Digital watermarking is one of the techniques used for copyright protection as well as authentication purpose. In this paper, digital watermark embedding and extraction techniques have been used in which a nested type of watermarking (a watermark inside another watermark) has been presented. The main purpose of using the nested watermarking method is, it increases the embedding capacity so that a large amount of information could be embedded. In this method, one watermark is embedded into another watermark. The resultant watermark is considered as main watermark. The main watermark is encrypted and then embedded into the main image. The main goal in encrypting the watermarks before embedding is increased safety. A5/1 encryption algorithm is used for the encryption and decryption purpose. Therefore, our research work focuses on two important things i.e., increased watermark embedding capacity and increased safety.

Polytopic input constraints in learning-based optimal control using neural networks

This work considers artificial feed-forward neural networks as parametric approximators in optimal control of discrete-time systems. Two different approaches are introduced to take polytopic input constraints into account. The first approach determines (sub-)optimal inputs by the application of gradient methods. Closed-form expressions for the gradient of general neural networks with respect to their inputs are derived. The approach allows to consider state-dependent input constraints, as well as to ensure the satisfaction of state constraints by exploiting recursive reachable set computations. The second approach makes use of neural networks with softmax output units to map states into parameters, which determine (sub-)optimal inputs by a convex combination of the vertices of the input constraint set. The application of both approaches in model predictive control is discussed, and results obtained for a numerical example are used for illustration. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. Flexible-antenna systems, such as fluid antennas and movable antennas, have been recognized as key enabling technologies for sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks, as they can intelligently reconfigure the effective channel gains of the users and hence significantly improve their data transmission capabilities. However, existing flexible-antenna systems have been designed to combat small-scale fading in non-line-of-sight (NLoS) conditions. As a result, they lack the ability to establish line-of-sight links, which are typically 100 times stronger than NLoS links. In addition, existing flexible-antenna systems have limited flexibility, where adding/removing an antenna is not straightforward. This article introduces an innovative flexible-antenna system called pinching antennas, which are realized by applying small dielectric particles to waveguides. We first describe the basics of pinching-antenna systems and their ability to provide strong LoS links by deploying pinching antennas close to the users as well as their capability to scale up/down the antenna system. We then focus on communication scenarios with different numbers of waveguides and pinching antennas, where innovative approaches to implement multiple-input multiple-output and non-orthogonal multiple access are discussed. In addition, promising 6G-related applications of pinching antennas, including integrated sensing and communication and next-generation multiple access, are presented. Growing interest in unmanned aerial system (UAS) solutions for 6G communication networks stems from recent advancements in autonomous modules with machine learning computation and embedded graphical processing units GPUs. These technologies significantly improved UAS capabilities, however, providing a robust and operable autonomy module remains a significant challenge. The paper presents and evaluates a novel modular framework for UAS autonomy: MR-iFLY and discusses directions for its extension to enable 6G swarm solutions. We start by presenting the machine learning problem in implementing UAS autonomy on resource-limited devices and provide an in-dept. overview of MR-iFLY's new dept. estimation and collision avoidance technology. A comprehensive analysis and evaluation of MR-iFL Y's open-source modular framework including several performance indices are also presented. The results show that combining state-of-the-art machine vision components and GPU acceleration leads to a speedup of 15X over baseline models. We provide visualization of the MR-iFLY flight demonstration video obtaining vision-based collision avoidance. The obtained empirical results coupled with the current state of the industry suggest that MR-iFLY is a strong candidate to enable 6G communication swarms by providing autonomous collision avoidance and navigation capabilities while reducing the significant communication overhead.

In this new commercial era, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) popularly known as drones have become easily accessible, and their possible unlawful use poses new security threats. Therefore, limiting the illegal use of UAVs in some regions, such as airports, military camps, nuclear power plants, and international borders has become highly recommended. In remote control systems, most commercially available UAVs rely on spread spectrum techniques such as direct sequencing and frequency hopping. This minimizes the impact of interference from adjacent communications systems and increases resistance to *** this research, an efficient mechanism is designed to attack and disconnect Wi-Fi controlled UAVs using Raspberry Pi 3 motherboard (System On Chip-SOC). The proposed technique in this prototype uses the de-authentication process to attack UAVs Wi-Fi module that connects the flight controller in the UAV to the ground control station. The experimental results show this method can effectively be used to cease and disconnect the UAVs operating within a 50 m radius around the proposed prototype without disturbing any other non-target electronic signals around. © 2020 IEEE.

