In this research, we address the challenge of manually categorizing architectural heritage images, which is time-consuming and subjective. We propose an automated image classification method using Python and machine learning, specifically deep learning. The system recognizes various architectural features like altars, apses, bell towers, columns, domes, flying buttresses, gargoyles, stained glass, and vaults. Our approach employs a deep learning model trained on annotated images of buildings. Users can upload architectural photos, which are then scaled, converted into a numpy array, and fed into the deep neural network for prediction. The model predicts the architectural category and provides the likelihood of the prediction. The system displays the predicted category together with the actual image, prediction accuracy, and a description of the identified class. Additionally, a bar graph visualizes the class probabilities for better interpretation. The dataset includes 10 categories split into training and testing folders, comprising 5937 and 1434 images, respectively. The evaluation results indicate that DenseNet121 achieved 86.61% accuracy, ResNet50v2 reached 84.24%, and MobileNetv2 achieved 74%. © 2024 IEEE.

With the advancement of technology and emergence of blockchain, it has become quite a popular tool which is often integrated with systems and processes that require decentralization, traceability, consistency etc. One such area is of supply chain management. Often the raw materials used to make a final product do not come from a single source and hence there has been always a risk of making counterfeit, cloned item of the same. Same goes in the case of tea powder production too. Seeds used and leaves planted come from different sources which collectively determine the quality of the end tea powder. The proposed work tackles issues not only by providing traceability but also contributes in the overall security of the system by making use of Hyperledger fabric and Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA). In addition to these features, cross platform payment is also made possible by integrating the system with bridges. By making use of Hyperledger fabric and Interplanetary File System (IPFS), latency is decreased as well as throughput is increased. Additionally, making use of ECDSA provides same level of security with smaller key size and generates signature faster as compared to other cryptographic algorithms like Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA). © 2024 IEEE.

One of the important areas that needs attention is supply chain in this fast expansion of globalization. There are numerous tiny parts that are summed up to obtain an end and furnished product be it agricultural goods in food supply chain or even other goods such as electronics. Now the quality of the final product depends upon the quality of the raw materials used. Since raw materials are manufactured, distributed, and sold globally, ensuring the integrity and security proposes a challenging task due to widespread counterfeit, cloned items, and other infiltration of untrusted items. The proposed work will counter these issues by not only providing traceability but also empowering transparency through Hyperledger. Along with these features, bridges are added to make the transfer of assets such as payments across different blockchains. © 2024 IEEE.

The advent of electronic voting (e-voting) systems has promised greater accessibility, efficiency, and transparency in the process of electoral. However, by adopting e-voting systems, they bring forth significant challenges, primarily related to security and scalability. Old e-voting systems encounter threats such as vote manipulation and denial-of-service attacks, making it imperative to design robust and secure solutions. This research focuses on addressing these challenges through a collaborative approach utilizing sharding technology with interoperability enabling it to handle a vast number of votes simultaneously without compromising performance or security. Recognizing the importance of seamless data exchange, our e-voting system places a strong emphasis on interoperability. The consensus mechanism providing rapid transaction finality, enhanced security, and resilience against malicious actors. It ensures the integrity in the process of voting and safeguards against alterations. We present a pioneering approach to reduce all kind of challenges in existing model by giving a secure e-voting that harnesses the power of sharding blockchain, interoperability, and a novel consensus mechanism. The analysis of blockchain structure that provide blockchain as a service initiates the article. Then, based on blockchain technology, we suggest a unique electronic voting method. That resolves all the issues we found. This reduces the cost of holding a national poll and enhances security. © 2024 IEEE.

