This paper presents a novel neural network based scheme for intelligent analysis of learners' response for an e-Learning environment. The scheme applies to typed-in single-word textual response from the learners' end. The proposed system is intelligently adaptive to inadvertent mistakes committed by the learner while responding to the system's queries. Two-layered feed-forward neural net is employed to build the analyzer. Experimental results, carried out on a wide variety of sample responses show that the proposed scheme successfully simulates a human instructor communicating with the learner through single-word typed-in text.

Users must either browse through a large hierarchy of concepts to find the information for which they are looking or submit a query to a publicly available search engine and wade through hundreds of results, most of them irrelevant. Web crawlers are one of the most crucial components in search engines and their optimization would have a great effect on improving the searching efficiency. This paper, introduces an intelligent web crawler that uses an ontological engineering concepts for improving its crawling performance. Intelligent crawler estimates the best path for crawling. The paper proposes novel dynamic distribution-aware data dissemination (DDA) based Publish/Subscribe system for Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks(VANETs). Based on the characteristics of vehicles' moving in VANET, a notification-token mechanism is proposed: only the notification-tokens' holder (notification-brokers) can broadcast information to subscribers nearby-based on the calculated delivery probability with interested subscribers and predicted dynamic distribution of those subscribers in this area, it can dynamically adjust notification-tokens in the VANET. Then the notification-brokers can broadcast the received notification to other subscribers accordingly. By dynamically adjusting notificationtokens, this solution can efficiently control notification-broker's distribution and guarantee data dissemination. Simulation results based on a real city map and realistic traffic situations show that the DDA based Publish/Subscribe system performs much better in terms of delivery efficiency and delivery delay over other solutions.

P-CSCF discovery is made prior to communication to the IMS core network and only performed before an initial registration. The approach introduced in this paper is to provide an efficiency mechanism to retrieve the proper P-CSCF for the SIP terminal through Network Attachment Subsystem of *** proposed discovery procedure advanced a 'nearest contact retrieval' method based on improved quad-tree to obtain the P-CSCF in Connectivity Session Location and Repository Function of IMS and transmit the selected P-CSCF to SIP terminal by enhancing the communication interface in Network Attachment Subsystem of IMS and DHCP message. The presented discovery mechanism focused primarily on terminal moves between visited networks in IMS architecture, since it needs to communicate via its first outbound SIP proxy, fast proxy query processing is necessary. The method requires limited changes in function and almost no changes in interfaces. With this method, PCSCF could be provided to terminal more intelligent, also the registration could be smoother.