Unhindered and smooth movement of emergency vehicles within a city is a crucial aspect of any intelligent transport system. It is common to observe emergency vehicles such as ambulances and fire engines obstructed by traffic snarls on Indian roads, especially in the proximity of busy intersections. Existing literature primarily advocates the deployment of RFID technology to terminate the round-robin sequence of the signal system and switch the signal to green in the required direction. However, this technology has proven to be susceptible to electromagnetic interferences and also the economic feasibility is questionable. This paper proposes a model that employs real time image processing and object detection using a convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture called SSD Mobilenet. Unlike a few other architectures, SSD Mobilenet requires very limited computation, hence enabling swift detection. Furthermore, an acoustic signal (sound) processing (pitch detection) algorithm is employed to detect the sirens of emergency vehicles to nullify the potential false positives (e.g. an ambulance in a non-emergency scenario) that creep into object detection using image processing. Both algorithms work in unison, bolstering the accuracy of detection. Upon detection, the signal instantly switches to green, facilitating the expedited movement of emergency vehicles, even in high traffic conditions. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, a 5000 kW grid-connected photovoltaic system of Haft-Hoze Natural Park, 7 km southeast of Mashhad City, has been designed and simulated. This power plant is for two monofacial and bifacial systems in both fixed and tilted planes and trackers modes in PVSYST software. It is simulated and designed and the simulation data is compared in both cases. In this paper, the effect of temperature on solar panel performance is investigated first. This work has been done in three stages. At first, by keeping the solar radiation constant, the effect of temperature on the output performance of the panel. In the next step, the P-V curves at different ambient temperatures and changes in solar radiation have been investigated. In the following, it shows the effect of PV panel temperature on PV panel output performance at different intensities of solar radiation. The simulation results of the 5000 kW solar power plant, in a fixed tilted plane for the monofacial system, energy injected into the grid and performance ratio are 8291 MWh and 0.850. The bifacial system, energy injected into the grid, and performance ratio are 8730 MWh and 0.896. In the Trackers mode, for the monofacial system, energy injected to the grid and performance ratio are 9558 MWh and 0.838. For the bifacial system, energy injected into the grid and performance ratio are 10025 MWh and 0.880.

As the field of machine learning continues to advance, the importance of effective exploratory data analysis (EDA) cannot be overstated, especially in the context of classification problems. This research paper introduces an innovative and automated approach to exploratory data analysis using Autoviz, a powerful Python library designed to streamline the visualization process for machine learning datasets. The study aims to demonstrate the efficacy of Autoviz in meaningful insights, facilitating feature understanding, and supporting data preprocessing for classification tasks. Furthermore, the paper discusses how Autoviz assists in feature selection by highlighting the relevance and importance of each feature about the target variable. This feature-centric analysis contributes to optimizing machine learning models by guiding the selection of relevant input features, thereby improving model accuracy and interpretability. Autoviz is a Python library designed to automate the exploratory data analysis (EDA) process for machine learning tasks. It is specifically tailored to generate a variety of visualizations that aid in understanding the structure and characteristics of a dataset. The results indicate that Autoviz significantly reduces the time and effort required for exploratory data analysis while maintaining the quality and dept. of insights obtained. The differences between Autoviz and Pycaret is discussed in this paper. It has been observed that AutoViz automates the process of exploring and analyzing data, while PyCaret is designed for the comparison, construction, and tuning of machine learning models.

Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming important to businesses since many companies have realized the benefits of applying Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) into their operations. Nevertheless, ML/DL technologies’ industrial development and deployment examples are still rare and generally confined within a small cluster of large international companies who are struggling to apply ML more broadly and deploy their use cases at a large scale. Meanwhile, current AI market has started offering various solutions and services. Thus, organizations must understand how to acquire AI technology based on their business strategy and available resources. This paper discusses the industrial experience of developing and deploying ML/DL use cases to support organizations in their transformation towards AI. We identify how various factors, like cost, schedule, and intellectual property, can be affected by the choice of approach towards ML/DL project development and deployment within large international engineering corporations. As a research result, we present a framework that covers the trade-offs between those various factors and can support engineering companies to choose the best approach based on their long-term business strategies and, therefore, would help to accomplish their ML/DL project deployment successfully.

In this paper, a 1 MW solar power plant has been designed by bifacial panels in Mashhad and from an economic and environmental perspective, it examined the issue. Determining the distance of the panels from each other, the appropriate angle of the panels has been checked to estimate the optimal efficiency of the system. In addition to producing 1812 megawatt hours per year, the system has a Performance Ratio (PR) of $93.42 \%$, and the return on investment (ROI) and Net Present Cost (NPC) are respectively $31.4 \%$ and 7’892’184.18 h-t. As a result, a bifacial solar module’s energy output is affected by a number of factors: the installation height of the solar module, the reflection coefficient of the surface below the module, tilt angles and pitch. Therefore, in this project, the performance of each of these parameters has been investigated and evaluated for different values in the power plant. Pvsyst is used as simulation software to design and simulate PV systems.
