Uncertain and incomplete requirements throughout the whole software life cycle contribute to volatility of the requirements. In a situation where the volatile requirement is changed to satisfy stakeholder needs, all the affected requirements and other impacted software artefacts (such as designs, codes, and tests) must be identified and changed accordingly. This paper introduces an approach to facilitate both engineers and users in propagating changes from requirements to the software high-level designs during software development and evolution. The two main pillars of this approach, namely product metamodel and process model are described in details. Firstly, the metamodel highlights on explicit conceptual model for volatile requirement and its characteristics. Next, the focus will be placed on the systematic process model specified using the SPEM that offers guidelines to perform the requirement change process. The applicability of the product metamodel and its elements are evaluated using the IFAMMS case study application.

Producing software that is adaptable to the rapid environmental changes and the dynamic nature of the business life-cycle is extensively becoming a topical issue in the software evolution. In this context, change propagation (CP) process is one of the critical parts in the software change management. Traditional strategies have projected more complex ways, resulting to substantial failures and risks. This paper presents an investigation and highlights on the desired criteria to provide better means to simplify the complicated CP tasks. The evaluation results may be used as a foundation in improving CP approaches that provide significant challenges in software evolution. ©2008 IEEE.

The prediction of solar storms from real-time satellites data is an essential to protect various aviation, power, and communication infrastructures. For this reason, current research interest is focusing on creating systems that can predict solar fare accurately. This paper combers Gramian Angular Fields (GAF) images and Markov Transition Field (MTF) images that have been generated by converting pre-flare Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) data from 2010 to 2016. After that, the deep learning neural network for the solar flare production platform accepts both MTF and GAF images as input to generate the predictions. Furthermore, this paper;investigated using MTF and GAF images spritely as input to the solar flare production platform. After that, the results of MTF and GAF images were compared using various prediction verification measures. © 2022 IEEE.

Soccer simulation is an effort to motivate researchers to perform artificial and robotic intelligence investigations in a multi-agent system framework. In this paper, we propose a game theoric-based data mining approach to help the coach agent select the best strategy for each soccer player agent in order to gain the most probable *** payoffs are calculated both static and dynamic i.e. are taken from experience results that are stored in a knowledge-base or is learned knowledge during the game. In this work we have confined ourselves to a model in which opponent strategy remains static. We take advantage of a learning algorithm with a polynomial time complexity in the number of states of the opponent strategy modeled by deterministic finite automata. © 2007 Gesellschaft fur Informatik (GI). This paper presents a rigorous investigation into the application of state-of-the-art machine learning techniques for the automated detection of dental issues, utilizing the YOLOv3 Algorithm, a cutting-edge one-stage object detection method. The study encompasses the meticulous annotation and utilization of a carefully curated dataset featuring 126 panoramic X-ray images, illustrating a diverse range of dental conditions. Among these conditions, the primary emphasis is placed on the precise detection of six specific dental problems. Employing advanced computer vision methodologies, the model demonstrates exceptional accuracy in the identification and precise localization of these targeted dental issues. The implications of these findings are profound for the field of dental healthcare, as the automated detection of dental problems holds the potential to significantly enhance the diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities of dental professionals. The results presented in this research represent a notable stride in the ongoing evolution of machine learning and underscore its capacity to revolutionize the landscape of dental diagnostics, ultimately contributing to the advancement of oral health management and patient care. © 2023 IEEE.

The paper describes the design and implementation of Qplus Smartphone Edition based on embedded Linux. Existing Smartphone platforms entailed royalty expenses and had custornization difficulties due to the closure of their source codes. The Qplus Smartphone Edition requires no royalty because it is based on the embedded Linux. And, it supports key navigation functionality such as moving between folders or running applications with key-only operations. It also provides more user friendly environment through screen interfaces and indicators similar to those of the cellular phones.

There has been a significant increase in the adoption of cloud computing, and Azure, AWS and Google Cloud are striving to become the best cloud providers. Various extraordinary changes have occurred in 2020 that have played a significant role in bringing about a shift towards the cloud. Enterprises and SMBs are increasing the scope of their cloud strategies in the midst of the global pandemic, economic crisis and all-remote operations so as to ensure business continuity. Choosing an appropriate cloud provider is the issue of concern here. A taxonomy and survey of cloud services that are provided by three major cloud infrastructure vendors, with respect to their revenue, is carried out in this paper to enable you to make an educated decision. An extensive cloud comparison summary is then developed for AWS vs. Azure vs. Google cloud. The cloud ecosystem is first examined, after which an extensive discussion of cloud delivery models and services is carried out. Cloud computing at Google, Amazon and Microsoft is then discussed. The paper concludes with a comparison of the three major cloud service providers. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper describes the vertical handover architecture with Low Latency Handover for mobile terminals which supports interworking between heterogeneous networks. The vertical handover architecture defines handover-related modules for mobile terminal and the handover switching flows among them. We adapt Low Latency Handover method to Mobile IP for reducing handover time. The architecture is designed to be easily extended to support more than two heterogeneous networks, so that it is easy to apply architecture to terminals that have multiple heterogeneous wireless network interfaces. We analyze the performance of handover method in terms of handover delay time using test bed system.

Tuberculosis disease has a big concern and it is spreading quickly across the world. The secret for managing the condition is an accurate diagnosis. Acid quick staining, conventional approaches such as tuberculin skin test (TST), yield findings are unreliable or require more time to detect. This paper presents an automated solution that uses chest radiographs to diagnose tuberculosis. Chest radiographic images are used for tuberculosis diagnosis. Tuberculosis in chest radiographs is difficult to investigate under the current system of cavity identification, ribs, and diaphragm removal. By using a CNN-based model, the lung area is separated to resolve the problems. The proposed technique can classify chest x-ray (CXR) images as Tuberculosis (TB) infected or not. We analyzed 3500 CXR cases and 3500 normal cases with exposure to tuberculosis. Then, we built and trained our own CNN and found that the features map or heat-map generated from this network performed a slightly better job. The implementation was done in Tensorflow and Keras library. An accuracy of 98.71%, a sensitivity of 98.86%, and a specificity of 98.57% were achieved. © 2021 IEEE.

Social media is one of the most predominantly used online platforms by individuals across the world. However, very few of these social media users are educated about the adverse effects of obliviously using social media. Therefore, this research project, is to develop an advisory system for the benefit of the general public who are victimized by the adverse impacts of their ignorant and oblivious behavior on social media. The system was implemented using a decision tree model with the use of customized datasets;and for the proceeding operational implementations, Python programming language, Pandas, Natural Language Processing and TensorFlow were used. This advisory system can monitor user behaviors and generate customized awareness reports for the users based on category and level of their behaviors on social media. Furthermore, the system is also capable of generating graph reports of the use behavior fluctuations for the reference of the user. With the help of these customized awareness reports and the graph reports, the users can identify their potential vulnerabilities and improve their social media habits. © 2021 IEEE.
