final rendering was made out of several drawings. Our report's intention is to develop a kitchen design that enriches models with materials and ample shapes from standard extended primitive along with the mostly utilization of pro-boolean. Image segmentation is a prerequisite to almost all computer vision applications. It enables the extraction of meaningful information from visual inputs by partitioning images into segments with shared features. This review paper begins by outlining different image segmentation tasks. It then surveys a broad spectrum of segmentation techniques, ranging from classical frameworks to deep-learning (DL) architectures. We perform this through a systematic literature analysis across a handful of applications as part of our methodology. A key contribution of our survey is that it elaborates on a few situations where classical approaches outperform DL-based methods in accuracy, along with the added advantage of computational efficiency. In some cases, these findings also provoke interest in revisiting classical methods, prompting strategies that leverage the strengths of both paradigms. © 2024 IEEE.

The step-by-step process of creating a bookshelf design is specified, including the ProBoolean compound primitive, applying edit poly modifier, using detach option, making use of lattice modifier, using bend modifier, using twist modifier. The manner in which materials are added to the model, together with environment lighting and renderer configuration, is defined. Procedures and methods for rendering are also defined. What we aim to achieve through our research is to create a Bookshelf design that uses materials to enhance the models. The shapes used in the model were Box, Teapot, sphere, chamfercyl, Oiltank, ProBoolean compound. The modifiers used were edit poly, bend, twist, lattice. Afterwards we used the Arnold light and material editor to enhance and glorify the model. © 2023 IEEE.
