Our research proposes a comprehensive approach to identify duplicate frames in digital videos. It integrates machine learning and signal processing techniques for effective identification. The process begins with pre-processing, enhancing video quality through temporal filtering and noise reduction. Next, feature extraction captures statistical and structural information from each frame. Deep neural networks and other machine learning methods are used to classify frames as original or duplicated using these features. To enhance detection accuracy, signal processing methods like block-based and key point-based approaches are applied. Block-based methods divide frames into segments for region comparison, while key point-based methods identify and match key points between frames. Our method's effectiveness and robustness are demonstrated through experiments on various digital videos. This combination of machine learning and signal processing offers a comprehensive solution to uncover frame duplication, ensuring video content's integrity and authenticity. © 2024 IEEE.

By instantly identifying suspicious occurrences, people, and things, smart CCTV systems greatly improve monitoring capacities. In this research, we investigate how to enhance CCTV video stream anomaly detection using state-of-the-art machine-vision and machine-learning techniques, namely UNET and ALEXNET. In contrast to more conventional methods that depend on supervised learning, this research makes use of uncontrolled and semi-supervised learning techniques to tackle the variety and complexity of anomalies. Using algorithms like UNET and ALEXNET, the system can learn to spot outliers on its own, with little to no help from humans. Because it can tell the difference between normal and abnormal situations, this method improves monitoring efficiency and decreases false alarms. In addition, the system maintains original quality for unusual occurrences while keeping typical video at a lower level, optimizing storage economy. By combining UNET and ALEXNET algorithms, smart CCTV systems may detect suspicious events before they happen, which increases security and allows for faster reactions to any dangers. © 2024 IEEE.

This study examines the design of fault tolerance mechanisms in cloud computing infrastructure, with particular emphasis on Amazon Web Services (A WS). Fault tolerance is critical to assure the continuous availability and reliability of cloud-based systems. Auto Scaling, an A WS feature, provides a dynamic way to handle demand changes while keeping the system flexible. This article presents a fault tracking management approach using Auto Scaling in A WS based on current research and real-world concerns. The importance of monitoring fault tolerance policies is emphasized, along with practical implementation methods. Furthermore, a case study demonstrating the success of this technique in real-world situations is presented, highlighting its importance for solving current challenges. © 2024 IEEE.

Using text mining tools and machine learning algorithms, the paper presents a prototype for classifying strokes. The significance of machine learning extends across various domains, including surveillance, medicine, and data management, where appropriately trained algorithms prove invaluable. The study incorporates data mining techniques, offering a comprehensive understanding of information tracking from both semantic and syntactic perspectives. By analyzing medical case sheets, the proposed approach extracts symptoms and trains the system based on that information. A total of 507 case sheets are collected at "Sugam Multispecialty Hospital"in "Kumbakonam", Tamil Nadu, India, during the data collection phase. A tagging and maximum entropy approach was used to mine these case sheets. Stroke classification relies heavily on the suggested stemmer for distinguishing between common and special features. To handle the data that has been processed, support vector machines, XG Boost algorithms, SGD algorithms, decision trees, and random forests were used as machine learning algorithms. Random Forest demonstrated the highest accuracy among stroke classification algorithms evaluated. This integration of text mining and machine learning offers a promising framework for enhancing stroke classification based on patients' symptoms extracted from medical case sheets. The synergy between these technologies provides a robust methodology that can contribute significantly to improving the efficiency and accuracy of stroke diagnosis and classification in a medical. © 2024 IEEE.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment are now integrated in automated systems that enhance code stability, and accelerate the deployment process as well as improving monitoring of the whole system in the software development field. This document deals with setting up of a strong CI/CD process involving AWS cloud services and DevOps. The infrastructure is built with the help of Terraform which ensures the scalability and repeatability applying the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach. A safe Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) is designed consisting of public and private subnets, load balancing for traffic distribution, and CloudFront CDN to improve geographical distribution. Jenkins is used in CI process to perform disk analysis, OWASP and Trivy vulnerability scanning, and making Docker images. The CD phase use ArgoCD for updates on Kubernetes and integrates Monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana. Notifications are produced to JIRA and email communication for improvement. With the help of the offered cloud services and DevOps tool it is possible to consolidate the SDLC and bring effects in code safety, testing and utilization. This document also provides an overview of methods, instruments, and outcomes, demonstrating how the CI/CD automation influences the development and operation positively. © 2025 IEEE.

