Multiple moving object tracking is a challenging problem is multi-image fusion in robotic Space. To handle this, particle filter and SOM are used to track the system state based on information from multiple cameras. The random moving object is tracked based on the integrated information from distributed network cameras. In order to achieve these goals, we present a method for representing, tracking and human following by fusing distributed multiple vision systems in robotic Space, with application to pedestrian tracking in a crowd. And the article presents the integration of color distributions into SOM(Self Organizing Map) based particle filtering. Particle filters provide a robust tracking framework under ambiguity conditions. We propose to track the moving objects by generating hypotheses not in the image plan but on the top-view reconstruction of the scene. Comparative results on real video sequences show the advantage of our method for multi-motion tracking. Simulations are carried out to evaluate the proposed performance. Also, the method is applied to the intelligent environment and its performance is verified by the experiments.

In this paper, the static overmodulation is proposed for the 2-phase full bridge inverter. The overmodulation strategy increases a fundamental output voltage and improves a voltage utilization up to the maximum in the overmodulation range. The linear modulation range and the static overmodulation range are defined in the 2-phase full bridge inverter. The overmodulation strategies which increase a voltage utilization until the 4-step mode by a linearization of the output voltage in the overmodulation regions are proposed. To maintain a linearity of the relation between a reference voltage and a fundamental output voltage, this paper suggests a compensated voltage, whose magnitude or phase is modified to the proposed control scheme. Simulation and experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Micro-tensile testing system, including a micro tensile loading system and micro-ESPI(Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) system, has been developed. Micro-tensile loading system had a load cell with the maximum capacity of 50 N and micro actuator with resolution of 4.5nm in stroke. The system was used to apply a tensile load to the micro-sized specimen. During tensile loading, the micro-ESPI system acquired interferometric speckle patterns in the deformed specimen and measured the in-plane tensile strain. The ESPI system consisted of a CCD-camera with a lens and the window-based program developed for this experiment. Using this system, stress-strain curves for 4 kinds of electrolytic copper foil 18 μm thick were obtained. From these curves, tensile properties, including the elastic modulus, yielding strength and tensile strength, were determined and also values of the plastic exponent and coefficient based on Ramberg-Osgood relationship were evaluated.