This research enhances mobile traffic network security using reverse engineering and encryption. It analyzes vulnerabilities in evolving mobile protocols (GSM, 4G, 5G) and applies encryption schemes like AES and RSA to secure data transmission. The study also explores secure key exchange mechanisms such as Diffie-Hellman (DH) and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and evaluates Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) for threat detection. An Advance Boosting Approach for Multiclass Dry Bean Classification

Dry beans, which are produced in large quantities, have the highest level of genetic diversity. The quality of seeds has a significant impact on crop yield. The importance of seed classification to both marketing and production can be shown by realizing that sustainable agricultural systems depend on these principles. This research is primarily aimed at providing a means to generate uniform seed varieties, as seed is not certified as a single variety. To achieve consistent seed classification, we have proposed Extreme Gradient Boosting ensembles using the Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Methodology (SMOTE) to differentiate seven distinct registered types of dry beans with similar characteristics. There were a total of 13,611 grains from seven different varieties of dry beans sampled for the classification model. Classification algorithms based on machine learning like Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), Adaptive Boosting classifier, Bagging Classifier, and Extreme Gradient Boosting ensembles using the Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Methodology (SMOTE) were developed and compared. Overall correct classification rates for SVM, MLP, DT, Adaboost, Bagging, and Extreme Gradient Boost classifiers were 94.44%, 94.48%, 96.53%, 96.35%, 96.89%, and 97.32%, respectively. Extreme Gradient Boosting ensembles using the SMOTE classification model have the best accuracy. In the realm of robotics and autonomous systems, efficient path planning is a critical aspect for optimizing resource utilization and achieving mission objectives. This study explores the application of Ant Colony Optimized (ACO) algorithms to enhance the efficiency of robots in navigating and exploring unknown environments. Inspired by the foraging behavior of ants, ACO algorithms are employed to find the shortest paths by leveraging pheromone communication and decentralized decision-making. Ant Colony Optimization is then introduced as a bio-inspired solution to address these challenges. The experimental results demonstrate the capability of the ACO algorithm to efficiently explore complex environments, adapt to changes in the surroundings, and converge to optimal paths. Insights gained from these analyses contribute to the refinement of the ACO algorithm for diverse robotic applications. The findings of this research have practical implications for the development of autonomous robots operating in real-world scenarios, such as search and rescue missions, environmental monitoring, and surveillance. This study provides a valuable foundation for the integration of bio-inspired algorithms in robotics, advancing the state-of-the-art in autonomous exploration and path planning. © 2024 IEEE.

Picture steganography plays a crucial role in secure communication by discreetly altering images for various purposes such as data authentication, privacy protection, and watermarking. However, traditional methods often lack resistance to manipulation. To address this, we propose a solution that merges automated password generation with the Least Significant Bit (LSB) approach. This method involves embedding text within images and automatically generating an encryption password to safeguard data security. By employing Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) credentials, encrypted photos can be directly sent to recipients, significantly expediting the process. This automated approach eliminates the necessity for separate transfers of the image and decryption password, thereby enhancing simplicity and security. This new technology seamlessly integrates encryption, ensuring a trustworthy and secure communication channel. With this innovative solution, users can transmit sensitive information confidently, knowing that it is shielded from unauthorized access or manipulation. By combining the strengths of automated password generation, LSB steganography, and SMTP transmission, our approach provides a robust framework for safeguarding digital communication in various context. © 2024 IEEE.

This research paper explores the implementation and potential benefits of a virtual mouse using hand gestures as an input device for individuals. The virtual mouse is a software-based interface, enabling users to control the cursor without physically touching a mouse. Hand gestures are recognized using sensors and machine learning algorithms that translate these gestures into cursor movements on the screen. The results show that the hand gesture method is accurate in recognizing different hand movements, providing individuals with new means of interacting with technology with a budget free and user-friendly solution. With the rapid increase in global data volume, various factors like low latency, high efficiency video surveillance is impossible to achieve in a centralized cloud computing model. Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed computing model for intelligent video surveillance system. This paper presents a smart video surveillance system which can execute Deep Learning algorithms in low power consumption embedded de vices. The proposed intelligent video surveillance system based on the edge computing consists of multi-camera for smart cities and homes. In general, the sending of original video surveillance data to the centralized computing model is too much time consuming and this will keep us far away to achieve our objective of real time data transmission so through this paper the edge computing technique is proposed, the idea is perform computation locally at the edge devices and then the computed data will be sent to the centralized computing model which is capable of performing the real time video surveillance by using the deep learning algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.
