Searchable Encryption(SE)enables data owners to search remotely stored ciphertexts selectively.A practical model that is closest to real life should be able to handle search queries with multiple keywords and multiple data owners/users,and even return the top-k most relevant search results when *** refer to a model that satisfies all of the conditions a 3-multi ranked search ***,SE schemes that have been proposed to date use fully trusted trapdoor generation centers,and several methods assume a secure connection between the data users and a trapdoor generation *** is,they assume the trapdoor generation center is the only entity that can learn the information regarding queried keywords,but it will never attempt to use it in any other manner than that requested,which is impractical in real *** this study,to enhance the security,we propose a new 3-multi ranked SE scheme that satisfies all conditions without these security *** proposed scheme uses randomized keywords to protect the interested keywords of users from both outside adversaries and the honest-but-curious trapdoor generation center,thereby preventing attackers from determining whether two different queries include the same ***,we develop a method for managing multiple encrypted keywords from every data owner,each encrypted with a different *** evaluation demonstrates that,despite the trade-off overhead that results from the weaker security assumption,the proposed scheme achieves reasonable performance compared to extant schemes,which implies that our scheme is practical and closest to real life.

Static Context Header Compression and Fragmentation (SCHC) is a standard defined as an adaptation layer for supporting IPv6, UDP, and CoAP protocols in low power wide area network (LPWAN) technologies. SCHC has fragmentation modes that use confirmation mechanisms to deliver reliable communications. Direct-to-satellite Internet of Things (DtS-IoT) directly communicates between end devices and the satellite in an IoT environment. If SCHC is implemented in a DtSIoT environment, applications using IPv6 could have global coverage through the Internet of Things (IoT). Unfortunately, it is not known whether SCHC can operate with the current acknowledgement mechanisms in a DtS-IoT environment, and if so, it is not known which one performs better. This work evaluates SCHC acknowledgement modes for ACK-on-Error fragmentation mode, including the new SCHC Compound ACK mode. It determines which mode has the lowest transfer delay for different LoRa data rates and frame error rates in a DtS-IoT environment with LEO satellites. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment Analysis of human behavior from social media revolutionized many fields, such as health, business, and election prediction. Sentiment analysis is the process of analyzing an individual's opinions, attitudes, views, sentiments, and emotions. In order to predict sentiments, predicting the polarity of words and categorizing them as positive or negative are the major goals. A quick and effective way to determine what the public thinks about one's own political party, the opposition party, and political figures is through Twitter. prior sentiment analysis techniques have primarily struggled with classification accuracy because biases in the training data cause a sizable portion of tweets to be incorrectly classified. As a remedy, we set out to collect real-Time data in order to forecast Pakistan's next election results. Users can quickly share real-Time updates on a variety of activities and events on Twitter, promoting the rapid diffusion of information and news. To do this, we accessed the Twitter API through the 'Tweepy'' Python package and retrieved real-Time data from the service. Through keyword searches, we were able to find more than 5,000 tweets. We attributed feelings to particular tweets using Python's 'TextBlob'' package. We are able to generate prediction graphics by determining the frequency of positive attitudes with respect to a particular candidate. © 2023 IEEE.

This study proposed a body movement-based system for efficiently controlling robots in large indoor environments. Traditional hand gesture recognition systems experience significant accuracy loss in large indoor spaces, particularly as the distance between the user and the camera grows. To address this issue, clear and large body movements were used as control signals instead of hand movements. For example, participants could give commands to the robot by raising both hands or lifting one hand in a specific direction. The system utilized MediaPipe Pose to track the user's posture in real time and communicated commands from the server to the robot via TCP/IP socket communication. This structure ensured stable data transmission, enabling smooth robot control even in expansive spaces. Consequently, this research demonstrated the feasibility of effective robot control in large indoor areas, such as screen golf courses, and suggested the potential for system expansion in various indoor environments. © 2025 IEEE.

