In the medical sector learning about the human body and practicing surgeries, the medical students need a real human body which is very costly. Repeatedly practice or undone after practice is almost impossible with the human body. Human anatomy, physiology, etc. subjects are very hard to understand and learn from books and images. Learning surgery on living humans is sometimes unethical and trainee surgeons has to struggle to learn rare surgeries. To solve these problems we use virtual reality (VR) to build a medical training simulator that can provide medical students better understanding and learning about the human body through 3D models of the body. Students can get an interactive learning experience and see how organs work from the molecular level and perform several operations. Since this is a simulation everything a new learner will do can be undone and re-practiced. On the other hand skilled surgeons are not available in all places in the country especially in remote places. A patient who needs the critical surgical treatment has to travel to a city to take the treatment by the expert surgeons. To solve this problem in this project we also connect a robot to our VR based system. A skilled surgeon can operate in the virtual environment from a distant place using the robot. The vision system of the robot can be realized by the surgeon through VR headset and he or she feels like, he or she is present there. Surgeons can control the robotic hands and tools necessary to perform the surgery from the remote place. This will reduce the trouble of patients traveling from remote places to city area for surgery. We implement the demo system in the lab and show some results which indicate the applicability of the proposed system. © 2022 IEEE.

Opinion mining using applied NLP techniques helps analyze the views of the public concerning specific topics via both news items and social media. Several machine learning models have been applied to texts from Twitter and Reddit to categorize sentiments as positive, negative, or neutral. Our approach, therefore, includes data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training followed by model evaluation. In the models tested, Support Vector Machine led by reaching an accuracy of 71.5%. This work, therefore, shows how well NLP can tap public sentiment and what major events mold its trends over time.

Understanding crime patterns is essential for effectively addressing criminal behavior. The study analyzes crime data from Indore, publicly available on the Indore Police website, to generate predictions for the types of crimes likely to occur at specific times and locations within the city. The study employs AI and machine learning algorithms to investigate their efficacy in crime prediction, as these technologies have demonstrated success in audio and visual-based crime detection. Such systems have challenges demonstrating their dependability to legal authorities, mainly when employed for event prevention objectives. The research addresses classification issues by categorizing diverse crime types into generalized classifications, enhancing classification systems' significance and practical utility. This study evaluates various machine learning classifiers to identify the optimal classification approach and demonstrates the impact of our results. The study illustrates the capabilities of an AI-driven crime prediction system and offers ideas for improving crime prevention strategies through future research.

Internet of Things (IoT) has been rapidly growing over the past years. There have been many cybersecurity challenges faced by IoT-based smart cities in existing work for the energy, health and transportation sectors. These cybersecurity challenges are crucial to remove in the IoT sector to implement a safe and secure IoT based smart city. Vulnerabilities across layers in IoT are analyzed and a multi-layered model of security is proposed to enhance data integrity and communication security by using AI, blockchain and ML. This paper would also present several policy recommendations to stakeholders and IoT developers for building a safe urban IoT ecosystem.

Truthful prediction of the values of the cryptocurrencies and stocks is critical in the financial marketplace. We developed a Bi-Lstm model to forecast the next day prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Microsoft stock. The model expands the temporal resolution to the 60-day sequence window, making predictions of financial time series more reliable due to higher temporal dependencies. The effectiveness of the model is evaluated using three error metrics: Hence, use of Mean Squared Error, Root Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error was employed to guarantee accurate evaluation. Anticipating prices for the year 2025, the proposed system provides information for overall long-term tendencies and possible gains from investments. The findings reveal that the application of Bi-Lstm model can avert the categories of fluctuation that characterises the financial market and is a powerful instrument for making future predictions. The future work might improve the accuracy of the predictions by incorporating other features like market sentiment and macroeconomic indicators.

Genetic algorithms (GAs) are a subset of machine learning and can potentially solve complex biological challenges in agriculture, including crop improvement. These algorithms help simulate the process of nature selection using techniques such as Mutation, Crossover, and Selection. Integrating genetic algorithms with computational biology can help improve the agriculture field's outcomes such as crop yield, resistance to crop diseases, and crop quality, and crops are more adaptable in the environment. The use of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) in modern IoT applications is very important, as they can monitor and transmit data in different environments. Although their open communication nature, limited energy, and computational capacity render them highly vulnerable to Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks that will deteriorate network performance and reliability significantly. This survey covers all aspects of recent developments using artificial intelligence (AI) based techniques for the detection and prevention of DoS attacks in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). It gives particular attention to the integration of deep learning models and metaheuristic optimization strategies in terms of making their detection accuracy better, minimizing predication of false positives, and improving the model’s adaptability in the way of constraints of resource limits. Real time DoS detection has been studied under the perspective of different ensemble learning strategies, hybrid deep learning frameworks, and feature selection methods. The paper also examines the efficiency of the dimensionality reduction and heuristic tuning techniques in improving model performance. It also discusses future research directions, challenges and open issues that are meant for guiding future innovation in this domain.

Working with large scale microservice based applications may be hard to maintain and control. The services in those applications must be isolated from each other and they must work in harmony. There must be an intelligent transaction management system to implement this kind of collaborative work of microservices. There are two main methodologies for transaction management, namely Two Phase Commit (2PC) and Saga pattern. There are two phases in 2PC that prepare phase and commit phase. In Saga pattern, there are two ways of implementing Saga pattern;choreography based, and orchestration based. When there is a problem in the whole transaction, controlling the rollback scenario may be hard because each microservice has its own rollout and rollback solutions in both ways of Saga pattern. If we separate the rollback system from the microservices, we might have simpler microservices and microservices that can run in parallel. So whole system works safer and faster. In this work we focus on parallel execution of microservices with separate rollback system that controls the whole application in error condition. © 2022 IEEE.

As sports grow in popularity need for effective online turf booking applications has also increased. Although some existing applications are faced with numerous challenges such as; restrictions on access, ineffectiveness in scheduling, and over-bookings, leading to frustrations and operational problems. This paper focuses on those problems by the presentation of an online turf booking application to streamline the booking process. The solution offers real-time updates, automatic payment, and safe transactions based on QR code. The more user-friendly the application is, the more efficient it will be. Firebase would be used for real-time data synchronization and the responsiveness of React interface ensures the smooth and conflict-free bookings. This solution would lead to increasing customer satisfaction as well as increasing the booking rates and effective utilization of sports facilities.

The adoption of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) enables automation and reliable model deployments across industries. However, differing MLOps lifecycle frameworks and maturity models proposed by industry, academia, and organizations have led to confusion regarding standard adoption practices. This paper introduces a unified MLOps lifecycle framework, further incorporating Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps), to address this gap. Additionally, we outlines key roles, tools, and costs associated with MLOps adoption at various maturity levels.
