Forensics investigators must often go deep into storage media in order to unearth long-lost files. Due to its prevalence in criminal activity, the Windows operating system is becoming an integral part of residual forensics. This study investigates how effective computer forensic data recovery tools are at rescuing evidence from a wide range of storage media. Our goal is to determine how much information can be retrieved by the computer image carver using the free tools FTK, EnCase, and Recuva. The results showed that the forensic tools were effective in their various recovery capacities, however this was only proved in highly specialized environments. In this term paper, we'll explain what data loss is, what causes it, how to prevent or reduce data loss, and what strategies work best for recovering and maintaining data. © 2023 IEEE.

Traditional end-to-end entanglement typically operates between two parties. However, such a setup may fall short when three parties are involved. GHZ states, a multi-qubit entangled state, provide an approach to such a problem. A fusion node is first chosen, and then the paths from all end nodes to the fusion node are fused to create an entangled state between all parties. The selection of the fusion node becomes critical since it highly affects the success probability of the whole process. Thus, in this paper, we explore the promising scenario for multiple requests of authorizable tripartite teleportation and introduce a novel optimization problem to maximize the (expected) total profit for 3-GHZ requests. Via extensive simulation results, we show that our algorithm can outperform existing approaches significantly. © 2024 IEEE.

Quantum technology offers a transformative approach to solving complex computational challenges in decentralized systems, particularly in blockchain transaction scheduling. Efficient transaction scheduling is critical in distributed ledger systems, which often face challenges like dynamic transaction loads. This work proposes a novel approach namely Hybrid Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (HQAOA) which combines Multi-Agent QAOA (MA-QAOA) and Adaptive Layer QAOA (AL-QAOA) to provide a robust solution to such issues. HQAOA leverages a decentralized optimization framework where multiple agents, each representing a node in the network, optimize local transaction scheduling while considering global constraints. Additionally, HQAOA adapts to varying transaction loads by dynamically adjusting the number of quantum layers for each agent, ensuring computational efficiency under different conditions. Such dynamic layer adjustment mechanisms mitigate the adverse effects of quantum noise and ensures optimal performance in scenarios with fluctuating transaction loads. In contrast to traditional QAOA, which struggles with noise and scaling issues, HQAOA provides improved performance by balancing the complexity of the problem with available quantum resources. Experimental results signify the future potential of HQAOA to outperform QAOA, particularly in noisy environments and irregular transaction conditions. This work demonstrates the potential of HQAOA to optimize blockchain transaction scheduling in decentralized systems. © 2025 IEEE.

This research aims to develop a comprehensive system for Sinhala Sign Language (SSL) that includes a learning system, dynamic sign detection, audio/video to sign conversion, and vocal training. SSL plays a crucial role in facilitating communication for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing in Sri Lanka. The learning system provides a platform for learning SSL and includes a text-To-sign language interpreter. The dynamic sign detection system uses computer vision techniques to identify and interpret dynamic signs accurately. The audio/video to sign conversion system bridges the gap between spoken language and SSL by converting auditory information into visual representations. The vocal training system focuses on enhancing the vocal skills of cochlear implanted children. This research contributes to the development of effective communication and language skills for SSL users. © 2023 IEEE.

Detection of the quality of fruits is essential for the health of humans as well as animals for sustainable agriculture. The quality of the fruit determines its price and directly impacts the agricultural sector thereby the economy. The early detection of the quality of the fruit can lead to the adoption of various techniques to further improve fruit quality, quantity and yield. Conventional methods include humans visually observing the fruit and checking for deformities. Moreover, IoT-based systems are used for this purpose,but satisfactory results have not been observed. Recent progress and research in deep learning methodologies have shown remarkable results for the aforementioned task which may lead to improvement in agricultural outcomes. However, the potential of deep learning methods for real-time fruit quality detection remains under-explored. This study aims to present a comprehensive review of widely adapted methods for fruit quality detection and provide future research scope and directions to the researchers as well as provide a clearer picture of quality determination using cutting-edge technologies. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2023.

