With the advancement of technologies, different methods are currently being used for converting spoken language into text. These systems offer a hands-free alternative to traditional input methods, especially for individuals with physical disabilities or those requiring efficient documentation of spoken content. The goal of this study is to review recent advancements in this field and highlight gaps in current research, with a focus on accuracy, language adaptability, ease of use, and the integration of various technologies. The exponential growth of communication technologies has broadened the cloud computing ecosystem horizon to meet main communication needs. However, in-parallel upsurge in online attacks has alarmed industries to ensure optimal data security. The combination of steganography and cryptosystems has been recognized as an enhanced security model for data transfer among the main security systems now in use. In this paper, a hybrid approach using cryptography and K- Least Significant Bit Steganography algorithm in Cloud Computing (HYBC-KLSBS-CC) are proposed. Initially, input text data is retrieved from cloud storage and compressed using Huffman Compression Coding (HCC) to reduce data size. The compressed data is then encrypted with a Hybrid Cryptography Algorithm (Hyb-MRFC-ALC), combining Modified Random Fibonacci Cryptography and Asymmetric Lightweight Cryptography to ensure robust encryption. Finally, encrypted data is embedded within an image using the K-Least Significant Bit (KLSB) steganography technique, providing additional layer of security. The proposed method enhances data confidentiality, integrity, and storage efficiency in cloud environments. The proposed HYBC-KLSBS-CC approach attains 26.89%, 29.49% and 18.64% lower PSNR and 26.89%, 29.49% and 18.64% lower MSE when analyzed through existing techniques like data security dependent on cryptography steganography related with OTP procedure and Huffman coding in the cloud environment (CS-OTP-CE), a novel hybrid cryptographic framework for secure data storage in cloud computing: Integrating AES-OTP and RSA with adaptive key management and Time-Limited access control (AES-OTP-RSA-CC) and Crypto-Stegno dependent model for securing medical information on IOMT platform (CS-SMI-IOMT). © 2025 IEEE.

Globally, heart disease is the major ingredient of mortality. Heart attacks are frequently caused by Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) due to the unavailability of the oxygenated blood to the heart muscles. Medical professionals find it challenging to forecast since it demands experiences and a deeper level of predictive knowledge. The healthcare industry has a wealth of information, but it not only lacks understandability of the data, but also has insufficient tools for analyzing the data to find the hidden patterns. Automated Electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis may prove to be a beneficial tool in smart healthcare systems. An automated diagnosis method based on machine learning offers a dependable, cost-effective, and efficient means of detecting cardiac disease. It requires a huge number of data which is hard to be analyzed and interpreted by traditional techniques. The intention is to identify an appropriate interpretable automated method for heart disease prediction with maximum accuracy and efficiency. © 2025 IEEE.

This research investigates the use of machine learning methods to forecast students' academic performance in a school setting. Students' data with behavioral, academic, and demographic details were used in implementations with standard classical machine learning models including multi-layer perceptron classifier (MLPC). MLPC obtained 86.46% maximum accuracy for test set across all implementations while for train set, it was 99.45%. Under 10-fold cross validation, MLPC obtained 79.58% average accuracy for test set while for train set, it was 99.65%. MLP's better performance over other machine learning models strongly suggest the potential use of neural networks as data-efficient models. Feature selection approach played a crucial role in improving the performance and multiple evaluation approaches were used in order to compare with existing literature. Explainable machine learning methods were utilized to demystify the black box models and to validate the feature selection approach. © 2025 IEEE.

