Cognitive radio (CR) has some specific unique characteristics like flexibility, interoperability and adaptability. Optimal technological candidate is particularly contributed which reduces the challenges towards spectrum scarceness sin multimedia communications. Moreover, this communication over CR networks produces few severe issues like delay-sensitive, bandwidth-hungry, and loss-tolerant service and particularly ensuring quality of service (QoS). Improved Dynamic Optimization Algorithm (IDOA) is proposed for spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks (CRN) where for the Secondary User (SU), data traffic is considered. From the comparison of several works in the literature, it is assumed that SU have no packets to transmit always;but actually data sent per second is considered instead of channel capacity as the possible throughput with which the problem of sensing-throughput tradeoff is reformulated. The parameters such as probability of availability, Signal to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR), Processing time and transmission time are considered to analyze the efficiency of the IDOA approach proposed which is compared with two state of methods namely Medium Access Control (MAC) and Dijikstra Algorithm (DA). © 2023 IEEE.

The definition of a music genre is a subjective category that aids in identifying audio tracks within a shared culture or set of conventions. These genres are necessary for classifying various music-related metadata and tracks into domains that share similar musical qualities. The categorization of audio data according to their genre holds significant importance in the field of information retrieval of music. The current retrieval of various musical databases over computer networks necessitates the development of specialized methods for searching and organizing these data sets. The paper presents a model for genre classification, developed and automated using deep neural networks and the Mask R-CNN method. We performed a dimensional reduction of the model's target labels to enhance the previously mentioned method. Lastly, we will predict the behavior of the classification task through a qualitative analysis of the results using Keras. We conducted experiments using various pre-existing models such as FCN, Timbre CNN, end-to-end, and CNN. We conducted experiments using both raw amplitude data and Mel spectrograms from the raw audio data, which yielded more accurate results. At 86% and 53%, respectively, the suggested model's recall rates for hip-hop and rock music demonstrate a noteworthy level of accuracy. ©2024 IEEE.

Epileptic seizures are a common neurological disorder characterized by abnormal brain activity. Early and accurate detection of seizures plays a crucial role in effective treatment and improving the quality of life for individuals with epilepsy. This research paper proposes a innovative strategy for epileptic seizure detection utilizing a denoising autoencoder (DAE). The DAE is a feature extraction technique to enhance the discriminatory power of electroencephalogram (EEG) signals, commonly used for seizure detection. The suggested method's excellent sensitivity and specificity in correctly recognizing epileptic seizures is supported by the results of experiments. © 2024 IEEE.

The congestion in the Flying Ad hoc Network (FANET) is due to insufficient bandwidth or a heavy load on the network. The multipath routing protocol AOMDV (Ad -hoc On-demand Distance Vector) is used for balance the load in network. The multiple routes serve as backup routes for data transmission in the connection breakdown. The speed of the Seventh Generation (7G) is much higher than other generations of wireless networks. 7G has a speed of 100 Gigabits, which reduces communication latency. To optimize the bandwidth capacity, we must shift the load to other or alternative routes for handle congestion and proper load balancing. In this paper, propose a delay estimation rate-based control scheme to improve UAV-to-UAV communication in 7G-FANET. The Efficient Load Balancing AOMDV (ELAOMDV) scheme furnishes data on the number of packets that failed to reach their destination. The variation in the rate of transmission is based on the delay of successful acknowledgement. The proposed approach is to avoid the risk of congestion and balance the load on a specific link. 7G has the advantage of rapid communication. The ELAOMDV congestion management strategy is to minimize the latency and buffer overflow caused by network congestion. The delay difference confirms the existence of congestion and indicates the availability of multipath to balance the load. The performance of ELAOMDV is better than the multipath ad hoc on demand protocol (MAODV). All of the performance metrics showing improved results, indicating that the ELAOMDV approach has improved routing performance in 7G-FANET. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper proposed comprehensive learning PSO based on deadline constraint task scheduling for a hybrid IaaS cloud environment. One of the significant challenges in managing cloud services is scheduling tasks to VMs in such a way as to optimize the objective (that may be a reduction in make span, idle time, and waiting time or increasing the profit, availability, and serviceability). In this study, profit maximization is taken as an objective. This study concentrates on the workload on a batch, i.e., a bag of independent tasks which can be a kind of image rendering process, simulation, data processing, or video rendering process. We have used CLPSO for task scheduling and fixed the fitness function as profit maximization. The particle is designed so that we can easily obtain the allocation sequence by ranking the particle's coordinates. We found that for the given set of VMs (private and external cloud), the optimal or best number of tasks that can be taken is 3 to 5, as the average profit for those tasks is higher than the other set of tasks. Similarly, for a different set of cases, we can run the same setup and find the best number of tasks that can be accommodated to increase the profit. This study can be extended by changing the objective and can be repeated to get the inference on the new objective. © 2023 IEEE.

