Many service-related tasks can now be completed swiftly and efficiently thanks to advancements in mobile communications. Mobile banking is one such solution that has eliminated the requirement for many ordinary transactions to be completed at a branch. Mobile phones can supplement the reach in a country like India, where the last mile is reached through brick-and-mortar banking facilities. This paper explains how a mobile cloud framework can be used for banking and customer services to improve the customer's banking experience while also assuring data security. This article focuses on cloud-based risk design for banking products to address challenges such as processing speed and storage capacity in mobile banking. The system is evaluated using an improved random forecast technique. This proposed system fulfils 99% of the accuracy. © 2021 IEEE.

Due to the fact that large swathes on Earth still lack broadband communication coverage, especially in remote/rural areas and developing countries, there have been several attempts, starting from 3GPP Release 17, to lay out the architectural amendments needed for the integration of terrestrial networks with their non-terrestrial counterparts. Such attempts have led to recent projects regarding such integration that consider either 5G/5G-Advanced networks or more revolutionary approaches for the forthcoming 6G networks. In this manuscript, we give an overview of the architectural framework, technical innovations, and considered use cases of the Horizon Europe ETHER project.

Developing electrochemical sensors that are both highly sensitive and environmentally sustainable is a pressing need in modern healthcare and environmental analysis. In this study, a cobalt sulfide/reduced graphene oxide (CoS/rGO) nanocomposite was synthesized via a straightforward, low-cost method that integrates thiourea and cobalt acetate to form CoS, with rGO derived from recycled plastic waste. The structural and electrochemical properties of the composites were systematically investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The addition of rGO, varied from 0 to 50 wt%, notably enhanced the electrical conductivity and surface activity of the sensing interface. Among the tested formulations, the composite containing 40 wt% rGO exhibited the highest performance, achieving a sensitivity of 12.4 μA mM −1 cm −2 and a detection limit of 0.2 μM, which is approximately 7.5 times lower than that of pristine CoS. Kinetic analysis confirmed that the sensing mechanism follows a pseudo-second-order model, indicative of a chemisorption-driven interaction between paracetamol molecules and the sensor surface. The sensor displayed excellent operational stability over 100 consecutive cycles and high repeatability with a relative standard deviation below 2.5 %. This work demonstrates a novel, green strategy for sensor fabrication that effectively combines electronic functionality with environmental sustainability, making the CoS/rGO nanocomposite a viable platform for next-generation sensing technologies.

Breast cancer (BC) is a main killer disease for women and men. It can be cured and controlled only if it is detected at its early detection. BC initial identification can be realized by the help of computer support identification approaches. From the detailed study on previous researches, it is found that, there is no system producing high accuracy because of one or more reasons. Absence of effective preprocessing is the discussed reason that obstructs the detection accuracy of computer-Aided diagnosis (CAD) method. Noise removal and contrast enhancement are the two types of preprocessing. There is no system performs the preprocessing on mammogram image. This work is an attempt to develop an enhanced preprocessing method for CAD of breast cancer by incorporating suitable noise reduction and contrast enhancement methods in the conventional CAD system. Contrast enhancement after noise reduction double enhances the mammogram image and the proposed methods MSE value for the mammogram image mdb072 has been 1.44% reduced. Reduction in MSE increases the PSNR to 0.16%. Many mammogram images have been tested and the result shows that, increase in contrast, decrease in mean square error and increase in peak signal to noise ratio when comparing to existing methods. © 2019 IEEE.