Participation plays a key role in the classroom culture. When calling out the students' names at the beginning and end of a lecture, lecturers may miss a student, or someone may respond several times to substitute their peers. Face identification can be difficult when using low-definition video and other information systems with the assistance of facial recognition technologies. This necessitates the need to develop a novel device to quickly and accurately identify human faces from images and videos. Many algorithms and techniques have been recently developed to improve the facial recognition accuracy. Deep learning has been recently implemented in various real-time applications to identify and perceive multiple faces at the same time. When it comes to computers, however, it is unrealistic to attempt any of the human identity. The identification of the human identity is a critical aspect of biometrics. The biometric results are consistent with human characteristics. Remote and applied facial expressions can be used to enhance the results. computers that identify and recognize faces can be used for a variety of purposes, including criminal recognition, network surveillance, biometric authentication, and so on. In this paper, an automated system for attendance recognition is proposed. © 2023 IEEE.

As the times change, online video activities and video sharing have become commonplace. However, publicly sharing the images of others can involve risks of violating privacy and portrait rights, especially in today's era of widespread high-resolution cameras that can capture detailed facial features. Therefore, protecting the portrait rights of others has become crucial. In order to balance the protection of portrait and the preservation of image quality, we propose a deep learning-based person tracking system. This system can record and track the time and location of people in videos or video streams. Through image synthesis techniques, we can either place the necessary people in virtual environments or hide people in real videos. In this way, we ensure the portrait and privacy of others while maintaining the authenticity and quality of the image. This approach is not only applicable for individuals protecting their own images but can also be applied to respect the privacy of others, making online video activities safer and more respectful of people rights. © 2023 IEEE.

Human sign language is a visual and gestural means of communication used by people with hearing impairments to interact with others. It has the potential to enable interaction between individuals who struggle with verbal communication and those who lack the essential proficiency to comprehend sign language. Wh-questions constitute a substantial portion of daily sign language interactions. Automatic recognition of Wh-question words in sign language, encompassing interrogative words, has received limited attention in gesture recognition. In this context, a novel dataset named the American Question Sign Video dataset (AQSVd) has been introduced as a significant contribution. Recognizing Wh-question signs in video streams empowers individuals to effectively convey messages through hand movements and gestures, fostering inclusivity and accessibility in communication for deaf and hearing-impaired individuals. The paper proposes a Deep Convolutional-3D BiLSTM Multi-head Attention network for recognizing American Wh-Question word sign gestures in video streams. Incorporating Multi-head attention in the proposed model enhances its ability to capture intricate spatial and temporal features, essential for accurate gesture recognition. The proposed model is thoroughly evaluated across a range of datasets, such as INCLUDE50, WLASL-100, and our AQSVd dataset, achieving remarkable results. Specifically, our model demonstrated an outstanding 98.91% validation accuracy on the AQSVd dataset. The C3D-BiLSTM MHAttention model outperforms other state-of-the-art models, demonstrating its superiority in sign language recognition tasks. The proposed dataset and C3D-BiLSTM Multi-head Attention model contribute significantly to this field, offering potential benefits in education, human-robot interaction, and overall communication for the hearing-impaired community. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. HAR is specified as the crucial task within the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. Main aim of HAR is to observing and labelling different human activity images of distinct data sources by machines such as computer. HAR has applications in various fields. CNN model is an appropriate model for HAR task, due to their ability to automaticaly acquire relevant spatial features, capture hierarchical representations, and handle input of various sizes and types. So it is utilized for developing HAR model. This model can detect objects and also can classify images. The model contains wide ranging catogories. ShuffleNetV2 is a particular architecture within it, mainly for efficient and lightweight deep learning task. This paper develops an intelligent HAR using ShuffleNetV2 model which acquired an accuracy about 69.52 percentage. © 2023 IEEE.
