Amidst rapid urbanization and fluctuating climatic patterns, the world witnessed a surge in mosquito-borne diseases, escalating global health concerns. Mosquitoes, often dismissed as mere irritants, are carriers for a spectrum of conditions, including malaria, dengue, and the Zika virus, with WHO reporting large numbers of dengue cases annually. This review delves deep into the observation of mosquito behavior and the challenges in eradicating these pests, emphasizing the inefficacy of singular sensory targeting repellents. This paper introduces a pioneering device, combining the mosquito's affinity towards light with the suffocating effects of metofluthrin, offering a holistic solution. By the combination of advanced engineering with a comprehensive understanding of mosquito behavioral dynamics, this device promises not only to repel but to substantially reduce these vectors, fostering safer indoor spaces. Through a detailed exploration of current methodologies and the introduction of this integrated strategy, this paper provides insights into creating a healthier, mosquito-free environment. © 2024 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

Gauging Deep Learning Archetypal Effectiveness in Haematological Reclamation

This paper project an system for reclamation of medical images in an effective way for the extraction and retrieving of data from large archives is critical. This study aims to improve haematological image reclamation by combining visual-based image reclamation (VBIR) approaches with the GLCM algorithm, specifically for characteristics related to the prostate gland. While previous research has focused on computer-aided methods for Gleason grading, our technique focuses on early-stage feature reclamation across 14 paired glands. The experimental findings, including Bicubic Interpolation The resolution Enrichment with a standard deviation of 12.37, kurtosis of 122.83, and skewness of 2.92, demonstrate improved reclamation performance. Our suggested methodology uses a handmade learning approach that includes critical components such as GLCM contrast and correlation. This extensive feature extraction step includes descriptors for morphology, texture, fractals, and contextual information, which are then subjected to in-dept. statistical analysis to identify significant features. Using an RNN, our technique improves performance somewhat but significantly when compared to alternatives, with time required for execution offering insights into the intricate interaction of stages and the effect of sample variability. These findings not only encourage more research, but also help to advance standard reviews in haematological analysis of images. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

This document is a model with an accurate estimation of the battery’s State Of Charge (SOC), which is pivotal for prime performance and optimal lifespan of the rechargeable batteries. Though traditional methods, like Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) and Coulomb Counting (CC), are advantageous, they suffer from several limitations, such as sensitivity to temperature changes, frequent calibration, ageing effects, and measurement inaccuracies. This paper proposes 1-D Kalman Filter (1-D HKF) with an approach that incorporates the OCV and CC results into the state space model for better and more accurate SOC estimation. So, the model is called 1-D HKF or Hybrid Kalman filter that, influenced the long-term stability and estimation accuracy of CC and the accuracy of OCV at specific points to get over the individual limitations. The model trained by 1-D HKF adapts itself and adjusts the gain based on the uncertainties of each measured value to ensure optimal value information. So, We evaluate the performance of the 1-D HKF versus the traditional methods Kalman Filter using examples and exploratory data. The proposed approach illustrates significantly improved accuracy and robustness across various operating conditions, including varying temperatures and discharge rates. © 2024 IEEE.

Deep web material is accessed with web database requests, and returned information is packaged into dynamically generated web pages known as deep Web pages. Due to their intricate structure, it is tedious task to retrieve organized data from deep web pages. A great many approaches to address this problem are yet to be proposed, but all of them have inherent drawbacks because they are based on the website and the programming language. The contents of Sites are always shown for users to search daily, like the common two-dimensional media. This motivates us to search for an alternative way to extract deep Web information, by using some interesting popular visual features from deep Webpages, to address the limitations of past works. A novel blog vision approach is proposed in this paper to overcome these issues. This technique uses visual features in deep web pages specifically to conduct deep web data extraction. This paper also recommends a new appraisal measure to capture the required human activity to make maximum mining. The proposed methodology is highly efficient in the deep network data extraction, according to our studies with a large set of web-based data bases. © 2024 IEEE.

Advertising legal compliance reviews have always been time-consuming and labor-intensive, and existing Large Language Models(LLMs) are far worse performing than senior industry experts. In this paper, we propose a novel LLMs-based text-visual question answering method called Adchat-TVQA for advertising legal compliance review. After reading an advertising image and the corresponding review question, it will first understand the content on the image through multimodal learning, then optimize the question with Zero-Shot Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting method based on predefined industry expert experience, and finally input the augmented question into the large language model for inquiry. The feasibility of this method is verified through system prototype implementation and end-to-end functional tests. In addition, we summarized the characteristics of advertising images and added image segmentation and text box transpose to the data processing process for system performance improvement. Performance testing of the text visual cognitive question task on the AIWIN2021 dataset shows that the method scores higher than Microsoft's LayoutLM, with an increasement of the score from 51.52% to 52.74%. © 2024 IEEE.

