This Genetic disorder is considered as one of the major challenges faced by Medical sciences as it is inherited by humans from one generation to another. With an increasing number of natives of the World at a higher rate, it causes a major impact on information society socially and economically during their lifetime. The citizens of Pakistan and Indian sub continents are facing genomic disease in probably high frequency as compared to other continents. Occurrence of congenital diseases in Pakistan results in higher percentages of unusual genetic diseases especially in children. After analyzing all the current scenarios, some goals and objectives were settled in order to facilitate and give general awareness to people. The objectives of systematic review are evaluation of diagnostic accuracy of AI for the identification of genome contributions to the pathogenesis of Huntington's disease through facial probe AI to accurately identify genetic disorders. The narrative review is performed in Ned University. In this proceeding sequence, 30 cases of both Normal and Genetically affected Patients were documented in which some certain sorts of tests were performed by using facial recognition. For this FR test, at first a combo list of information of all six emotions of a human being i.e. (Happy, Sorrow, Amazed, Fear, Anger, Revulsion) is gathered in the form of mutated images, which was then later be arranged into a pseudo-random order. Now with the help of Vision Technology we have applied some CV Techniques for the extraction of large pattern sets of features. Lastly the purpose of ML and DL techniques is to receive and compare those morphed image data from the Facial Database in order to identify each of six different emotions of HDNormal Person. This whole procedure is conducted in real time. Hence in this way we may recognize the HD genetic disorder among the people in an efficient way. In today's fast-paced world, individuals often find themselves craving a culinary adventure but struggle to decide on the perfect restaurant to satisfy their desires. Traditional restaurant search platforms typically offer rigid filters such as location, cuisine, and price range, limiting users' ability to explore options tailored to their specific cravings or preferences. We introduce Prompt Palate, a novel prompt-based restaurant recommendation system that uses natural language processing (NLP) techniques to address this challenge. Prompt Palate allows users to input their culinary desires via human-like prompts whose details and preferences are extracted through NLP algorithms. Moreover, the integration of a chatbot interface enhances user engagement and provides additional information about recommended restaurants. Users can engage in interactive conversations with the chatbot to learn more about menu offerings, ambiance, and special features of preferred restaurants. Additionally, the chatbot facilitates food ordering directly from the recommended restaurants, streamlining the dining or home delivery experience. To ensure a seamless and uncrowded dining experience, we incorporate intelligent scheduling algorithms for efficient table management, staff allocation, and delivery coordination. These algorithms optimize resource allocation, minimize wait times, and prevent overcrowding, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

The current trend for saving an individual's economic trouble amid a pandemic is stock prediction. Most businesses and middle-class earners invest in the stock market, but without accurate forecast, investors may lose money if they buy in the wrong company. Many trading apps address this issue by showing firm profits and losses. These apps use typical machine learning yet have inefficient performance measures. The proposed model used optimized probabilistic KNN method to fix the distance metric issues in pure KNN. Most test data in present KNN concentrates on centric points, but in stock prediction, all qualities are connected, hence centric points have little effect. Instead of focal points, the suggested algorithm optimizes KNN distance probabilities to focus on pro data point values. The current KNN model must calculate the distance between every data point and test point, which uses more memory and resources. The technology eliminates comparable records to avoid verification. This cuts iterations and speeds up the process. Comparing the model against benchmark classifiers shows its efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

For an early diagnosis and successful treatment, ultrasonography image analysis is essential for identifying breast cancer. In this discipline, deep learning has become a powerful tool that has demonstrated notable success in several medical imaging tasks,regarding the identification of cancer in the breast. In order to achieve accurate identification, our suggested model combines characteristics from three pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models: DenseNet201, DenseNet169, and DenseNet121. In this study, we use ImageNet weights and ultrasound image datasets to evaluate these models’ performance. After extensive testing, our model reached 94.57% accuracy, which is astounding. The model’s performance was evaluated through the use of confusion matrices and metrics such as precision & F1-score, which we determined using the Adam optimizer. The efficacy of deep learning-based techniques in identifying breast cancer from ultrasound pictures is highlighted by this study. It illustrates makes major contributions to medical analysis and helps discover breast cancers early.

The human brain plays a vital role as a command center for the human nervous system. It takes control of our every action and thought and arranges everything as a central unit by taking sensory input and giving muscle output. Although with its natural ability, some kids need some extra help with their brains. The two main features, memory tests, and IQ tests are incorporated into the application to help the kids to train their brains efficiently, this application not only can be used by kids but can also be used by people of any age to train their brains. additionally, we have included a feature to calculate the age of mental health based on IQ and to increase cognitive thinking. The safety features are been added in the login section where the user has to log in using a secured email and create a strong password, thus the user also needs to verify the email id for authentication purposes.

The knowledge of the fundamentals of sports is limited and unorganized. A sports chatbot is a conversational agent which provides optimized responses to the user’s questions. A sports chatbot has been designed to provide in-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations involved. This chatbot covers three sports- Football, Cricket, and Table Tennis. The chatbot proposed in this paper is capable of answering questions related to the rules of Football, Cricket, and Table Tennis, basic greetings, and also employs word censoring to curb inappropriate content. This simulation has been implemented in Python programming language, the user interface is incorporated using the Django web framework and the database has been handled using MySQL.

In this paper,we present the effective distance between T-cell and B-cell in an immune system using Stop and Wait(S/W)Automatic Repeat Request(ARQ).The concentration of the molecules can be increased by increasing the transmitting number of molecules but it may reduce the performance of communication due to higher collision or interference with other *** is also reported in the literature that the concentration of the emitted molecules reduces if the distance from Transmitter(Tx)to Receiver(Rx)***,this paper mainly focuses on enhancing the receiver’s capture probability and higher successful complete transmission of the desired molecules by obtaining the effective distance from T-cell to *** order to find the effective distance,T-cell transmits the molecules 1(Interleukins-2)to B-cell,upon successful reception of molecules 1,antibodies(molecules 2)transmit back to ***,the effective distance of an immune system can be obtained after T-cell detects the concentration of the molecules 2 with respect to *** schemes of S/W ARQ protocols have implemented in Molecular Communication(MC)but it requires retransmission of duplicate copies due to the lack of addressing an effective ***,the simulations are performed in MATLAB and the results obtain higher capture probability and also successful complete transmission of the desired molecules.
