Telexistence refers to various technologies that enable a high sense of embodiment and interaction capabilities with remote environments. Although numerous telexistence systems have been explored in previous works of literature, no prior studies have investigated the usability of telexistence systems for daily use. Therefore, this study focuses on Piton, which is a novel wearable telexistence robot which has a high degree of freedom in a snake-shaped design. Piton offers a unique opportunity for remote interaction and manipulation in diverse environments, owing to its flexible movement, which enables users to adapt to various scenarios with ease. The robot's wearability is also an essential feature that allows the user to wear it as a backpack. However, despite its promising features, deeper investigation is necessary to explore potential use cases for Piton in users' daily lives and the challenge of Piton. © 2023 IEEE.

Reading of a text in a given sentence have lot of parameters to consider for expressing an opinion on a given text to conclude nature of the text. The data which need to be formed in the form of data sets based on specific constrains. The Natural Language Processing (NLP) will always presume that Text readability made as the considerable measure for better round spread of any newspaper. The data related to these documents must be collected and store them in data sets. During this process of measuring text readability at the granular level of the text reading is a cumbersome task. This will always implicate a problem of machine readability of the text and explainability of the text taken from the documents mentioned above. In this context human readability will act an important role in predicting the text reading at granular level where the text-based sentiment analysis have been predicted through a machine learning model. The text reading has been evaluated in order to improve the readability through explainable system. The explainable systems will capture and explain the predictions of text reading. In this technical work an explainable system Text Filtering Insignificant Word (TFIW) is introduced where it improves the textual reading at the granule level based on sentiments by prediction the words which need to be filtered. This will improve the explainability of text and text reading and improve the fast text and explainability of the document. © 2024 IEEE.

Cucumbers are crucial agricultural commodities worldwide, necessitating production enhancements and quality maintenance. However, several diseases can easily hamper cucumber production if not classified and detected early. This study proposes a modified deep learning approach for identifying and classifying cucumber diseases at early stages using the Kaggle dataset. We applied data augmentation techniques to enhance the robustness of our model. We replaced the original MobileNetV2 classifier with custom classifiers, including linear layers, batch normalization, and ReLU activations to identify the effective features. Our proposed model achieved a high accuracy of 96.81%, which surpasses the accuracy of recent existing models in cucumber leaf disease classification. In the future, we plan to use a larger dataset, and this model can be adapted to work with various IoT devices for deployment in real-time applications. © 2024 IEEE.

In response to existing limitations, a novel convolutional neural network (CNN) model tailored for facial attribute estimation is introduced in this study. The methodology encompasses meticulous data preprocessing techniques, including dataset splitting, resizing, cleaning, augmentation, and cropping, to ensure the integrity of the dataset. Through rigorous real-world testing, remarkable accuracy in predicting gender, height, weight, and basal metabolic rate (BMR) from facial photos is demonstrated by our CNN architecture. Notably, unlike conventional approaches where BMR is directly estimated from facial images, three output neurons are employed by our model to simultaneously predict gender, height, and weight, which are sub-sequently utilized for BMR calculation. A primary contribution is made through the development of a comprehensive methodology that advances the reliability of facial attribute estimation by achieving an outstanding accuracy of 98.50% on our dataset named Face-ete and a commendable accuracy of 88.29% on another dataset. Our model outperforms the second-best model by percentage relative improvement factors of 2.19 and 4.28 in terms of BMR prediction accuracy for the 'Faceere' and the other dataset, respectively. This work represents a significant step forward in the field of facial attribute estimation. © 2024 IEEE.

