MultiChain native assets were blockchain-based dig-ital assets created, managed, and traded on its network. Such blockchain assets were ensured to be transparent, secured, and trusted. Different applications used MultiChain assets to represent digital and physical objects like images, files, houses, cars, etc. This paper aimed to highlight the MultiChain platform and how it manages its native assets. This was achieved by demonstrating different MultiChain commands to handle and manage assets. MultiChain native assets were then analyzed based on the existing frameworks for blockchain-based digital assets and tokens. They were also analyzed to study their compliance with different token standards established by Ethereum. Both analyses revealed that the MultiChain native asset is more advanced and compatible with most contemporary token standards. The results of this investigation are useful to guide future applications that utilize MultiChain native assets. © 2024 IEEE.

This study introduced a capacitive sensing interactive game platform aimed at promoting emotional stability, which we have named the 'Sunrise and Sunset' game. This game primarily consists of two pieces of regular textile fabric enveloping conductive silver fabric. A microcontroller was employed to extract the sensed capacitive values, and a game named 'Sunrise and Sunset' is designed to complement the slow raising and lowering of both hands. The development of this gaming platform has the potential to offer a novel method of emotional management, particularly in high-stress living environments. It can serve as an effective relaxation tool, aiding individuals in emotional balance, anxiety reduction, and stress alleviation. Simultaneously, this platform can contribute to the promotion of mental well-being, providing an engaging and beneficial means for people to manage their emotions and moods. © 2024 IEEE.

The rapid digitalization of communication necessitates continuous skill updates to keep pace with evolving technology. Network management involves multiple functionalities that play a crucial role in optimizing network performance and ensuring continuous availability. It is very important to ensure a proper network management system for a university that has multiple branches to effectively manage and monitor their network infrastructure. A proper network management system provides centralized control and visibility over the entire network infrastructure, allowing administrators to efficiently manage and monitor network devices, configurations, and performance from a single interface. this research has developed a network management system that facilitates real-time network monitoring and troubleshooting, enabling proactive identification and resolution of issues to ensure smooth operations across all branches. It simplifies configuration management, ensuring consistency and compliance in network settings and updates. Resource optimization is achieved through insights into network utilization and performance metrics, allowing administrators to allocate resources efficiently and plan for future expansion. Security and compliance measures can be enforced, protecting sensitive data and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This study utilized GNS3 to create a network layout for a university with multiple branches, along with essential security configurations for the network design. A diverse range of protocols was implemented to safeguard and cater to the users of the secure university network. Furthermore, Switches, Data Routers, firewalls, and BGP Routers were incorporated into the network to enhance communication efficiency and streamline operations. © 2023 IEEE.

Depression is a medical syndrome that is often neglected and considered not as significant as physical illness due to lack of awareness and knowledge, but it should be treated in early stages to avoid extreme cases such as suicide. Therefore, Machine Learning Algorithms (MLA) are used to detect depression primitively to avoid extreme hazards. In-ternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards are essential for designing metrics in MLA as they ensure global consistency, quality assurance, and objective benchmark, enhancing credibility and reliability of the model. Although there is no proper standard design level quality metric is defined for MLA. Therefore, in this study, ISO 9126 standard is used to make as a quality standard considering functionality parameter of MLA design. These metrics are used to evaluate at the design level of MLA such as evaluation of dataset, preprocessing, MLA, and results. We have provide comparative analysis of MLA with partial functionality compliance with full ISO functionality conformance. In this study, MLA with ISO have significance compliance which is promising, where the raw data added to MLA to get the output and or the other hand all the steps are performed. The results clearly show that proposed model of MLA design metrics are out-performed provides 28% better results in terms of evaluations. Furthermore, the proposed design quality metrics can be used as the standard for the MLA domain. © 2023 IEEE.

