In order to develop strategic initiatives in agricultural belonging for trading protocol and tripling countrymen earnings, early and accurate agricultural output estimation is pivotal in computable and commercial decision at the territory plane. Crop production forecasting, which is done to foresee a greater crop output, is the impressive difficulty in the agronomic division. To help farmers increase agricultural yield, this study has collected and evaluated data on N, P, K, temperature, humidity, ph, rainfall and soil-moisture. The superior values of this work are to recommend the crop to cultivate, suggest the appropriate fertilizers to use and predict the disease of a crop. A python environment is used to perform initial preprocessing on the data. KNN classification is used for developing the recommendation system. The link between the count, nutrients, temperature, humidity, pH, rainfall, and crop, are visualized using bar graphs and scatter plots. The tensor and torch were used to forecast crop disease and also to suggest appropriate fertilizer based on the data. The application was developed using Python Flask. This Classification was compared with other algorithms such as SVM, DT , RF and K-means. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces a new spark plasma sintering technique that can order crystalline anisotropy by the coaxial flat spiral coils which have been designed, modeled, and installed to work in coupled with the Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) as a new sintering method called In-situ magnetic-anisotropy spark plasma sintering (MASPS) which has been used to produce anisotropic magnets by aligning the grains of the sintered powder. The two spiral coils have been connected to the cathode and anode of the SPS machine. The magnetic field generated from the coils has been designed and simulated using ANSYS MAXWELL software, and experimentally the field was measured manually using the gauss meter instrument. The excitation currents are 150, 200, 250, 300, and 350 A. Based on the results obtained the maximum magnetic field intensity and strength, at exciting currents of 150, 200, 250, 300, and 350 A are 3.0859 × 104 4.115×104, 5.1432×104, 6.1718×104, 7.2005×104 A/m, and 37.327, 49.769, 62.211, 74.653, and 90.400 mT respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Currently, all vehicles are key operated. Our intention is therefore to develop an intelligent unlocking system based on facial recognition technology. In Today's era of automation and smart devices, privacy and security are important issues in information technology so to information system, so it is urgent to change system security measures. In previous systems, many vehicle doors had mechanical locks with a limited number of keys. To enhance security, we propose an intelligent vehicle door unlocking system based on facial recognition the system uses camera sensor to recognize faces and image matching algorithms to recognize authenticated faces. Only people with matching faces can open the door this system not only provides additional security but also useful for systems without physical keys. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper investigates the performance of vehicle-To-vehicle visible light communication (V2V-VLC) systems under different outdoor conditions through MATLAB simulation. The study focuses on the signal-To-noise ratio (SNR) as it is affected by factors such as atmospheric variations, lateral displacement, ambient light interference, and receiver aperture size. The channel path loss is analyzed, and the simulation results are validated against experimental *** contributions of this work include a comprehensive evaluation of key environmental and design parameters, integration of theoretical models with real-world data, and recommendations for improving system performance. The results provide valuable insights into optimizing V2V-VLC systems and form the basis for future advances in intelligent transportation technologies. © 2025 IEEE.

This research aims to develop a comprehensive system for Sinhala Sign Language (SSL) that includes a learning system, dynamic sign detection, audio/video to sign conversion, and vocal training. SSL plays a crucial role in facilitating communication for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing in Sri Lanka. The learning system provides a platform for learning SSL and includes a text-To-sign language interpreter. The dynamic sign detection system uses computer vision techniques to identify and interpret dynamic signs accurately. The audio/video to sign conversion system bridges the gap between spoken language and SSL by converting auditory information into visual representations. The vocal training system focuses on enhancing the vocal skills of cochlear implanted children. This research contributes to the development of effective communication and language skills for SSL users. © 2023 IEEE.

Sign Language is used by deaf and hard hearing people as it is the efficient way to communicate among themselves as well as with other people. The demand for an automated system, which converts sign language into a normal message and vice versa, has been increased to provide a normal life to people with hearing difficulties. Each sign language has a distinct character with variations in the shape of the hand, the profile of movement, and the position of the hand, face, and body parts that contribute to each character. Pattern recognition and gesture recognition are majorly used technologies for resolving the problem. In this work, real-time American Sign Language is carried out for finger-spelling recognition using Deep Convolutional Neural Network for the classification of data to bridge the gap of communication between hearing disabled people and normal people. A new dataset of more than 50 thousand images is prepared for training purposes. Outputs are based on inputs given by the user, while the designed interface provides the end user with alphabets A to Z and Numerals from 0 to 9 prediction. The overall performance based on the proposed approach is being evaluated by the use of a dataset of real-dept. images captured from users. Accuracy of the system is 99.70%. © 2023 IEEE.

