In present days, Multi Label Text Classification (MLTC) has become an important research area in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Existing models of MLTC have been facing domain specificity and fine-tuning challenges. Hence a model is developed to overcome the above said challenges by introducing Prompt engineering, GPT FineTuning methods and Pipeline algorithms. The experimental results are obtained based on the present Generative pre trained data produces labels for various text documents and files with an exceptional accuracy of 85%. The outcomes of the experiments reveal notable enhancements over the baseline models. © 2024 IEEE.

The world has become dependent on using the Internet of Things(IoT) owing to its unique features - sensing the environment, acting upon the results obtained by sensors, connecting a network of devices for communication, and many more have made human lives simpler. Research done in the area of the Internet of Things(IoT) has revealed that these devices are vulnerable to physical and network attacks that can directly/indirectly result in the malfunctioning in the normal parameters of the devices, as well as cause important data loss or secret information being leaked which can become useful for the hackers to attack the device and tamper with the stored contents in the device. These problems pave the way for designing a robust, security mechanism for the Internet of Things(IoT). This paper shall present an overview of the security aspects of the Internet of Things(IoT) - starting with the attacks that can occur on this network, the survey done in this area, and towards the end, presenting some solutions for making the IoT secure and resilient to vulnerabilities. © 2023 TRON Forum.

As sports grow in popularity need for effective online turf booking applications has also increased. Although some existing applications are faced with numerous challenges such as;restrictions on access, ineffectiveness in scheduling, and over-bookings, leading to frustrations and operational problems. This paper focuses on those problems by the presentation of an online turf booking application to streamline the booking process. The solution offers real-time updates, automatic payment, and safe transactions based on QR code. The more user-friendly the application is, the more efficient it will be. Firebase would be used for real-time data synchronization and the responsiveness of React interface ensures the smooth and conflict-free bookings. This solution would lead to increasing customer satisfaction as well as increasing the booking rates and effective utilization of sports facilities. © 2025 IEEE.

According to numerous calculations, the global food output must significantly increase by 2050. Additionally, water levels have been declining, and there is a shortage of usable agricultural land. The first step to introducing smart agriculture in India is good analysis and implementation of machine learning. This research strives to present the best-fit machine learning algorithm to predict crop production in a specific area, state or season. The aim of this research is to make data-driven farming possible. By comparing various regression models namely decision tree, linear regression, XGB regression, and random forest, authors found the most accurate and fast algorithm to process the large volume of agricultural data. The data was visualized to find the top 5 crops produced in India and then the top 3 of them were visualized area-wise, state-wise, and season-wise to give a detailed analysis of crop distribution and production in India. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents an integrated framework for the comprehensive analysis of diseases affecting pomegranate fruit. The suggested system, which makes use of deep learning techniques, includes semantic segmentation for diseased region localization, multiclass illness classification, and image processing-based severity assessment. Initially, four common diseases - Alternaria, Anthracnose, Bacterial Blight, and Cer-cospora - are successfully identified through the use of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for multiclass classification. Then, annotated photos are used as training data for Semantic Segmentation, which uses the UNet architecture to identify the unhealthy spots within the fruit. The area and percentage of the segmented region are determined, and thresholds for high, medium, and low severity levels are then defined. The segmentation results are then used as inputs for severity estimate. Early identification and intervention tactics are made easier by the severity level prediction, which is based on the proportion of the segmented region. In order to improve pomegranate fruit management methods, the suggested framework provides a thorough method of disease analysis by combining categorization, semantic segmentation, and severity prediction. © 2024 IEEE.