The field of education is increasingly embracing AI tools to improve student outcomes. This work aims to reduce academic failure in higher education by employing machine learning techniques to identify at-risk students early in their educational journey, enabling the implementation of supportive strategies to assist them. This study examines a dataset from a higher education institution and utilizes it to develop a classification model for predicting students' academic performance. The problem is formulated as a multi-class classification task with three categories: Graduate, Enrolled, and Dropout, with a significant imbalance skewed toward the Graduate. To improve prediction accuracy toward the minority class, the data balancing technique SMOTE with Edited Nearest Neighbor (SMOTE-ENN) is applied. Three popular classification models - Random Forest, XGBOOST and CatBoost - are employed. The findings show that SMOTE-ENN significantly improves classification results. Moreover, XGBOOST demonstrated the highest accuracy (94.6%) in correctly identifying all classes, as evidenced by the confusion matrix evaluation, achieving the highest results compared to previous work in the literature. Implementing these models allows for accurate predictions of students' performance and helps reduce dropout rates. © 2024 IEEE.

According to present scenario, now a days it is often observed during shopping groceries, vegetables, fruits and other needs in malls, markets, bazaars etc. There is a huge rush, billing of the cart products will be delayed due to more number of customers standing in queues at every bill counter especially on holidays and weekends. This leads to loss of valuable time of customers, To overcome these kind of situations, a simple solution is introduced that is "Smart Shopping Cart" using Convolution Neural Network (CNN). This smart cart is connected to cameras that are connected to webpage through hot spot which acts as a sensor, which sense the image of the products and process that image, the model processes the image only if the product is trained, tested and stored in the database. After processing the product image it identifies the product and add the product to the bill. To add the product to the bill we have used a high level pre-trained API known as Tensor flow which acts as a communication link between the sensor and webpage. If the product is removed from the cart then the product will be removed from the bill list. By implementing this model we can save the time of both seller and consumer and avoid misuse of billings. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2023.

Cybersecurity safeguards computer systems, net- works, and digital information from a wide variety of cyber-attacks. Its major purpose is to protect the privacy of users' data and resources while maintaining their integrity and making them accessible in the digital world. Cybersecurity is an area that receives investment from businesses, individuals, and governments all around the world in order to secure sensitive information, key infrastructure, and digital assets. Protection of Sensitive Information Both individuals and businesses store huge amounts of sensitive information digitally, including personal data, financial records, intellectual property, and trade secrets. This information must be protected in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. The protection provided by cybersecurity prevents this information from being stolen, exposed, or accessed without authorization. Cyberattacks can result in severe financial losses, including theft of funds, fraud, and the expenditures associated with recovering from a cyber incident. It is possible to prevent these types of losses by taking preventative measures. Implementing these strategies helps prevent losses of this nature. In this paper, we propose a system architecture of a generic secure system, which can be deployed for various applications, i.e., smart healthcare, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), smart city, etc. We discuss the threats and attacks in cyberspace. Then, we explain the requirements of cybersecurity. Further, we discuss the devastation in the absence of cyber security. We also explain the cybersecurity deployments and techniques under cybersecurity. Then, in the end, some future research directions for cybersecurity are provided. © 2024 IEEE.

Consider learning the shared representations from multiple unlabeled views. Previous work either projects different views to the same space while enforcing the agreement among the projected views such as multiview canonical correlation analysis (MCCA), or factorizes different views while ensuring the common latent components across the views such as PARAFAC2, a tensor decomposition method. In this paper we first investigate a fundamental question: 'Do these two approaches learn different representations?' Preliminary numerical results suggest that in practice they do, which, in turn, begs the question of how we can leverage this observation in order to compute a superior representation. In this paper, we present a simple proof-of-concept scheme which augments MCCA with PARAFAC2 representations and vice-versa, and we demonstrate on multiple real datasets that such scheme can improve upon the baseline representation, paving the way for future research on optimally combining the strengths of projection and factorization methods for multiview representation learning. © 2024 IEEE.
