In the age of modern technology, data privacy has become crucial for both individuals and organisations. Nevertheless, even the most advanced protective systems struggle to keep up with cybercriminals' ever-evolving and inventive tactics. An indispensable instrument for proactively detecting and averting cyberattacks is dark-web threat intelligence. It gives organisations knowledge about the tactics and skills of their enemies, enabling them to create and put into place efficient security measures. The current status of dark-web threat intelligence is reviewed, along with the tools, tactics, and approaches employed by adversaries, as well as any potential obstacles or restrictions that may exist in this arena. This research initiative addresses the task of enhancing Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer's (ChatGPT's) conversational capabilities by integrating the comprehension and response to user emotions conveyed through facial expressions. The central challenge lies in refining the AI system's proficiency to tailor responses according to users' detected emotional states. In this pursuit, our study adopts a comprehensive approach, aiming to seamlessly incorporate emotional intelligence into AI-driven interactions. To achieve this objective, the methodology involves integrating real-time sentiment analysis based on facial expressions into the ChatGPT framework. This is carried out through the utilization of a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) architecture, designed to recognize and interpret various emotions exhibited in facial expressions. The primary goal is to enable ChatGPT to dynamically adjust its responses, fostering a more empathetic and contextually relevant interaction with users. In terms of evaluation metrics for facial expression recog- nition, our assessment employs a confusion matrix to quantify the model's performance across different emotional categories. Additionally, a heuristic approach is implemented, wherein the sum total probability of each detected emotion is calculated over the duration the user enters the prompt. These evaluation methodologies aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the model's accuracy and effectiveness in discerning and responding to user emotions. Overall, this research contributes to the ongoing endeavor of imbuing AI systems with emotional intelligence, paving the way for more nuanced and human-like interactions. © 2024 IEEE.

Recent developments in electronic payment and e-commerce have led to a rise in digital fraud cases, including credit card fraud. Within the financial services industry, identifying credit card fraud is still a difficult task that can have significant effects on consumers' and financial institutions' reputations. Therefore, it is crucial to implement systems capable of detecting credit card fraud. This research utilizes the European Cardholder Data Collection to assess the efficacy of ensemble machine learning techniques in identifying credit card fraud. The European cardholder data set is subjected to a rigorous assessment and evaluation of series of machine learning models, such as Gradient Boosting, Random Forest and CAT Boost, to detect fraudulent transactions. It has been noted that the dataset is unbalanced, which may indicate that the models' performance is not very ideal. The study suggests using data sampling strategies to achieve a balanced distribution of data across various algorithms that yield optimal outcomes. The main goal is to identify the model that performs best for machine learning classification problems by comparing the performance of different models. The results of this study will support further initiatives to improve credit card transaction security and lower financial losses brought on by fraud. © 2024 IEEE.

We propose a new model for dimensionality reduction, the PCA tree, which works like a regular autoencoder, having explicit projection and reconstruction mappings. The projection is effected by a sparse oblique tree, having hard, hyperplane splits using few features and linear leaves. The reconstruction mapping is a set of local linear mappings. Thus, rather than producing a global map as in t-SNE and other methods, which often leads to distortions, it produces a hierarchical set of local PCAs. The use of a sparse oblique tree and of PCA in its leaves makes the overall model interpretable and very fast to project or reconstruct new points. Joint optimization of all the parameters in the tree is a nonconvex nondifferentiable problem. We propose an algorithm that is guaranteed to decrease the error monotonically and which scales to large datasets without any approximation. In experiments, we show PCA trees are able to identify a wealth of low-dimensional and cluster structure in image and document datasets. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. Incorporating human expertise directly into artifi-cial intelligence workflows, a concept known as the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) paradigm, has proven to be a crucial approach in improving the processes of AI data labeling and annotation. This survey paper delves into the impact of the HITL paradigm on the quality and efficiency of data annotation in AI systems, emphasizing the synergistic benefits of combining human insights with automated techniques. This paper reviews a variety of recent methodologies that integrate human evaluative input with automated systems, showcasing the enhancement of data accu-racy and system reliability across several applications, including healthcare, autonomous vehicles, and language processing. It classifies various HITL techniques, evaluates the applicability of each and offers potential solutions. © 2024 IEEE.

