Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) are a type of wireless communication network that enable vehicles to communicate with each other and with roadside infrastructure in a peer-to-peer fashion;despite their vast applications, they come with several shortcomings. The key challenges in their real-world implementation include scalability, connectivity, and coverage issues. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), also known as drones, can complement existing VANETs in several ways to enhance their functionality and address some of their limitations. This paper studies the incorporation of UAVs in VANETs to overcome the challenges faced by the present networks. The approach is based on the dynamic deployment of UAVs in the most optimal positions, found by utilizing Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Ant Colony algorithms which analyze the vehicle density, and previous coverage information in the network. The deployment of UAVs is intended to provide a seamless network coverage for ground vehicles. The impact of dynamic UAV mobility in communicating VANETs is comparatively studied. The simulation is done using Network Simulator-3 (NS3) simulator to evaluate the performance of 4 VANET protocols, AODV, DSR, OLSR, and DSDV, in terms of packet delivery ratio (PDR), Average End-to-End Delay, Throughput, Average Throughput per Packet, Packet Drop Rate, and Normalized Routing Load after incorporating the proposed modification designs. The paper concludes that the incorporation of Ant Colony is better suited to enhance VANETs than PSO. © 2024 IEEE.

Artificial Intelligence(AI) has been a vast area in modern science. From our day to day lives it has contributed with so many devices that actually make sense as intelligent. Human beings can operate any gadgets operating by speech, text only. One of the techniques of AI is text mining or text data mining. Text mining uses natural language processing (NLP). for processing text to make it structured. So Text mining helps by using AI technology to produce new information from the structured data. Natural language processing (NLP) is the technique of artificial intelligence (AI). This allows machines to understand human language. NLP combines the powers of linguistics and computer science to study the rules and structure of language. It also creates intelligent systems (powered by machine learning and NLP algorithms) that can understand, analyze, and extract meaning from text and speech. Natural Language Processing (NLP) in healthcare can help physicians to make better decisions. This study describes the potential of NLP to maximize the value of Electronic Medical records(EMR's) and healthcare data, making a critical and trusted component in improving health outcomes and also focus on process, the EMRs processing and emphatically analyzes the key text data mining processing techniques. EMRs have been doing an absolute help to automated highlighting of new information in clinical notes. This study tries to give an overview of how AI techniques plays an important role in healthcare. © 2022 IEEE.

Spotting harmful software with machine learning models has become more crucial in cybersecurity. Machine learning can be used to recognize and sort harmful software by looking for specific patterns, behaviours, and features that set them apart from normal programs. It's important to understand that the world's access of harmful computer programs is always changing, and people who create these programs often try different methods to avoid getting caught. So, updating the model regularly and keeping an eye on it all the time are very important to making sure we can detect malware effectively. In the current digital world, malware is a big problem for cybersecurity. As bad software gets socially smarter and comes in many forms, old ways of finding and stopping it are not enough anymore. This is where models of machine learning start being useful. To summarize, a machine learning-based antivirus system can only be sustainable if it has good data, the right features, a good model, and skilled cybersecurity professionals working on it. This study focuses on Random Forest, Decision Tree, KNeighbour, AdaBoost and SGD classifiers' various classification methodologies for detection of malware. The proposed classifiers, which may be used for future study, emerge as the best classifiers for the dataset utilized for malware detection which help in global stability. © 2023 IEEE.

Insurance Company working as commercial enterprise from last few years have been experiencing fraud cases for all type of claims. Amount claimed by fraudulent is significantly huge that may causes serious problems, hence along with government, different organization also working to detect and reduce such activities. Such frauds occurred in all areas of insurance claim with high severity such as insurance claimed towards auto sector is fraud that widely claimed and prominent type, which can be done by fake accident claim. So, we aim to develop a project that work on insurance claim data set to detect fraud and fake claims amount. The project implement machine learning algorithms to build model to label and classify claim. Also, to study comparative study of all machine learning algorithms used for classification using confusion matrix in term soft accuracy, precision, recall etc. For fraudulent transaction validation, machine learning model is built using PySpark Python Library. © 2022 IEEE.

