It has been revealed that in the conditions of small-scale production of discrete-analog filters on switched capacitors and ADC-drivers, it is most advisable to design high-speed operational amplifiers (OAs) based on the CBJT technological route and the MH2XA031 array chip, which allows operation in conditions of low temperatures and exposure to radiation. It has been established that most commercially produced $O A s$ provide an average value of the slew rate (SR, up to $200 \div 300 \mathrm{~V} / \mu \mathrm{s}$). This is largely due to the limitations of the technologies used, and most importantly, to the irrational design of circuits. We study the maximum performance parameters of a CBJT OA with one integrating capacitor, which ensures the stability of the $O A$, and a differentiating transient correction circuit, which is implemented by connecting additional small capacitors to the original circuit. In this case, the $S R$ of the $O A$ increases by more than 500 times (up to $4000 \mathrm{~V} / \mu \mathrm{s}$).

This paper presents a distributed setting of model predictive control (MPC) to manage linear multi-agent systems consisting of coupled subsystems. Specifically, local controllers can work in coalitions to improve performance and handle plug-and-play events. This study provides insight into a coalitional MPC strategy based on optimized tubes that handles plug-in and plug-out subsystems. Moreover, we explore an inherent robustness gap to absorb disturbances not covered by the tubes without having to group local controllers. A comparison of our approach with centralized and decentralized MPC is reported using an illustrative example.

A significant disadvantage of classical operational amplifiers with two complementary differential stages in parallel (on the inputs) is that here the slew rate has small values (50–80 V/μs). This is due to the non-linear mode of operation of the input differential stage. In this paper, a new circuit technique for slew rate enhancement in CBJT operational amplifiers of this subclass is discussed. Due to the use of special circuitry of the input differential stage, the process of recharging of the integrating correction capacitance in non-inverting and inverting operational amplifier inclusions is forced. This ultimately improves the performance of the operational amplifier in the large-signal mode. The purpose and originality of this paper is to investigate a new circuit solution of operational amplifier, in which by introducing differentiating transient correction circuits, slew rate is improved by two orders of magnitude. This does not require nanometer-scale technological processes, and the operational amplifier transistors can operate with emitter currents on the order of 100 μA. It is possible to build micro-power operational amplifier on the basis of the proposed circuit design technique, including CBJT and CCMOS transistors. Computer simulations show that for micron CBJT silicon technological processes, the SR of the proposed operational amplifier in non-inverting inclusion (at 100% feedback) increases from 80 to 10000 V/μs, i.e., more than two orders of magnitude.

A circuit technique for increasing the maximum output voltage slew rate (SR) of an integrated operational amplifier (OpAmp) with the HA2700 microchip architecture based on the modernization of the input differential stage (DS) is considered. An OpAmp architecture is proposed in which the influence of parasitic capacitances of DS reference current sources and capacitances on the transistor substrate on the SR is minimized. This allows the use of micron technological processes in the fabrication of CBJT OpAmps, which are widely used to improve the radiation resistance of microchips. Computer simulation of the proposed OpAmp is performed, which shows that the SR of the new circuit differs from the SR of the well-known serial OpAmp by more than 40 times and reaches values of about 800 V/µs at the emitter current of the input transistors of the DC in the range of up to 80-100 μA. The developed OpAmp is recommended for practical use in discrete-to-analog filters on switched capacitors.

This paper deals with the design of an Android mobile application and visualization of the measured values of particulate matter and meteorological factors from the measurement stations. The application can in principle be effectively used in any field of data visualization. The architecture of the mobile application, the security, the use of AWS services to access the data in the InfluxDB databases, as well as the user interface and graphical visualizations of the measured data are described and illustrated. The application is user tested and the paper documents their first experiences using the mobile application. © 2023 IEEE.