In this work, we classified the wireless internet of things (IoT) traffic of the IoT Health intensive care unit (IHI) dataset which belongs to three general classes: patient monitoring, environment monitoring, and network attack. We trained and tested 7 machine learning (ML) models with Orange 3 including kNN, Decision Tree (tree), SVM, Random Forest (RF), Neural Network (NN), Gradient Boosting (GB), and AdaBoost (AB). With the original dataset, 5 ML models performed perfect classification. After pruning the dataset columns by keeping the features with the highest correlations with the label in the dataset, good classifications were obtained with only 4 TCP/IP features by the Gradient Boosting, kNN, and RF models with MSEs in the range 0.008-0.011, and R2s in the range 0.978-0.984. With only 6 MQTT features, Gradient Boosting, RF, Tree, and NN were the top classifiers with MSEs in the range 0.073-0.074, and R2s in the range 0.856-0.859. This work demonstrates the effectiveness of guiding the feature pruning process by the values of the correlation coefficients in order to minimize the long training times of ML models while achieving good accuracies. © 2024 The Authors. Worldwide, brain stroke is known as the 2nd leading cause of death, and based on Indian history, three people have suffered every minute. There are mainly two different types of brain stroke: ischemic stroke and Hemorrhagic stroke used to train the proposed models. Ischemic stroke is the most common and it contributes mostly to 80% of the brain stroke and Hemorrhagic stroke contributes mostly to 20% of the brain stroke. In the proposed model, there has been used a hybrid model called BrainNet (BrN) as CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) and SVM(Support Vector Machine)to classify brain stroke disease. After applying the required proposed model, it has produced a smart score of 91.91% accuracy, and compared to the existing model it performs pretty well. The BrainNet (BrN) model is mainly designed based on a deep neural network with dataset collection, preprocessing, and feature extraction with the desired model and make the classification concerning SVM. With compare to the existing model, it is an acceptable performance that belongs to the collected dataset designed with Ischemic stroke and Hemorrhagic stroke disease within the total number of 2515 data. © 2023 IEEE.

Nowadays, there is a necessity to tackle a number of pending crime cases across different parts of the world through effective scheduling and management. AI and ML can be used in handling unfinalized criminal cases in India can be one of the possible ways of improving the functioning of the criminal justice system in this country. The approach to this project is to create an AI system that will filter through the open cases and then rank them according to complexity, time-sensitivity, prior performances, and location. Since priority in a case is explained through the use of a supervised learning based on selected set, then law enforcement as well as legal personnel are able to shift most of their attention to other significant cases. Despite feature engineering and data preprocessing being in the construction of the system from the data collected from the various sources such as court records. This means that there is than models such as;Random Forest, Apriori and Rule-Based in an effort to establish the most suitable model. Perhaps the application of this AI based mechanism to form priorities could aid India in better organization of resources and with the assistance of backlog decrease – the justice system in India. But as the right touch to measure artificial use is considered, themes of privacy, bias, and fairness must also be addressed appropriately. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, we study the multi-layered security approaches for cooperative relay networks against passive eavesdropping adversaries. Specifically, we investigated physical layer approaches (i.e., beamformed and artificial noise injections) to improve the signal defence ability at a much lower eavesdropping capacity. Trade-offs in these cryptographic methods were studied in terms of encryption strength vs. decryption time under different loads on the network. The security of the network layer was assessed by measuring packet delivery ratios and data integrity violations under malicious nodes. Results show that multi-layer security is performed at the cost of performance, but much better network defence mechanisms are proposed overall. While this end-To-end approach strikes a reasonable balance between security and real-world performance considerations, it presents itself as a sensible solution for securing network communications against eavesdropping threats. © 2024 IEEE.

In present days, Multi Label Text Classification (MLTC) has become an important research area in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Existing models of MLTC have been facing domain specificity and fine-tuning challenges. Hence a model is developed to overcome the above said challenges by introducing Prompt engineering, GPT FineTuning methods and Pipeline algorithms. The experimental results are obtained based on the present Generative pre trained data produces labels for various text documents and files with an exceptional accuracy of 85%. The outcomes of the experiments reveal notable enhancements over the baseline models. © 2024 IEEE.

The personalized video service collects and analyzes user information to provide differentiated services for each user. Additionally, it is impossible to avoid delays when sending a video from a server to a client. However, if prefetching is performed at the edge node, transmission delay can be reduced, and personalized service can be provided by utilizing user information at each edge node. In this paper, we propose a personalized video service based on edge nodes. The proposed method operates so that the edge node performs personalized prefetching in which the number of prefetching is adjusted by calculating the weights of five selection criteria based on the user's viewing record. We found that the proposed method has the highest prefetching accuracy through implementation and experiments using the simulation of user behavior of selecting and viewing videos. © 2023 Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers.