The number of cars on the road in the world is currently increasing. With the widespread usage of vehicles, a slew of issues inevitably arises. The damage of the road can be annoying to the drivers, and congestion in traffic can waste both fuel and time. It's worth noting that one of the primary causes of car damage and aging is the state of the road surface. Driving comfort and vehicle controllability can be harmed by poor road conditions. As a result, the system of monitoring road status is crucial to reducing congestion in traffic, reducing accident rates, and protecting cars from hazardous road conditions. This paper proposes using a framework based on cloud-fog network architecture, The fog computing network architecture is a dispersed network that may process data at the fog layer to minimize cloud computing's computational load. In addition, using small and large threshold values ( ), Main Authority (MA) deals with the major conditions, and the Sub Authority (SA) deals with the minor conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

Systemic risk is ubiquitous in our increasingly globalised world owing to the interconnections within and across sectors. However, a review of National Risk Assessments performed in OECD member countries reveals that systemic risk is rarely mentioned, and it is never accounted for in those assessments. A powerful method accounts for systemic risk and identifies mitigating strategies using participatory modelling with stakeholders: strategy mapping with Strategyfinder. The risk model is represented as a directed graph consisting of risk nodes and directed edges (arrows) expressing causal influences. The method originated in the management of large, complex projects, and it has been applied to systemic risks in critical infrastructures and pandemics. We demonstrate the Strategyfinder method using a scenario describing a cyberattack on electronic communication infrastructure leading to serious consequences for health and lives. The scenario is borrowed from the report Analysis of Risk Scenarios by the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection. © 2024 information Systems for Crisis Response and Management, ISCRAM. The decision for introduced green and cozy networking solutions has grown as the era continues to evolve. With centralized network control and programmability functions, software applications defined as Networking (SDN) have emerged as a promising method to address this call. But, as SDN architectures become vaster, the need for strong community protection turns into even extra important. Integrating community protection into SDN structure includes enforcing safety mechanisms straight away into the manipulate aircraft, considering actual-time-grained manipulation over community site visitors. The proposed work employs ns-3, SUMO, and NetAnim to create geographical routing in vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs). The research attempts to assess the performance of three well-known protocols AODV, DSDV, and OLSR in VANET settings. Utilizing SUMO's realistic mobility models and NS3's simulation capabilities, the project simulates node communication, protocol behaviour, and vehicle movement. The main purpose is to know how well various routing techniques work in dynamic vehicular situations. © 2024 IEEE.

This study presents a dipper-throated-based ant colony optimization (DTACO) with the Seasonal Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average with eXogenous factor (SARIMAX) model (DTACO+SARIMAX) to forecast monkeypox cases. The work optimizes the SARIMAX model using grid search cross-validation and fine-tunes its hyperparameters using DTACO to improve prediction accuracy. The suggested model's consistency and accuracy are considerable compared to previous studies. Comparisons with state-of-the-art models validate the proposed model's predictions. DTACO+SARIMAX can be used to control disease and monitor monkeypox. Healthcare organizations and governments can better manage and track the pandemic's course by offering accurate predictions, reducing public panic, and enabling effective pandemic planning. The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests are conducted on the proposed DTACO-SARIMAX model and compared models. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to the growing number of cloud users working on various cloud apps on specific infrastructure, resource allocation in cloud computing is implicitly difficult. Most resource allocation strategies currently in use focused on delivering efficiency determined by the workload of applications across many domains, such as business and scientific. Cloud service brokers compete strongly with one another to provide quality of service improvements based on the need, demand and the rapid growth of the services that are offered. Such conflict makes it difficult and complex to provide simple service selection and composition services in the cloud, this needs to be addressed to lighten the load on local resources. Because cloud-based services are too sophisticated and scalable, it is preferable to use an optimization strategy to choose the services that will meet the needs of the clients. To do this, a hybrid algorithm Modified Ant Colony System Cloud Services Composition (MACSCSC) is proposed to employ Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) incorporated with Genetic Algorithm (GA) to smoothly increase cloud-based services. When allocating cloud resources these meta-heuristic algorithms can achieve significantly better performance, lower costs and instances, better utilization of resources, and increased energy efficiency. The empirical findings on different real datasets have been demonstrated to show the improvements of the suggested method to overcome the drawbacks such as allocation of resources and high power consumption. © 2024 IEEE.
