Climatic information such as temperature, humidity, and precipitation are useful for agriculturists, businesses, researchers, and the government. Estimating precipitation is a major factor that affects the environment and is one of the most important aspects of meteorological science. In this study, factual approaches and machine learning methods are used to estimate and forecast meteorological parameters for the government. Estimating precipitation is a major factor that affects the environment and is one of the most important aspects of meteorological science. Approaches are used to forecast and estimate precipitation. Daily observations were used as part of the experiment. Validation of results using real-world data is used to check the accuracy of forecasting model experimentation. The experimental results show that distribution, correlation, line-plots, and neural networks perform well for forecasting meteorological characteristics and have the best classification accuracy when compared to other types of machine learning methods for precipitation forecasting. © 2023 IEEE.

The collaboration of machine learning (ML) algorithms and cognitive psychological frameworks supports the enhancement of emotional intelligence. In light of Plutchik's emotional wheel, this study investigates how to identify human emotions. By utilizing 24 different emotions, 8 high-intensive (secondary) emotions are identified. We employed 9 different classification algorithms K-nearest neighbors (KNN), decision trees (DT), naïve bayes (NB), support vector machine (SVM), Logistic regression, random forest (RF), artificial neural network (ANN), gradient boosting machines (GBM), and bagging classifier (BC) to identify the emotions accurately and the performance of them are compared. This research uses the labelled dataset consisting of 11 columns as similar word 1, similar word 2, typical sensation 1, typical sensation 2, opposite intensity low, opposite intensity medium, opposite intensity high, tells, helps, emotion and cluster. © 2024 IEEE.

Tremendous amount of meteorological data is being generated on a daily basis from a number of sources such as weather stations, balloons, satellites, sensors etc. Timely weather prediction helps people plan everyday life events. Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) networks perform extremely well for capturing dependencies in time series datasets. Number of neurons in hidden layer highly impacts the performance of the LSTM network. The hit and Trial method for selecting the neurons consumes a lot of time and resources and might not lead to a global optimum solution. In this research work, two techniques, i.e. Genetic Algorithm optimized LSTM (LSTM-GA) and Artificial Bee Colony optimized LSTM (LSTM-ABC) have been proposed and implemented to automate the selection of the hidden layer's neurons for improved weather prediction. Proposed techniques have been implemented using DeepLearning4j library making the techniques scalable on clusters of machines. For evaluating the performance of proposed techniques, 15 years Brazil's weather dataset has been used. The experimental results proved that the proposed LSTM-GA and LSTM-ABC techniques have the reduced MAE value of 0.0074 and 0.0075 respectively while the LSTM network without any optimization has a relatively higher MAE value of 0.0086. © 2024 IEEE.

Resume Parser and Job Description Matcher is an innovative project aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of job candidate screening and matching processes. Leveraging natural language processing (NLP) techniques, particularly using SpaCy and machine learning models, the system parses resumes and job descriptions to extract relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. By analyzing textual data and applying advanced algorithms, such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), the system learns to match candidates with job postings based on keyword relevance and contextual understanding. Our paper demonstrates improved matching results compared to traditional methods, facilitating streamlined recruitment processes, and enhancing workforce management strategies. © 2024 IEEE.

Learning to generate motions of thin structures such as plant leaves in dynamic view synthesis is challenging. This is because thin structures usually undergo small but fast, non-rigid motions as they interact with air and wind. When given a set of RGB images or videos of a scene with moving thin structures as input, existing methods that map the scene to its corresponding canonical space for rendering novel views fail as the object movements are too subtle compared to the background. Disentangling the objects with thin parts from the background scene is also challenging when the parts show fast and rapid motions. To address these issues, we propose a Neural Radiance Field (NeRF)-based framework that accurately reconstructs thin structures such as leaves and captures their subtle, fast motions. The framework learns the geometry of a scene by mapping the dynamic images to a canonical scene in which the scene remains static. We propose a ray masking network to further decompose the canonical scene into foreground and background, thus enabling the network to focus more on foreground movements. We conducted experiments using a dataset containing thin structures such as leaves and petals, which include image sequences collected by us and one public image sequence. In today's rapidly growing digital era, cloud computing has emerged as an important technology, providing the ability to scale resources efficiently, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness for storing and processing huge amounts of data. However, alongside its numerous benefits, the adoption of cloud computing has also introduced deep concerns regarding data protection and privacy. The current scenario of cloud computing is characterized by increase in usage of cloud services and an exponential growth of data. While organizations leverage the cloud to enhance agility and innovation, the data sharing ability of cloud and the outsourcing of data management raise significant challenges for ensuring the privacy, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. Moreover, the rising cyber threats, regulatory compliance requirements, and the possibility for unauthorized access bring out the critical importance of robust data protection mechanisms in the cloud *** paper presents a comprehensive survey of strategies for data protection and identity protection in the context of cloud based systems. It examines encryption techniques, access control mechanisms, identity management solutions, among other approaches, highlighting their strengths, limitations, and applicability in different cloud deployment models and use cases. Furthermore, the paper discusses emerging trends such as homomorphic encryption, Attributes Based Encryption (ABE) Schemes and Identity Based Encryption (IBE), which hold promise for enhancing data protection in the developing landscape of cloud technology. © 2024 IEEE.

One of the major environmental issues that the world is currently facing is sea erosion, which requires an innovative solution for early detection and mitigation. Our paper focuses on the integrated system that combines both IoT and Machine Learning. The four main important environmental factors that are responsible for sea erosion are temperature, wave height, wave speed, and soil moisture. IoT sensors deployed along the prototype design are used to monitor these environmental parameters. Another key component is the machine learning algorithm, which is used analyse the interactions, patterns, and relations among the environmental data. By analysing the patterns among the previous data, the model can predict the likelihood of sea erosion events. This allows for the early detection of erosion events and timely interventions that can minimize the damage or loss caused by sea erosion. The main aim of this project is to help the coastal management authority take smart decisions and proactive steps using both real-time and past data analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Video Anomaly Localization techniques are interesting and emerging tasks in computer vision that is used to locate the position of an anomalous object with bounding boxes. Convolutional neural network-based object localization methods have been developed which detect and classify objects with high precision and accuracy. Many algorithms have been developed for object detection and localization with excellent outcomes. These algorithms are fast RCNN, faster RCNN, and YOLO. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of faster RCNN and YOLO V3 algorithms for anomaly localization is performed based on the parameters FPS, mAP, Precision, Recall and F1 Score. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper constructs a simulated CPU assembly line robot system. The system incorporates binocular structured light vision technology for CPU recognition and localization. The reflective surface of the CPU poses a significant challenge for 3D reconstruction, mainly when dealing with tilted angle situations. This inherent characteristic of the CPU adds complexity to the vision system to capture and reconstruct the object's 3D information accurately. This research aims to optimize the vision system's key parameters, balancing cost-effectiveness and the required precision. By achieving the necessary level of accuracy in picking the CPUs to the desired location, our work aims to enhance robotic assembly operations, offering an optimized parameter configuration approach and supporting the needs of modern industrial processes. © 2024 IEEE.