At the nexus of quantum computing and machine learning, quantum machine learning (QML) and quantum deep learning (QDL) have emerged as promising fields. By enhancing computational capabilities and addressing challenging data analysis problems, these approaches have the potential to revolutionise a number of domains by leveraging the special properties of quantum systems, such as superposition and entanglement. In this article, we give a thorough analysis of QML and QDL algorithms, discussing their underlying ideas, benefits over conventional models, and potential uses. We talk about the difficulties these algorithms face, such as noisy quantum hardware, constrained qubit resources, training and optimisation issues, input representation and data encoding problems, and limited interpretability. Additionally, we look at current developments and lines of inquiry that aim to address these issues, including hybrid classical-quantum methods, error-mitigating techniques, better data representation techniques, quantum transfer learning, and resource optimisation. © 2023 IEEE.

We study the relative advantage of classical and quantum distinguishers of bounded query complexity over n-bit strings, focusing on the case of a single quantum query. A construction of Aaronson and Ambainis (STOC 2015) yields a pair of distributions that is Ε-distinguishable by a one-query quantum algorithm, but O(Εk/√n)-indistinguishable by any non-adaptive k-query classical algorithm. We show that every pair of distributions that is Ε-distinguishable by a one-query quantum algorithm is distinguishable with k classical queries and (1) advantage min{Ω(Εpk/n)), Ω(Ε2k2/n)} non-adaptively (i.e., in one round), and (2) advantage Ω(Ε2k/√n log n) in two rounds. Medical images are sensitive data about patients, hospitals, healthcare sector and, therefore, require secure transmission to protect their privacy. To ensure the security of medical image transmission, three essential factors are vitally employed: integrity, confidentiality, and authentication. In this study, we propose an F-AHP technique to determine the relative importance of these security factors. The technique was implemented using 'Octave MATLAB tools'to obtain the weights for each factor, and the results showed that integrity is the most critical factor for the transmission of medical image security than confidentiality and authentication. This technique can help healthcare organizations to choose the appropriate security measures for transmitting medical images while ensuring that patient data is protected during transmission. Overall, the researcher highlights the importance of security in medical image transmission and provides a framework for healthcare organizations to implement effective security measures. © 2023 IEEE.

Plant diseases identification is frequently used by physical examination or laboratory investigation which creates delays that, by the time identification is finished, results in yield loss. Diseases may affect different parts of plant, specifically the leaf. Different Research have made significant contributions to this sector and used computer vision technologies and machine learning effectively. Consequently, having a thorough understanding of the most recent advancements in machine learning technology and its applications for the identification of leaf diseases. In this paper, a technique is proposed by employing texture features with SVM, XGBoost and CNN to identify leaf disease of five types of plants: Alstonia, Gauva, Jamun, Lemon, and Mango. We have used Local Binary Pattern to extract texture features from leaf because the diseases can affect the texture of plant, such as hairs, ridges, and waxy coatings. We have used challenging dataset which taken under different conditions, such as humidity, light, nutrition, water, and temperature which affect the texture, shape, colour and size of leaves. The findings show that the CNN based LBP achieved high accuracy in comparing with others models. © 2024 IEEE.

Multi-Dimensional Voice Program (MDVP) parameters are very popular among physicians/clinicians to detect vocal pathologies and analyze various diseases of the vocal cords. In this paper, voice pathologies are automatically detected using the parameters of the MDVP. However, MDVP is commercial software, so this work is trying to build MDVP using Python to extract MDVP parameters useful for various experiments, automatic detection of sound pathologies, and automatic classification of voice recognition. This study evaluates MDVP parameters and applies the XGBoost model as a classification method to analyze and classify diseases. This work considers three sample data, polyps, nodules, and Reinke edema, popular in clinical vocal cords diseases, from Saarbruecken Voice Database (SVD) for data testing and training. Test results demonstrate the excellent ability of MDVP's parameter extraction to identify healthy voices and obtain accurate classification results to discriminate between healthy voices and pathological voices. The best overall accuracy is 98% using the XGBoost classifier. © 2023 IEEE.