Web scraping, an automated process that extracts data from websites, is a powerful tool that faces several challenges. Existing scrapers often entail drawbacks, such as subscription fees and limited accessibility for small businesses. Concerns regarding the reliability and accuracy of data arise, especially with respect to real-time content. This study scrutinizes web scraping tools, delving into operational principles, advantages, and limitations, addressing applications in data mining, research, and social media marketing. Two scraping approaches, manual extraction, and automated methods, such as HTML parsing, were explored. Popular tools such as ParseHub, WebHarvy, and Octoparse have been discussed, but concerns about accessibility and accuracy persist. Libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium, and Scrapy offer alternatives to those with programming skills. Although web scraping accelerates data collection, its limitations and potential drawbacks must be carefully considered. The advent of mobile health (mHealth) technologies has ushered in a new era in healthcare delivery, transforming the way cardiac patients receive medical care and support. This research paper explores the role of a mobile health intervention system in optimizing healthcare delivery for cardiac patients. The prevalence of heart attacks has necessitated innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and reduce the burden on healthcare systems. The proposed mHealth intervention system leverages the ubiquity of mobile devices to provide real-time monitoring, personalized interventions with environment prediction, and seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical studies, this paper examines the impact of the mHealth intervention system on patient engagement, adherence to treatment plans, early detection of cardiac events, and overall quality of care. The integration of wearable device, CardioCare mobile application, and telemedicine platforms creates a holistic approach to cardiac care, empowering patients to actively participate in their health management and enabling healthcare professionals to make informed decisions. The potential benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations surrounding the implementation of this system are discussed. © 2023 IEEE.

Early diagnosis of the brain condition known as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) could significantly reduce the high healthcare costs typically involved with treating ASD. Autism's fiscal toll emphasizes the importance of developing easy and effective detection instruments. Therefore, a quick ASD evaluation is essential to helping healthcare professionals and letting people know if they should seek a formal clinical diagnosis. Currently, there are very few autism datasets related to screening accessible, most of which are based on genetics. To expose critical information about autism screening, this work suggests applying a novel machine learning framework that contains vital characteristics and performing predictive analysis utilising a Support vector machine, logistic regression, K-nearest neighbour, and random forest. The main objective of this study is to develop a system for the early detection of children at risk for autism spectrum disorders (ASD). © 2023 IEEE.

Water is vital for all life, serving as the foundation for plants and aquatic creatures and promoting abundance among all living beings. This study introduces an innovative approach by combining the Internet of Things (IoT) with advanced sensing techniques to assess water quality. The IoT-powered water quality testing raft has been developed to significantly enhance the monitoring capabilities. Equipped with sensors measuring key parameters such as turbidity, pH, and temperature, the raft provides a comprehensive understanding of water quality. Its GPS module enables real-time tracking and maintains location history, ensuring precise sampling. The collected data undergoes robust processing by a Raspberry Pi, ensuring integrity before being showcased on the Thingsboard. The system's uniqueness lies in its capacity to promptly issue alerts via LINE Notify upon detecting water quality abnormalities, ensuring timely intervention. This IoT-powered raft represents a paradigm shift in water quality assessment, characterised by its precision, remote capabilities, and user-focused approach. Practical applications have been demonstrated through real-world testing in a private lake in Cha-choengsao province, Thailand. The seamless integration of IoT into environmental monitoring marks a significant advancement in ensuring water quality and ecosystem health. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper introduces an innovative method for automating lip-reading, with a specific focus on the Marathi language. Lip-reading plays a crucial role in aiding those with hearing impairments, but automating it presents significant challenges, especially for languages like Marathi lacking sufficient datasets. To tackle this, we propose a novel approach to automatic lip-reading, accompanied by the development of a specialized Marathi dataset. Leveraging advancements in computer vision and deep learning, our model deciphers linguistic content from lip movements, trained on this dataset. We employ various neural network architectures, including feed-forward, recurrent, and convolutional networks, to extract vital visual features crucial for accurate language interpretation Our primary goal is to provide a robust solution for automated lip-reading tailored specifically to regional languages like Marathi, aiming to enhance accessibility for individuals with hearing impairments, particularly in linguistically diverse contexts. This paper primarily discusses detailed exploration of dataset creation, neural network architectures for lip-reading system, we demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of our approach. Our study underscores the significance of giving priority to regional languages in technological advancements to promote inclusivity for all individuals. © 2024 IEEE.