This research study pertains to the essential problems of certificate authentication within academic organizations. It concentrates on the major issues of forgery and inefficiencies as well as administrative bottlenecks that arise in conventional systems. The usual ways, which are based on one authority organization, are likely to be compromised, move slowly on verification, and have increased overhead costs. Blockchain technology is a distributed way of doing things without a middleman, and thus it is able to improve security, transparency, and the immutability of educational records. The article identifies the shortcomings of the present blockchain-based implementations with the focus on scalability, interoperability with legacy infrastructure, and high transaction costs. In the paper, an experiment on Ethereum-based smart contracts as well as the Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-256) and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) technologies shows the potential of these technologies to a certificate validation system by providing cryptographic integrity and, therefore, data storage that cannot be altered. The proposed work introduces a decentralized architecture that uses smart contracts for certificate issuing and verification to some extent. By integrating cryptographic hashing mechanisms, the system provides real-time, verifiable, and immutable credential records, addressing both fraud prevention and operational inefficiencies. © 2024 IEEE.

In today's world, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are transforming many industries, but they rely on huge amounts of data leading to privacy issues. A better alternative is Federated learning. Federated Learning involves training the model from multiple sources using the decentralization technique, meaning each device trains the model on its local data thereby reducing the strain on the single server. This is useful in cases where the data is too large to be sent and maintained on a central server or in handling privacy and security concerns. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a sluggish and cumulative decline of kidney characteristics over the years. Early detection of CKD is essential when you consider that delayed detection and hospital treatment of the situation might eventually bring about the final stage of CKD and the patient's death. The prediction of diseases has grown to be appreciably impacted by means of the utilization of machine learning (ML) in healthcare. Thus, ML methods are the simplest in CKD prediction. The major goal is to use distinct supervised ML techniques, such as Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, Artificial Neural Network, and Logistic Regression, to examine and verify how correct they may be at detecting CKD. The proposed model provides various strategies for detecting CKD using medical facts which incorporates data preprocessing, strategies for handling missing values, and data reduction. It is noted that the clinical data has been classified with an overall accuracy of 100% by the Random Forest algorithm. The suggested ML model will help doctors identify chronic kidney ailments early on, which will be an effective manner of preventing the illness. © 2024 IEEE.

The manual grading of exam scripts is a labor-intensive process, often plagued by subjectivity and inconsistency. This study presents an innovative approach to automating the evaluation of exam scripts using the Large Language Model (LLM) integrated with Zero-Shot Learning (ZSL) and Generative AI. Our system leverages the capabilities of GPT-4 to generate and evaluate answers, applying similarity measures to ensure accuracy and fairness in grading. The model's adaptability through ZSL allows it to assess new questions without additional training. The system also incorporates iterative refinement techniques to enhance the quality of standard answers over time. Performance evaluations demonstrate a low error rate, with an average relative error of 1.29% for annotated questions and 1.67% for non-annotated questions compared to human graders. The performance underscores the automated system's transformative potential in revolutionizing educational assessments, offering a consistent, fair, and highly efficient alternative to traditional grading methods. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis plays a crucial role in understanding user preferences and opinions in the field of information retrieval. This research focuses on developing a system that combines text summarization and machine learning techniques to improve sentiment analysis accuracy. The proposed approach employs extractive and abstractive summarization techniques to reduce lengthy texts into concise summaries while preserving key information. Feature engineering is then applied to extract sentiment-related elements from the summary text, providing valuable insights for the SVM model.
