In the development stage of the embedded system, the market demand and system development trend will be influence by the Time to Market. Reliable and fast system deployment is not easy to implement. Reduced price and system development time can increase the product value. Thus the component re-use library can help reduce the development time, this kind of design can reduce the emergence of rewriting and raise the efficiency by a wide margin. We design and study the reusable component in this research, proposing a prototype database based on XML. This technique has many advantages like reduces the time required for storage, improves the overall efficiency of the system, shortens the development time, increases reliability and reduces the risks handling etc.

It can be highly meaningful for individuals, institutions and even governments to extract reliable and insightful trends, opinions or particular pieces of information out of the network single web logs are embedded in - the blogo sphere. However, there has been virtually little in the way of user interfaces designed for the exploration and information gathering from the blogo sphere as a whole to allow for an integrated knowledge collection and information extraction tool. Users have to rely on their own capability to find, select or filter entries and navigate through this complex network, a task that can easily become tedious. An approach to solve this problem could be BLOGCONNECT presented in the following, a tool to visualize the inherent network characteristics of and the aggregated knowledge pool of the blogosphere.

This paper discusses the positive impact of soft vector quantization on the performance ofmachine-learning systems.that include one or more vector quantization modules. The most impactful gains here are avoiding over-fitting and boosting the robustness of such systems.in the presence of considerable parasitic variance;e.g. noise, in the runtime *** paper then introduces a soft vector quantization scheme with inverse power-function distributions, and analytically derives an upper bound of its relative quantization noise energy to that of typical (hard-deciding) vector quantization. This relative noise is expressed as a closed-form function of the power in order to allow the selection of its optimal values of that compromise both a soft enough vector quantization with a stable performance via small enough relative quantization ***, we present empirical evidence obtained via experimenting with two versions of the best reported OCR system for cursive scripts - that happened to deploy discrete HMMs - one version with hard vector quantization and the other with our herein presented soft quantization. Test samples of real-life scanned Arabic text pages are used to challenge both versions;hence the recognition error margins are compared.

In future power systems. the Smart Grid technologies will bring in a large number of new entities, which are different from those in the current systems.in two major aspects: first, the entities are geographically distributed throughout the system with their detailed information not available to the system operator, and second, the entities tend to autonomously optimize their own benefits. In view of both aspects, it is difficult to use the current centralized framework to operate future systems. In this paper, we present and analyze a new partially decentralized framework and the corresponding mechanisms as one step from the current framework toward the future ones, and the focus is on the real time electricity markets with a dispatch cycle of five minutes. In each dispatch cycle, the system operator posts electricity price forecasts, and individual entities actively respond to the prices to dispatch themselves. The system-wide power imbalance is used as a correction term in the next dispatch cycle to iteratively update the price forecasts, so that system balance is maintained in the long term. The new framework can accommodate the large number of entities without knowing their detailed information, and enable the entities to achieve better economic benefits. Small examples are used to analyze our framework and to compare it with the current one.