Accurate modeling of boundary conditions is an important aspect in room acoustic simulations. It has been shown that the acoustics of rooms is not only dependent on the frequency characteristic of the complex boundary impedance, but also on the angle dependent properties of the impedance ("extended reaction"). This paper presents a computationally efficient method for modeling local-reaction (LR) and extended-reaction (ER) boundary conditions in high-order, nodal, time-domain finite element methods, such as the spectral element method (SEM) or the discontinuous Galerkin finite element method (DGFEM). The frequency and angle dependent boundary impedance is mapped to a multipole model and formulated in differential form. The solution of the boundary differential equations comes with minimal computational cost. In the ER model, wave splitting is applied at the boundary to separate the incident and reflected parts of the sound field. The directional properties of the incident sound field are determined from the incident particle velocity and the boundary conditions are adjusted continuously according to the wave angle of incidence. The accuracy of the boundary condition model is assessed by comparing simulations against measurements, where a significantly improved match between simulations and measurements is found when the ER model is used. © 2019 Proceedings of the International Congress on Acoustics. A simultaneous geography control effort is implemented for full-reachability systems and a genetic algorithm with dynamic transformation to find the breakthrough in a blaze-scene. The proposed scheme efficiently takes care of the issue of separate node for transmission run. The suggested technique makes it possible to improve the display of the genetic algorithm in order to maintain a strategic distance from the possible arrangements which fall into nearby ideal. Different experimental simulations have to be confirmed the performance quality, reliability and timeliness of designed approaches. In the Wireless Sensor established network, can connect at least two sensors in a network sensors and deliver jointly via the obtained transmission extend to form the network of total accessibility. Accordingly, excellent blaze exhaust system with complete network accessibility the proposed approaches in this paper established topology and real-time routing methods. This device supports the protection and security of individuals in a blaze scene.

Coordinate descent methods have considerable impact in global optimization because global (or, at least, almost global) minimization is affordable for low-dimensional problems. Coordinate descent methods with high-order regularized models for smooth nonconvex box-constrained minimization are introduced in this work. High-order stationarity asymptotic convergence and first-order stationarity worst-case evaluation complexity bounds are established. The computer work that is necessary for obtaining first-order Ε-stationarity with respect to the variables of each coordinate-descent block is O(Ε−(p+1)/p) whereas the computer work for getting first-order Ε-stationarity with respect to all the variables simultaneously is O(Ε−(p+1)). Numerical examples involving multidimensional scaling problems are presented. Algencan is a well established safeguarded Augmented Lagrangian algorithm introduced in [R. Andreani, E. G. Birgin, J. M. Martínez and M. L. Schuverdt, On Augmented Lagrangian methods with general lower-level constraints, SIAM Journal on Optimization 18, pp. 1286-1309, 2008]. Complexity results that report its worst-case behavior in terms of iterations and evaluations of functions and derivatives that are necessary to obtain suitable stopping criteria are presented in this work. In addition, the computational performance of a new version of the method is presented, which shows that the updated software is a useful tool for solving large-scale constrained optimization problems. Flow-based local graph clustering with better seed set inclusion

Flow-based methods for local graph clustering have received significant recent attention for their theoretical cut improvement and runtime guarantees. In this work we present two improvements for using flow-based methods in real-world semi-supervised clustering problems. Our first contribution is a generalized objective function that allows practitioners to place strict and soft penalties on excluding specific seed nodes from the output set. This feature allows us to avoid the tendency, often exhibited by previous flow-based methods, to contract a large seed set into a small set of nodes that does not contain all or even most of the seed nodes. Our second contribution is a fast algorithm for minimizing our generalized objective function, based on a variant of the push-relabel algorithm for computing preflows. We make our approach very fast in practice by implementing a global relabeling heuristic and employing a warm-start procedure to quickly solve related cut problems. In practice our algorithm is faster than previous related flow-based methods, and is also more robust in detecting ground truth target regions in a graph, thanks to its ability to better incorporate semi-supervised information about target clusters. Epilepsy is the 4th prevalent neurological disorder, which distinguishes itself by frequent seizures. These seizures are unprovoked and can be detected by investigating the electroencephalogram (EEG) of the subject. In this paper, an automatic method is proposed to discriminate between normal and epileptic (interictal& ictal) classes. Approximation entropy (APEN) has been utilized as a single informative feature. Multiple classifiers such as: support vector machine (SVM), Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) and Soft-max regression along with different strategies for classification have been examined. Experiments were carried out by the most popular dataset used in this domain. 96.875%, 53.75% and 65% are the best results achieved by soft-max regression classifier using multi-class strategy for normal, interictal and ictal classes respectively. © 2017 IEEE.