Heat exchangers are utilized in various industrial applications such as power generation, petroleum refinery, coal plants, etc. It is essential to model and control these applications to meet the desired outputs. This paper takes the experimental values of the heat exchanger, uses system identification techniques to model it, and then develops control schemes to control the same. Initially, conventional feedback control is developed. A feedforward algorithm is then added to regulate the external disturbances. Subsequently, the advanced control algorithms such as Internal Model control and Linear Quadratic Gaussian are implemented. The control starts from developing a simple Feedback control, then adding a feedforward controller to regulate the external disturbances and then advancing to Internal Model control and finally a Linear Quadratic Gaussian control. The responses, namely: servo responses (reference tracking), regulatory responses (input and output rejections), noise rejection responses, robust responses, and sudden step test responses, are compared for all the mentioned control schemes. Finally, the paper compares the four algorithms and gives an insight into each of their characteristics. © 2021 IEEE.

To design linear control systems a new method is suggested on the basis of the principle of output and impacts control. The main difference of this principle consists in the use of only measurable variables and separate operators for each input signal of the control device. The design problem has a solution if the plant is completely controllable, and at least the controllable variable is measured. The suggested approach makes it possible to eliminate the well-known contradiction between the accuracy and stability of systems with control on deviation, and to provide the required astatism orders or selective invariance to the external actions. At the same time, the conditions of ensuring the direct indicators of the transient quality and the physical implementation of the control device are taken into account. The coefficients of the equation of the output and impacts control device are determined by solving a system of linear algebraic equations. The control device can be implemented on the basis of either operational amplifiers or sufficiently high-speed digital automation tools. The suggested method can be applied for designing high-quality linear control systems for various purposes.

A discrete-analog filter of the second order with three frequency-setting capacitors has been developed, where the electronic keys are controlled by pulse sequences that do not intersect in time. It has been shown that in the proposed filter the pole frequency can be changed by changing the capacitance of the capacitor C1. In this case, the pole attenuation depends on the resistance of the resistor R5, the transmission coefficients are changed by resistors R1 or R2, and when changing one of the parameters, all other filter parameters remain unchanged. The performance of this filter is confirmed by the results of computer modeling in the Micro-Cap environment.

In this paper is proposed a Data Driven control (DDC) law of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM) drive as an alternative to the Model Predictive control (MPC) strategy. The DDC method is designed for the inner control structure of the PMSM drive, the outer speed loop being employed by a classical linear PI controller. Thus, the DDC is based on build up a database of the relevant quantities as electromagnetic torque, speed, voltages and current, all obtained in steady - state regime with MPC strategy, being selected for the highest efficiency values for a given pair of speed and torque. The learning process of the DDC strategy by a mutidimesional interpolation method leads to obtain high performances in both steady - state and dynamic regimes, without any additional optimal current reference command. A comparative analysis done in Matlab simulation environment of the results obtained by both MPC and DDC control laws shows the effectiveness of the last strategies. The DDC method provide a robust optimal control under energetic constraints, being more suitable then the classical MPC law that can not offers reliable results for a large area of conditions in practice.

Opinion dynamics models are important in understanding and predicting opinion formation processes within social groups. Although the weighted-averaging opinion-update mechanism is widely adopted as the micro-foundation of opinion dynamics, it bears a non-negligibly unrealistic implication: opinion attractiveness increases with opinion distance. Recently, the weighted-median mechanism has been proposed as a new microscopic mechanism of opinion exchange. Numerous advancements have been achieved regarding this new micro-foundation, from theoretical analysis to empirical validation, in a discretetime asynchronous setup. However, the original discrete-time weighted-median model does not allow for "compromise behavior" in opinion exchanges, i.e., no intermediate opinions are created between disagreeing agents. To resolve this problem, this paper propose a novel continuous-time weighted-median opinion dynamics model, in which agents' opinions move towards the weighted-medians of their out-neighbors' opinions. It turns out that the proof methods for the original discrete-time asynchronous model are no longer applicable to the analysis of the continuous-time model. In this paper, we first establish the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the continuoustime weighted-median opinion dynamics by showing that the weighted-median mapping is contractive on any graph. We also characterize the set of all the equilibria.
