The paper emphasizes the circuit innovations of a key analog function realized on the IAD GmbH DLC_2 family chip, a precision programmable voltage reference with superior performance capabilities dedicated for an integrated 10 bits D/A converter. The chip developed in co-operation of IAD and MAZ Brandenburg has been produced with 0.35 mum CMOS switched capacitor technology from AMS, it can be used on the one hand within typical power-line applications, such us controlling and management, and the other hand for data communication, such as telephony or internet access. The programmable voltage reference is based on a new design that provides fast programmability between voltages and stable voltage operation from 0.25 Vdda to 0.75 Vdda. The main objective is to select a design that meets as close as possible criteria related to the chip specification requirements such as reliability, flexibility, and integration area. As a sensor for environment recognition, we thought the sensor must have not only outputting distance data but also another helpful function for mobile robots. One of many fiber non-linear effects is a four-wave mixing (FWM) phenomenon that is resonant when phase matching condition is satisfied. It only occurs for particular combinations of fiber dispersion and signal frequencies. In particular, phase matching is achieved for signals with very similar frequencies propagating near the zero dispersion wavelength of the fiber. This paper proposes optical wavelength conversion based on FWM assisted by Raman amplification. The conversion bandwidth extends to 125nm, the widest yet reported for wavelength conversion using highly non-linear fiber (HNLF) irrespective to the conversion efficiency value. In this paper the improvement in the performance obtained by a Time Interleaving applied to DVB-T scheme are analyzed in impulsive noise environments. The performance is evaluated in terms of bit error rate probability for Oms, 100 ms and 200 ms of time interleaving length. The results are compared with the standard DVB-T (digital video broadcasting - terrestrial) evaluated on Impulsive Noise channel and Multipath combined with impulsive noise channel. Simulation results shows that employing Time Interleaving only with 100 ms the overall system performance can improve significantly. These results are obtained applying an appropriate interleaving after the Mapper of DVB-T system.

The OSGi provides a service platform which ensures the interoperability between heterogeneous technologies and various devices in home network environment. Nowadays, user access control is one of the core parts which should be cleared, but there are no concrete researches yet. So in this paper, we propose a supplemented authorization policy management framework based on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for user access control at home network environment in which the OSGi service platform is operated. The proposed access control framework improves effectiveness, assures privacy and provides convenience at the same time. In conclusion, we provide the base to implement the effective, safe, and convenient the OSGi service platform by proposing the new framework in authorization and user administration part.
