There are several advantages of the microcellular injection molding process. One of the advantages is that the shrinkage of the part can be reduced. This project investigated the effect of the process parameters on the shrinkage of the textile roller. Polybutyleneterephthalate (PBT) materials with 30 wt% glass and Wollastonite fiber were used. The results showed that the shrinkage by microcellular injection molding is less than that of conventional injection molding. Glass fiber filled PBT has more shrinkage than Wollastonite fiber filled PBT due to the non-uniform cell size of the glass fiber filled PBT.

Facial expressions are often classified into one of several basic emotion categories. This categorical approach seems improper to treat faces with blended emotion, as well as hard to measure the intensity of an emotion. In this paper facial expressions are evaluated with dimensional approach of affect that was originally introduced by psycho-physiologic study. An expressional face can be represented as a point in a two-dimensional (2-D) emotional space characterized by arousal and valence factors. To link low-level face features with emotional factors, we propose a simple method that builds an emotional mapping by a coarse labeling on Cohn-Kanade database and a linear fitting on the labeled data. Our preliminary experimental result shows that the proposed emotional mapping can be used to visualize the distribution of affective content in a large face set and further retrieval expressional face images or relevant video shots by specifying a region in the 2-D emotional space. Hydrocarbon microseepage theory establishes a cause-and-effect relation between oil and gas reservoirs and special surface anomalies, mainly including surface hydrocarbons and related mineral alterations. Thus, diagnostic spectral features of hydrocarbons and mineral alterations are capable of providing reliable evidences for the oil and gas exploration. In the paper, the integrated practical system of exploring for oil, gas is introduced by using reflectance spectroscopy and hydrocarbon microseepage theory. This system is applied to processing and analyzing not only hyperspectral remote sensing data but also the data provided by field work. Furthermore, great efforts are focused on spectral model of hydrocarbon microseepage and Hyperion data classification algorithms. In our work, two exploration targets of natural gas are identified from the study area which covers 2100 km 2 . All the two exploration targets have been proven industrial reserves by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) in July 2006.

The e-AIRS[1,2], an abbreviation of 'aerospace integrated research system', is a virtual organization designed to support the aerospace engineering processes on the e-Science environment. As the first step toward the virtual aerospace engineering organization, the e-AIRS targets to give full supports to aerodynamic research processes. Currently, the e-AIRS can handle both the computational and experimental aerodynamic researches on the e-Science infrastructure, including cooperative works of computations and experiments. Of those supports on the e-AIRS, the present paper focuses on describing computing services and, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modules on the system will be expressed in detail.

Available bandwidth is an important concept in network. Estimation for an end-to-end available bandwidth can help us to design overlay networks and end-system multicast, manage QoS and verify service level agreements. Although several estimation tools and techniques are proposed recently, more research is needed to improve them. In this paper, an end-to-end available bandwidth estimation algorithm SSP (SRdeg and SRdet parameters) is proposed based on the measurement of the one-way delay trend detection parameters SRdeg and SRdet. By measuring these two complementary parameters, SSP algorithm can And the turning point where the probe rate starting to incur congestion, and the end system can adjust the sending rate to probe the actual path's available bandwidth accurately, quickly and non-intrusively. The ns2 simulation experiment results show that SSP measurement is more accurate with less probing packets and less convergence time than the typical bandwidth estimation tool Pathload.

Since Multisensor-Multitarget tracking system can effectively fuse all kinds of information came from all kinds of sensors, this tracking system can more correctly track targets and widely interpret their state than any single sensor tracking system does. But the real-time of the Multisensor-Multitarget tracking system is not very good. In this paper, a novel method is presented, which is to improve the real-time of the Multisensor-Multitarget tracking system by optimizing the performance of tracking gate method. Finally, the simulation shows that this method can effectively improve the real-time of Multisensor-Multitarget tracking system, especially in a heavy clutter and/or false alarm environment.
