The problem of mobile agent (MA) focuses on planning an optimal path with respect to tasks andnetwork restrictions when migrating to several hosts. This problem can be solved by using the antcolony optimization (ACO) algorithm, which is an evolutionary algorithm with self-adaptability andparallelism, positive feedback and heuristic searching. However, the conventional ACO algorithmrequires a large amount of time for converging to the optimal. In this paper, the complex networkstheory (CNT) is applied associated with the ACO and generates a new improved ACO for the problemof mobile agent. By introducing the "degree" conception of CNT to the state transition rules of ACO,the MA problem is then better modeled. Further, the pheromone evaporation coefficient is alsoadaptively determined with respect to the fitness improvement of recent evolutions. Experimentalresults demonstrates that the proposed CNT based ACO method is effective and efficient in solving theMA problem. The same idea may be also applied to other optimization problems, such as assignmentproblems, vehicle routing problems, scheduling problems etc.

Three-dimensional (3D) human pose tracking has recently attracted more and more attention in the computer vision field. Real-time pose tracking is highly useful in various domains such as video surveillance, somatosensory games, and human-computer interaction. However, vision-based pose tracking techniques usually raise privacy concerns, making human pose tracking without vision data usage an important problem. Thus, we propose using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a pose tracking technique via a low-cost wearable sensing device. Although our prior work illustrated how deep learning could transfer RFID data into real-time human poses, generalization for different subjects remains challenging. This paper proposes a subject-adaptive technique to address this generalization problem. In the proposed system, termed Cycle-Pose, we leverage a cross-skeleton learning structure to improve the adaptability of the deep learning model to different human skeletons. Moreover, our novel cycle kinematic network is proposed for unpaired RFID and labeled pose data from different subjects. The Cycle-Pose system is implemented and evaluated by comparing its prototype with a traditional RFID pose tracking system. The experimental results demonstrate that Cycle-Pose can achieve lower estimation error and better subject generalization than the traditional system.

This article proposes a new general, highly efficient algorithm for extracting domain terminologies. This domain-independent algorithm with multi-layers of filters is a hybrid of statistic-oriented and rule-oriented methods. Utilizing the features of domain terminologies and the characteristics that are unique to Chinese, this algorithm extracts domain terminologies by generating multi-word unit (MWU) candidates at first and then fihering the candidates through multi-strategies.