Bangladesh's most crucial sector for development is agriculture. Rainfall has been irregular in recent years due to climate change. In our country, the untimely rain and hailstorms harm crops and vegetables, especially winter vegetables. Surface water is mainly used for agriculture, but its availability constantly declines. Our current key challenge is to save surface water while protecting crops from rain and hail. IoT is cutting-edge technology in many applications, such as smart homes, smart cities, and intelligent traffic management. The IoT may be implemented in so many different industries and sectors. This research work is about smart irrigation with crop protection systems in agriculture. The system's primary parts are the sensors, water pump, servo motors, embedded systems, and internet connectivity. IoT sensors like soil moisture sensors and rain sensors are used in the suggested methodology. The fields of crops have received water from a pump. A motor has covered the crops. The proposed solution is a straightforward Internet of Things setup that sends data to the Arduino after detecting rainfall and soil moisture levels. Depending on the sensor data, the Arduino sends signals to the motor and pump to irrigate the crops and cover crops as necessary, revealing the crops after rain. The system is constructed economically using bamboo, and poly and plastic nets have been utilized to protect the crops from rain and fog. The system's primary effects are increased productivity, decreased crop damage rate, and saved surface water. © 2024 IEEE.

A circuit design of a high-speed CBJT operational amplifier (OpAmp) based on an 'folded' cascode is proposed, in which a differentiating transient correction circuit is introduced to increase the maximum slew rate of the output voltage (SR). The considered OpAmp is intended for use in a subclass of so-called discrete-to-analog SC filters on switched capacitors, where (in some important cases) higher SR values of the OpAmp are required. In addition, such high-speed OpAmps are in demand in drivers of high-speed analog-to-digital converters and other devices of automatics and computer engineering. Computer simulation in LTSpice environment shows that the proposed CBJT OpAmp circuit designs for micron silicon technological processes provide SR increase from 45.8 V/µs to 18000 V/µs. © 2024 IEEE.

A double closed loop active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method was proposed to control the pressure of pneumatic pressure servo system of loop swing polishing machine, which is difficult to control the pressure accurately due to the strong nonlinearity, model uncertainty and disturbance. Based on the dynamic mechanism model of pneumatic pressure servo system of ring pendulum polishing machine, the parameters of the known model structure are identified by Matlab system identification tool. In the case of unknown disturbance and load disturbance, the extended state observer is designed to estimate the uncertainty and disturbance of the system, and the error feedback law is used to give real-time active compensation, so as to achieve accurate pneumatic pressure control. The simulation and experimental results show that the pneumatic pressure servo system not only has good tracking performance, fast response speed, strong anti-jamming ability, but also is easy to implement in engineering. © 2023 IEEE.

With the continuous advancement of vehicle technologies and the complexities of modern driving environments, evaluating the effects of multitasking on driver safety is imperative. This study investigates the effects of secondary tasks on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) andmental workload while driving. As technology advances and vehicles incorporate more interactive systems, it is crucial to understand the physiological and cognitive demands placed on drivers. Distracted driving has become a growing concern, leading to an increased focus on how in-vehicle systems impact driver attention and safety. This research measured the HRV of the drivers while they engaged in various secondary tasks, such as using car infotainment systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Its experimental setup involved 20 participants with varied driving experience, navigating a predefined route in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. Results indicated a significant increase in Heart Rate (HR) and HRV parameters, specifically Low Frequency to High Frequency (LF/HF) ratioand Stress Index (SI), when participants engaged in secondary tasks. This increase indicates elevated mental workload and Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) activity. These findings are essential for developing interventions that could mitigate the risks associated with distracted driving. By evaluating driver stress and cognitive load through physiological metrics, this study offers valuable insights into the interactions between driver behaviour, vehicle technology, and road safety. © 2024 IEEE.