The Aedes mosquito, found in tropical areas, transmits, and causes dengue fever. The spread of the dengue fever virus from an infected Aedes mosquito bite typically takes between three and fifteen days to manifest itself clinically as dengue fever symptoms. Early and automated detection of this illness will reduce the occurrence of outbreaks and facilitate the digitization of the system. Our primary objective is to identify regions at high risk for dengue fever using limited image data through the utilization of sophisticated machine learning and image processing methods. This work showcases the application of transfer learning algorithms for the timely identification of regions at risk for dengue mosquito infestation, particularly in situations where obtaining early data on dengue outbreaks is challenging. The experiments included images of 2150 dengue-positive data sets and 1440 dengue-negative data sets. We used AI and image classifiers Yolo V4 Tin, Tensor Flow, Google Colab, etc. for the training data set, and the system makes predictions with a 99.63% accuracy rate. Our system has some unique attributes;it not only detects the percentage of dengue probability but also the specific dengue-prone location on the submitted image. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper investigates the secrecy capacity optimization in RF/FSO systems with mixed Rayleigh and log-normal fading, while masking eavesdroppers channel state information () as well as suffering from atmospheric turbulence. We explore the impact of several parameters including beamforming angles, modulation schemes and hybrid RF/FSO link configurations through a combination of simulations as well as analytical models. Secrecy capacity is enhanced for an improved SNR and vice versa under higher turbulence conditions and cooler influents eavesdropped scenarios. Performance of the hybrid RF/FSO systems dominates considerably over single-link solutions, especially at longer distances. All these mechanisms appreciably increase the secrecy capacity, while beamforming and advanced modulation techniques offer most of the improvement. The study also demonstrates the interdependencies of system parameters, providing guidelines for designing secure communication systems under different environmental and operational conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

Blockchain and related Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) are anticipated to transform a the world of web from a centralised document-sharing platform to a comprehensive decentralised platform that facilitates the exchange of digital currency and supports autonomous management of digital assets. The central server is susceptible to attacks, distrust and collusion. If the web can assure reliable, safe, and responsible updates among independent participants without the need for a centralized server, the perception of a decentralised web can be re-instantiated. One of the essential technologies required to restore the openness of the internet while maintaining its security is distributed ledger technology (DLT). DLTs may now totally handle business and legal transactions online, creating a more trustworthy and accountable environment. Blockchain technology marks a major breakthrough by removing the need for a centralised trusted authority in a widely distributed network. Instead, a consensus must be reached among several sources of trust, based on an algorithm, that this transaction may be believed to be legitimate. The consensus algorithms in blockchain technology offer an immutable and permanent record of a transaction that is immutable, trustworthy and secured. Consensus algorithms are however energy consuming because of their computation heavy nature. This has been a biggest inhibition towards blockchain adoption. The energy needs for committing a blockchain transaction is also governed by whether it is a public/permissioned blockchain, its consensus algorithm, onchain-offchain data and the code complexity of smart contracts. The paper presents a state-of art evaluation of the current blockchain platforms and cryptos and evaluate them with the energy consumptions. Additionally, it also proposes a framework architecture of a green blockchain application. A green blockchain refers to the implementation of environmentally sustainable algorithms, tools and platforms

Object detection is an important task in computer vision. In earlier studies, object detection mostly works on single-modal. But recently, in order to improve detection efficiency, researchers start adding more modals for improving the robustness of detection result. In this paper, we assume that all input modals which can convert to image style are able to complete object detection task through a unified model. We choose YOLOv7 as our baseline model and use RGB and infrared images from the public dataset Camel to test our hypothesis. Based on our experiment results, training RGB and IR images together obtains better performance than training individually, which shows that all image style modalities are possibly handled by a unified model and even achieve better results. © 2023 IEEE.

A capacitive sensing smart clothing system is specially designed for respiratory monitoring and includes a breath capture controller and capacitive sensing clothing. Capacitive sensing clothing can be sewn with silver cloth on the chest or abdomen, and the signal is connected to the controller, and then the controller picks up the breathing signal and sends it to the graphical user interface (GUI). Integrating capacitive sensing technology into wearable clothing not only showcases technological advancements but also paves the way for new avenues in understanding and enhancing human health. By providing insights into breathing patterns and behaviors, this smart garment contributes to a more comprehensive approach in promoting health and medical care. This innovation holds the potential to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and enable healthcare professionals to deliver more personalized and effective treatments. © 2024 IEEE.

In non-stationary wireless fading channels deep learning models are effective in predicting channel states as indicated by this study. This work compared the LSTM and GRU models with autoregressive methods or Kalman filter, implying that deep learning is indeed able to capture temporal dependence between variables and was likely more adapted than linear method when dealing with many changes in dynamics. From the perspective of pre-processing data, keys like attention mechanism and transfer learning were decisive elements in helping them to improve prediction scores and make models more robust. These results showed that these enhanced procedures allow the models to generalise over a wide range of non-stationary situations, generating consistent performance in various diverse environments. This study indicates the promise of deep learning for enhancing wireless network operation, which could lead to greater self-awareness and utilization features in emerging future-generation wireless systems. © 2024 IEEE.
