The proliferation of IoT applications, notably in the sphere of health care, has led to discussion of patient health records utilising data gathered from IoT-connected devices. Biological data from patients' medical records is mined for health analysis and diagnosis. Certain types of illness, known as chronic illnesses, are completely quiet yet devastating if left untreated. Recent years have seen an uptick in interest from academics in the utilization of patient health information data for the pre-emptive identification of chronic diseases. On the other side, healthcare and medical assistance have benefited enormously from the implementation of recommender systems that use machine learning techniques. Using an Internet of Things device, this research implemented a medical recommendation system to aid in the early diagnosis and management of chronic conditions. The current technique made use of the dataset of digitised patient health records that is housed in the Physio Net data repository. The current dataset contains patient health records that have been documented in accordance with the diseases that have been identified and the doctor's diagnosis. The recommended technique uses K-nearest neighbour classification to identify the kind of ailment before using collaborative filtering to select the optimal course of treatment for patients. The outcomes of using the suggested methodology show that this technique, which is based on using patient symptom similarity, produces better results than previous methods and has a high precision in diagnosing and forecasting chronic illnesses. After determining the kind of disease using the closest neighbour classification method, the collaborative filtering strategy is utilised to select the optimal course of therapy for patients. Mobile gadgets are progressively assuming a vital role in individuals' everyday routines as they streamline several practical activities. Mobile cloud computing overcomes the constraints of memory, CPU, and battery life, and enhances its functionalities by integrating mobile and cloud computing. Big data analytics solutions facilitate the extraction of value from data by considering four key factors: volume, diversity, velocity, and validity. The study explores the use of mobile cloud computing and big data analytics in the context of networked healthcare. The focus is on the justification and development of interconnected healthcare applications and systems, highlighting the rise of cloud computing in this domain. The paper presents a cloudlet-based mobile cloud computing architecture designed specifically for big data applications in the healthcare sector. In the proposed framework the study assess two types of models that is cloud-based model and Wi-fi Cloudlet-based model, the working mechanism model describe the differentiation in processing. Furthermore, this study evaluates the results obtained and compares both mechanism based on latency in processing. © 2024 IEEE.

HAR is specified as the crucial task within the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence. Main aim of HAR is to observing and labelling different human activity images of distinct data sources by machines such as computer. HAR has applications in various fields. CNN model is an appropriate model for HAR task, due to their ability to automaticaly acquire relevant spatial features, capture hierarchical representations, and handle input of various sizes and types. So it is utilized for developing HAR model. This model can detect objects and also can classify images. The model contains wide ranging catogories. ShuffleNetV2 is a particular architecture within it, mainly for efficient and lightweight deep learning task. This paper develops an intelligent HAR using ShuffleNetV2 model which acquired an accuracy about 69.52 percentage.

Microgrid monitoring has gained popularity in recent years, owing to their popularity and the power quality disturbances (PQD) caused by renewable energies. Many artificial intelligence-based PQD monitoring strategies have been proposed by researchers. This paper presents a novel method for detecting, classifying and monitoring the power quality disturbances in solar integrated microgrids. Power quality events are detected by analysing the frequency signal with the wavelet synchro-squeezing transform (WSST). The features of power quality disturbances are used to classify them. For PQD classification, the retrieved features are fed into a Convolutional neural network (CNN) classifier, using GoogLeNet and SqueezeNetfier. Thus the accuracy was found to be 99.90% and 93.76% respectively.

It allows students to record and view all activities in this app and you can pay through the app. This program reduces the need for information and saves time in running a smooth event. The identification of feelings sent via one’s voice has evolved from a niche field into an essential part of humancomputer interaction (HCI). These systems seek to facilitate more natural interactions between humans and machines by favouring direct voice interaction over the use of conventional input devices in order to comprehend verbal information and to make it simpler for human listeners to respond. A few examples include the use of emotion patterns derived from speech in medical applications, dialogue systems for spoken languages such as those used in cell phone call centres, onboard driving systems in automobiles, and the usage of such patterns in other contexts. In the research that has been done on speech emotion recognition (SER), a variety of methods, many of which are considered to be industry standards in speech analysis and classification, have been applied to the process of extracting emotions from signals. The most crucial stages of the speech emotion recognition (SER) process are the phases that deal with the extraction of features and the categorization of features. For the purpose of speech processing, researchers have developed a variety of features, including prosodic features, vocal traction features, and other hybrid features. The second step involves the categorization of features through the application of deep learning methods. These methods have just lately been put up as a potential replacement for SER’s more conventional methods.

Nowadays, computer-based tests are commonly used since a pandemic made educational institutions hold exams from home and it made computer-based tests application demand increasing time by time. Delivering computing resources over the internet has seen a paradigm shift towards cloud computing. However, there are serious security risks because cloud environments are distributed and shared. Intelligent Security Systems (ISS) that use cryptographic techniques are now necessary to overcome these issues, such as data confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity; this study developed an ISS for cloud computing, concentrating on cryptographic techniques. The RSA-OAEP (Optimal Asymmetric Encryption Padding) and X.509 algorithms are combined to create the ISS and further cover a variety of cryptographic methods, emphasizing their functions in protecting cloud-based systems, including encryption, digital signatures, and key management. It also looks at improving security systems' threat detection and response capabilities by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms like Grubbs' Test. In addition, several issues and potential paths for intelligent security systems in cloud computing are examined, highlighting the necessity of ongoing study and development to remain ahead of developing cyber threats.

In Japan,in order to determine the capacity of air-conditioning equipment,designers usually use the weather database of Reference Weather Year(RWY)to obtain the design air-conditioning load by using software such as New HASP/ACLD and Building Energy Simulation Tool(BEST)that are often used in *** recent years,with the global warming due to climate change,the weather database used to calculate air conditioning load also ***,in order to determine an appropriate capacity of air-conditioning equipment for energy conservation of buildings,the deviation of design air-conditioning load calculated using the weather database of RWY and Actual Weather Year(AWY)should be *** this paper,New HASP/ACLD was used to calculate the building heat loads of eight major Japanese cities over 30 years(1981-2010)between RWY and *** heat load at an exceedance probability of 2.5%is defined as the design air-conditioning load in this *** the design air-conditioning load obtained from RWY and AWY,it is shown that it is not necessarily the most appropriate when using the RWY to calculate the design air-conditioning load,especially for heating load in ***,it is also shown that the annual heating load time ratio has decreased and the annual cooling load time ratio has increased over the 30 years.