Code clones make software maintenance more challenging. Detecting bugs in large systems may significantly increase maintenance costs. Despite the fact that several techniques for clone identification have been proposed over the years, the accuracy and scalability of clone detection techniques remain hot research areas. Previously, Akram et al. proposed the DroidCC hybrid technique, where tokens were encoded into MD5 hash values by encoding them into 128-bit fingerprints, and clones were identified by matching identical hash values. Encoding tokens into MD5 hash values take more time due to the large fingerprint size of MD5 hash values. Due to the enormous chunk size, DroidCC cannot achieve higher accuracy. To overcome the weakness of the DroidCC technique, We proposed a novel AYAT a lightweight hybrid technique to detect clones at the fragment level. To speed up the detection process, we converted tokens into 32-bit polynomial values, and we set the chunk size to 5 lines per chunk to improve accuracy. We tested our technique on 10,968 java projects against 4.98 million lines of code. In comparison to the well-known DroidCC technique, it is significantly faster and more efficient. Our examination demonstrates that precision is significantly improved despite sacrificing scalability. AYAT code cloning detection technique has outscored DroidCC in every aspect. © 2022 IEEE.

Text data forensics, a rapidly developing field that focuses on analyzing textual content to identify criminal or suspicious activities, is becoming increasingly important due to the popularity and the huge number of text posts on social media platforms. This study aims to improve the detection of suspicious text on social media using deep neural networks. Suspicious text is defined as any text that is likely to be associated with criminal activity or is unusual or out of the ordinary. This study could make a significant contribution to the field of text data forensics by helping to improve the detection of such text. We leveraged the 'CIC Truth Seeker Dataset 2023' [1], which is widely recognized as a comprehensive and representative dataset for text data forensics research. The dataset contains over 180,000 tweets related to 700 real and 700 fake pieces of news, labeled by experts. In this study, we enhance text data forensics in social media by leveraging the powerful analytical capabilities of deep neural networks. More specifically, we investigate the effectiveness of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) in the detection of suspicious text. The results are very promising as we achieved an accuracy of 96% during preliminary evaluations. We plan to explore future work on the model's potential applications, including criminal activity identification, misinformation detection, and online harassment prevention. © 2023 IEEE.

Legal professionals and law students often grapple with the arduous task of locating prior Supreme Court rulings for argument preparation and academic study, leading to a laborious and resource-intensive process. This study introduces an innovative approach to streamline the retrieval of legal information from Sri Lankan Supreme Court verdicts. The method centers on developing a Custom Named Entity Recognition (NER) model, boasting a remarkable accuracy exceeding 90%. This model efficiently extracts crucial legal entities from Supreme Court rulings, readily available on the Ministry of Justice's Supreme Court website. The high accuracy ensures precise entity extraction, followed by systematic organization within a dedicated database. Subsequently, a knowledge graph is formed by linking recorded legal entities, reducing information retrieval time to a mere 179 milliseconds, significantly outperforming existing methods. Moreover, a BART summarization model is crafted to generate concise, accurate, and insightful summaries of Supreme Court decisions, boasting an impressive ROGUE1 score of 85%. This approach revolutionizes legal information retrieval, delivering a user-friendly platform that enhances the identification of cases and fosters a deeper understanding, ultimately elevating the quality of legal research and practice. © 2023 IEEE.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a progressive neurological condition for which early detection is essential for effective intervention and symptom management. Language changes often serve as early indicators of cognitive decline in AD patients, facilitating early diagnosis. Factors affecting AD detection precision include feature extraction methods, the number of attributes used for selection, and the classifiers employed. While linguistic changes have been extensively studied in English, research on local and low-resource languages such as Arabic has been limited. In this study, we addressed this gap by developing a novel Arabic dataset comprising transcripts from patients with AD and healthy controls. Several machine learning algorithms have been used to explore the potential of linguistic features for early AD detection. Our approach leveraged speech patterns as acoustic features, including the silence rate associated with AD, to classify patients and controls. Notably, our findings suggest that linguistics, including nouns, verbs, pronouns, prepositions, and acoustic features extracted from Arabic speech data, can effectively distinguish between individuals with and without AD symptoms, the presentation of the results of various state-of-the-art textual classification mechanisms based on machine learning techniques is provided along with the baseline outcomes. with the highest accuracy of 0.958 achieved by Support vector machine algorithm.
