Real-time event streaming refers to the continuous and immediate processing and analysis of events as they occur in real time. Presently, Apache Kafka is a very popular and preferred framework for real-time data streaming. data stream pipelines to serve enormous data for large organizations are built between systems in Kafka for real-time streaming. Kafka provides a distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant platform for capturing, storing, and processing streams of events. It provisions seamless integration with different systems and applications, enabling real-time data analysis and processing. Thus, event streaming with Kafka is a modern approach to processing and analyzing large volumes of data in real-time. Event streaming with Kafka has a wide range of applications in varied industries such as finance, e-commerce, and more. It has the potential to transform the way businesses operate by enabling faster decision-making, improved operational efficiency, and better customer experiences. With financial enterprise application as our main goal, we focus on how Kafka could be a better-suited alternative to enhance event streaming. © 2023 IEEE.

Memristor, also known as Resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), enables in-memory computing by processing data directly within storage locations, thus mitigating the data transfer bottleneck between the processor and memory in high-speed applications. However, existing methods for implementing addition of two n-bit operands within ReRAM/memristor crossbar structures do not ensure minimal device utilization or minimal ReRAM/memristor read-write cycles. In this paper, we propose a novel approach for implementing n-bit addition in ReRAM crossbars to optimize the usage of the ReRAM device and minimize read-write cycles. We develop the ReRAM Sequence Graph (ReSG) to efficiently represent adder functionality and systematically allocate ReRAM devices to ReSG nodes. Furthermore, we present a scheduling mechanism for implementing ReSG nodes within ReRAM crossbars, accelerating the execution of the addition operation. Experimental evaluations show that our method surpasses current approaches, achieving better device utilization and reduced read-write cycles. © 2024 IEEE.

Maritime navigation offers a comprehensive approach to optimising ship navigation, in such a way that guarantees the safety and effectiveness of the journey through multiple techniques, like the adaptive weather routing technique, which uses the predictive model and the current weather conditions for efficient navigation. The review mainly emphasizes the basic principles and computational simulation for sustainable navigation in advancing the route defining algorithm. Discusses about the conventional route defining algorithms and dynamic route defining algorithm by adjusting for wind, waves, and currents. A comparison analysis shows how well different algorithms work in various weather conditions, and case studies show how they are used in the actual world, while new trends are being discussed, major problems also concern the need for accurate climate predictions, high-speed data processing, and an efficient response plan. The Advancements in artificial intelligence and composite path forecasting also address issues related to major needs, such as accurate weather forecasts, high-speed data processing, and effective reaction tactics. Through this insights of this review provides on future directions for adaptive weather routing research and development that the sustainable growth of intelligent naval navigation is supported. © 2025 IEEE.

Everything in today's highly connected digital world is increasingly dependent on instantaneous global data transfers. Internet efficiency facilitates our daily lives. Sharing information online presents significant security dangers and difficulties in the modern day. The use of cryptography is the means through which sensitive information can be protected from various threats. Improved cryptosystems technology is a no-brainer for securing communication networks. An improved cryptosystem is the focus of our research, and to that end we have presented a novel method of data encryption and decryption that guarantees increased efficiency over current best practises. This research work has proposed a noise image encryption and decryption scheme, wherein the noise signal is randomly selected to set the initial values for a chaotic system which also enhances the security of the system. for understanding the effectiveness of the proposed system. Experimental results confirm that the proposed chaos-based cryptosystem is efficient and suitable for information (image) transmission in a highly secured way. This study has developed a file encryption system, where encrypted file is saved to decrypt and download later. The main difference between the existing and proposed system is the implementation of file encryption system using noise images that store key values inside it. © 2023 IEEE.

Humans are responsible for the majority of delivering the packets over the area of a network. When compared to classic delivery system the Autonomous Delivery Robot(ADR's) is meant to deliver the goods instead of a human involvement. The delivery robots are a contact-less and alternative to human interaction. At their core, we design a budget-friendly prototype for an Autonomous Delivery Robot (ADR) that can deliver packages to their destinations safely. This robot uses a GPS (like a car's navigation system) to find its way around. We use a special kind of computer brain called Artificial Intelligence to understand the best way to go. Once delivery robot know the right path, it follows until it reaches to the final stop. The robot keeps packets secure by putting them in a special container that needs a secret code to open. The secret code to open the container can be sent to the customer mobile when they order something. Once the robot delivers your package, it can find its own way back to where it started. © 2025 IEEE.