Communication barriers between deaf individuals and hearing people can lead to several significant problems such as social integration, reduced access to information and reduced opportunities thereby affecting quality of life of deaf individuals. Use of sign language for communication serves as the primary means to address these challenges. However, understanding of the sign language is very difficult for hearing individuals. To address this issue, we present a Real-Time Sign Language to text and Speech Converter to facilitate effective communication between deaf and hearing individuals. This paper presents a novel approach to sign language recognition using OpenCV and MediaPipe. The main aim of the paper is to develop real time computer vision that can translate sign language gestures into text in real-time. We use image processing techniques to segment and analyze sign gestures, OpenCV to record and process these gestures, MediaPipe for hand tracking and gesture prediction and a text-to-speech engine to translate the text into speech for auditory communication. Thus, this study offers a comprehensive sign language to speech converter system that has the potential to significantly improve communication between the deaf community and the hearing people. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper introduces a Smart Hand Mobility As-sistive Device designed to aid individuals with impaired hand function due to conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, and neuromuscular disorders. The device enhances daily activities and provides comprehensive rehabilitation support. Leveraging advanced sensor technology, real-time data processing, and adaptive actuation, it detects and amplifies subtle finger movements, facilitating precise hand motions. Unlike conventional methods that are often slow and lack real-time feedback, the proposed design solution offers immediate functional assistance and pro-gressive rehabilitative training. The device integrates seamlessly with a user-centric mobile application offering predefined phys-iotherapy exercises tailored to individual needs. Additionally, the application includes interactive games that engage users in therapeutic activities to improve motor skills and cognitive functions. Experimental evaluations assess the device's efficacy in enhancing grip strength, dexterity, and overall hand function. The system also features multiple control modes, allowing users to select from manual assistance, cyclic movement training, or task-specific routines. Through this approach, our device aspires to significantly elevate the quality of life for individuals with hand mobility impairments, positioning itself as a transformative tool in assistive technology and rehabilitative care. © 2025 IEEE.

RDMA is a technology that enables extremely fast communication between different systems by allowing these systems to transfer data without using the CPU and operating system. This results in the rapid transfer of data and reduces latency in data transfer. RDMA, brings more efficiency in moving the data between systems, improving general performance and responsiveness in many applications as CPU is not involved in the data transfer. Traditional RDMA solutions usually require special and costly hardware, such as RoCE adapters. This can make them less accessible for companies with lesser budgets. Soft-RoCE is a software-based solution that brings RDMA capabilities to standard Ethernet hardware. In this way, we can replicate the benefits that RDMA offers without the expensive equipment, hence making it possible in environments where it would not have been feasible. Also, an innovative monitoring framework using eBPF is introduced, which offers comprehensive real-time intelligence to RDMA performance by decreasing the latency and throughput. © 2025 IEEE.

Agricultural sector is increasingly adopting advanced technologies to enhance crop productivity and sustainability. Precision agriculture leverages IoT devices, sensors, and data analytics to monitor and manage various environmental parameters, addressing challenges such as global food demand, climate change, and resource optimization. Previous research has demonstrated the efficacy of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and remote sensing technologies in improving irrigation efficiency and early disease detection. However, these systems often assume that all components continue to operate, thereby offering an incomplete view. This study presents an advanced agricultural monitoring system referred to as Agri-Guard that integrates a wide array of sensors to measure temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and gases like CO2, methane and ammonia. By utilizing an ESP8266 microcontroller and IoT connectivity, the system ensures seamless data transmission and real-time processing. Additionally, a centralized hub, equipped with a Raspberry Pi 5 and a thermal camera, enhances the detection of crop anomalies, and an inoperative sensor hub. The sensor hub in the form of a cone is optimally designed to detect environmental parameters besides being rainproof. The proposed Agri-Gaurd setup clearly demonstrated the lack of manure and water from the sensors’ data, whereas thermal imaging showcased the classification of 92.7% between a dead and alive plant. The anomaly between an operating and non-operating Agri-cone was found to be in complete agreement (100%). The proposed system represents a significant improvement over existing solutions, empowering farmers with precise data and faulty hub detection, leading to quick recovery and more sustainable farming practices. Blockchain technology has become more widespread in our lives revolutionizing various industries through improved security, transparency, and operational efficiency. Its decentralized ledger system is particularly effective in areas like finance and supply chain management ensuring data integrity and reducing the need for middlemen. This study explores how blockchain technology is used in the process of buying vehicles highlighting its benefits compared to methods. Traditional vehicle purchases involve a network of dealers, banks and regulators leading to inefficiencies, higher costs and potential fraud. The usual process involves steps like financing checking vehicle history and changing ownership. Each requiring extensive paperwork and third-party intervention. In contrast using blockchain for vehicle purchases can simplify things through contracts that automate tasks like verifying history securely transferring ownership instantly settling payments. The unchangeable nature of records ensures that all transaction data remains secure against tampering fostering trust between buyers and sellers. Furthermore, blockchain can cut costs significantly by removing the need for middlemen such, as escrow services and title companies while reducing burdens. The advanced security elements built into technology help reduce the chances of fraudulent actions like altering odometer readings or selling stolen cars. This study showcases a comparison illustrating how blockchain can simplify the process of buying vehicles offering an economical and secure experience. © 2025 IEEE.