Hyperspectral image has large size due to abundance of spectral bands preventing efficient storage and transmission in real-time applications. This paper introduces a 3dimensional convolutional autoencoder (CAE) for hyperspectral data compression, utilizing CAE for both compression and subsequent decompression. Our method achieves improved Compression Ratio (CR) values of 982 and 960 on the KSC and Botswana datasets, along with better Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) results of 55.29 and 52.64, surpassing existing 2D convolutional autoencoder-based HSI compression. Our approach also shows negligible differences in classification accuracy between original image and the reconstructed version of the compressed image, confirming its effectiveness in real-world applications. © 2024 IEEE.

In the current restaurant business environment, factors have emerged in the manner in which consumers are attended to and the ways orders are placed. As good as these traditional systems may be, they do not offer the optimum flexibility and consumer convergence that today's client demands for fast and convenient services. Recent approaches using only basic form of automation and rule-based chatbots do offer some enhancements but lack adequate capabilities to deal with huge volumes of orders, custom recommendations and scalability according to demand. Further, the existing systems have problems with scalability, versatility to different customers' trends and needs, and real-time interactions. To overcome these challenges our work, will utilize modern advances in artificial intelligence and cloud technology. The proposed system uses Amazon Lex for NLU, A WS Lambda for processing multiple booking requests simultaneously without any intervention from the users and Amazon Polly for making interaction more interactive with personalized audio. In addition, Amazon Rekognition and A WS S3 for images will be used for analysis of images and proper storage of data respectively, enhancing the customer satisfaction by recommending products based on a past order. All these technologies integrated with A WS ecosystem in our solution will provide convenience, efficiency and passion to restaurant business proprietors to fulfill the increasing demands of modern customer. The system also supports linkage with some commonly used applications such as WhatsApp, guaranteeing that the customers receive timely updates. Thus, this solution is designed to create an improved status of restaurant ordering and eliminate the problematic experiences placed in current schemes. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper develops an implementation of a measurement and control system in which a vehicle follows its predecessor while maintaining a certain distance. First, we construct a model that virtually delays the reference coordinates of the leading target backwards, and propose a control law that follows the steering angle of the following vehicle to that virtual delay point. Next, a range sensor is used to detect the position and orientation of the leader, and the position and orientation is estimated using a template matching method based on the person's body contour point group measured by the sensor. Finally, the effectiveness (including robustness) of the proposed system is demonstrated in some simulations and human tracking experiments. © 2024 IEEE.

Data Analysis is turning into a driving force in every industry. It is a process in which data is analyzed in multiple ways to come to certain conclusions for the given situation. Sentiment analysis can be said to be a sub-section of data analysis where analysis is carried out on the emotions and opinions of the text. Social media has a plethora of sentiment data in various forms such as tweets, updates on the status, and so forth. Sentiment analysis on the huge volume of data can help in identifying the opinions of the general *** primary goal is to find the opinion of customers on the services of the Bangalore airport and to enhance the nature of these services according to the feedback provided. In this paper, we aim to measure customer opinion on services provided by Bangalore Airport through sentiment. Data is collected by a python-based scraper. The tweets are processed to determine whether they are of positive or negative opinion. These opinions are then analyzed to determine the factors which cause the negative opinions and the airport staff are alerted about the same. Various algorithms were used as part of the experimental analysis. LSTM produces more accuracy compared with existing approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the main issues diabetes poses to the medical profession globally is that its consequences are escalating swiftly. Elevated blood glucose levels cause diabetes, also referred to as diabetes mellitus or simply diabetes. On the basis of physical and chemical exams, a number of standard approaches can be used to diagnose diabetes. But, Doctors face a difficult task in predicting diabetes that affects the kidneys, eyes, heart, nerves, feet and other parts of the *** diagnosis analyses illness prognosis and diagnosis using a doctor's training and expertise, although this might be vulnerable to error. Machine learning and data science approaches have the potential to enrich other scientific disciplines by providing new perspectives on well-known issues. One such initiative is to assist in making predictions based on medical data. 'Machine learning' describes the processes by which computers tend to learn from experience, and is a recent area of data science. The aim of this research is to develop a system to accurately diagnose diabetes in patients at an early stage by comparing the results of several machine learning algorithms. Use four different supervised machine learning techniques: Random Forests RF, Logistic LR Regression,Decision DT Trees and (SVM) Support Vector Machines. The main objective of this research project is to develop a prognostic tool for early detection and prediction of *** model is also deployed into a web application using Python Flask, and the web application is built using HTML and CSS. Anyone can input features into the web application, and the model - which was previously developed using machine learning techniques - will then predict whether or not they will be diagnosed with diabetes. © 2023 IEEE.