The classification of plant species, particularly medicinal ones, has gained much research attention due to challenges in manual identification and the urgency to protect endangered species. The growing need for automated identification of medicinal plants has led to a focus on using leaf images, which provide abundant information and are easily accessible. The importance of medicinal plants in healthcare underscores the need for efficient identification methods, given the time-consuming reliance on experts. Vision-based systems offer fast and accurate recognition, benefiting researchers and the public in identifying these essential plant species. This work proposed a Multi-Scale Feature Fusion and Attention-Guided Residual Network (MSFFAR-Net) that incorporates pre-trained MobileNetv2 as feature extractor and a series of newly introduced Attention Residual Convolution Module to classify Bangladeshi Medicinal plants. Our model, validated through a 4-fold cross-validation, achieved high classification mean accuracy of 98.12% for BDMediLeaves and 96.18% for the Bangladeshi Medicinal Plant dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

The Internet of Things is the term we call when devices are connected to the network and work together to provide a better experience for users, facilitate better decision-making, and improve operations. As with any invention, this one also has its disadvantages. IoT devices have complex structures and low processing capacities. There are serious security risks in designing IoT like poor authentication, data leakage, and DDoS attacks. In this review paper, how AI can secure IoT is discussed. A few AI-driven strategies that help mask all these weaknesses are also discussed regarding intrusion detection systems (IDS), behavioural analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time threat monitoring. It presents a four-layered IoT architecture consisting of perception, network, support, and application layers. The use of the IoT systems will become more flexible and efficient in data security and collection, secure and encrypted communication, and predictive security analytics. AI will play the same role in improving the threat perception, real-time identification, and response, as this will make it indispensable to ensure the IoT environment security. This work emphasizes the urgent need for solid AI-powered, multilayered adaptive security frameworks to match the evolving demands of cybersecurity. © 2025 IEEE.

Brain-computer Interfaces (BCIs) have revolutionized human-machine interaction by establishing a direct communication pathway between the brain and an external machine. These systems rely on neural signals, acquired invasively through implanted electrodes or non-invasively using scalp sensors. Signal processing algorithms extract meaningful information from these signals, such as motor intentions or cognitive states. BCIs have applications in various domains, including healthcare, neurorehabilitation, gaming, virtual reality, and augmented reality. However, BCI development faces challenges such as improving signal acquisition and decoding techniques, enhancing reliability and robustness, and ensuring user safety and privacy. The translation of BCI technology from the lab to real-world applications requires addressing ethical, legal, and societal considerations. Standardized evaluation metrics and protocols are needed to compare and validate different BCI approaches effectively. In conclusion, BCIs have the potential to revolutionize human-machine interaction across various domains, but challenges remain in technology refinement, user acceptance, and ethical considerations. Future research directions include enhancing spatial and temporal resolution of neural signals, exploring novel electrode materials, and investigating long-term implantation methods. © 2024 IEEE.

A novel smart mirror system is proposed to enhance users' daily routines by integrating advanced technologies. Utilizing a Raspberry Pi, an electronic display, a two-way mirror, a camera, and control mechanisms powered by OpenCV and MediaPipe, the system provides personalized interactions through facial recognition. This feature allows the smart mirror to identify users and tailor its responses accordingly. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the system functions as an interactive fitness coach, guiding users through workouts, correcting their form, and delivering real-time feedback. AI and EdTech are transforming education by making it more accessible, personalized, and assessable, even in low and middle income countries (LMICs) facing resource constraints. However, challenges come with unequal access, issues in data privacy, and bias in AI model creations. As AI continues to become more popular, the issue of whether the work made by the students will be original. This paper focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on learning in both its ethical and practical dimensions while highlighting the themes of inclusivity, fairness, and authenticity. Guidelines and policies for responsible AI in integration will be proposed further, alongside teacher training. Results should depict that this moral framework, policies, and teacher education should aid in ensuring that the implications of AI are positive and fruitful for learning. Ideal AI guidelines would foster an educational system that is inclusive, transparent, and considers uniqueness and innovation. © 2025 IEEE.
