Multiple moving object tracking is a challenging problem is multi-image fusion in robotic Space. To handle this, particle filter and SOM are used to track the system state based on information from multiple cameras. The random moving object is tracked based on the integrated information from distributed network cameras. In order to achieve these goals, we present a method for representing, tracking and human following by fusing distributed multiple vision systems in robotic Space, with application to pedestrian tracking in a crowd. And the article presents the integration of color distributions into SOM(Self Organizing Map) based particle filtering. Particle filters provide a robust tracking framework under ambiguity conditions. We propose to track the moving objects by generating hypotheses not in the image plan but on the top-view reconstruction of the scene. Comparative results on real video sequences show the advantage of our method for multi-motion tracking. Simulations are carried out to evaluate the proposed performance. Also, the method is applied to the intelligent environment and its performance is verified by the experiments.

In this paper, the static overmodulation is proposed for the 2-phase full bridge inverter. The overmodulation strategy increases a fundamental output voltage and improves a voltage utilization up to the maximum in the overmodulation range. The linear modulation range and the static overmodulation range are defined in the 2-phase full bridge inverter. The overmodulation strategies which increase a voltage utilization until the 4-step mode by a linearization of the output voltage in the overmodulation regions are proposed. To maintain a linearity of the relation between a reference voltage and a fundamental output voltage, this paper suggests a compensated voltage, whose magnitude or phase is modified to the proposed control scheme. Simulation and experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Korean sign language is complex visual-spatial language most used in deaf society and is expressed by gestures using hands and other movements such as facial expression and body posture. In this paper, we present a body motion editor to control joint angles of whole body as well as facial expression of a sign avatar since deaf people express facial motion more often than hearing people to communicate easily with another signer. The body motion is represented by body motion symbols which construct a body motion database together with facial expression and complexion. The developed editor can help deaf people to communicate with hearing people using a sign avatar.
