In order to dynamically integrate and rebuild information systems under a distributed network computing environment, the original information systems, i.e. legacy systems, must be reused. This paper researches legacy system reusable technology, and proposes a mechanism of componentized encapsulating legacy system inheritable parts using distributed object CORBA technology and Java programming technology. An example of the reuse of simulation models and simulation tools of computer simulation systems is discussed.

MEBML, mind-evolution-based machine learning mainly consists of similar taxis and dissimilation operators. Especially, the dissimilation strategy has important effects on the evolution efficiency and global optimality. In the paper, five dissimilation strategies based on the analysis of effects of the dissimilation operator in MEBML and the dissimilation mechanism. Finally, comparisons of these dissimilation strategies are made through the example of a global optimization problem.

Mind evolutionary computation for a kind of non-numerical optimization problems is introduced, which offers a new all-purpose method for solving the non-numerical optimization. First an all-purpose coding method is induced according to the common characteristics of these problems. Then a series of concepts, for example character, information matrix, etc., are introduced. Consequently an all-purpose similartaxis and dissimilation operations of mind evolutionary computation for those problems are designed. In similartaxis operation, information matrix memorizes the characters of the superior individuals and new individuals are generated under the instruction of the characters of these superior individuals, which not only increases the useful information, but also strengthens the evolution direction. Dissimilation operation is for global search, which makes the algorithm have global convergence. Finally its global convergence is proved with combinatorial theory and Markov chain. Our experiments show that this algorithm is feasible and effective.

Much research is made on the negotiation architecture, cooperation mechanism and the process of negotiation based on MAS. We analyze firstly the negotiation architecture based on multi agent mechanism in dynamic alignment of enterprise. Secondly, prompt the cooperation mechanism and evaluation methods in dynamic alignment among enterprises based on multi phase negotiation policy model of MAS. Detailed discussion is made in the process of negotiation and choice policy among the coordinator, which is based on the negotiation policy of learning agent, and the members of alignment. Particularly, the process of negotiation among the members of alignment or potential enterprise in alignment is presented based on the multilateral negotiation policy of agent. The result of policy model is that it is easy to create the most reasonable alignment structure, which can guarantee the whole benefit reach to maximum and the member of alignment is the satisfactory earning.

Through the mechanism analysis of simple genetic algorithm (SGA), we find that every genetic operator can be considered as a linear transform. So some disadvantages of SGA may be solved if genetic operators are modified to a nonlinear transform. According to the above method, a nonlinear genetic algorithm is introduced, and different nonlinear genetic operators with some probabilities are designed and applied to numerical optimization problems. The optimization computing of some examples is made to show that the new genetic algorithm, is useful and simple.

Based on the analysis of theoretical model and evolutionary equations for the standard PSO, a new particle swarm optimization model, called the two-order PSO, was performed, which simulated more precisely the velocity change of particles than the standard PSO. At the same time a new method termed pso for pso was used for the selection of the best parameters c1, c2 in the two-order PSO. The results on five benchmark functions prove the feasibility and validity of this method. Furthermore, the analysis of the results shows that there are revelatory rules on selection of c1, c2 in the two-order PSO. © 2006 IEEE.

By analysing of the concept of the schema, a new schema theorem is proved. The above work establishes a completely new mathematical analytic method of the genetic algorithms schema theory and contributes much to perfection and development of the theory of genetic algorithm.

In order to overcome the premature convergence, the paper introduced a negative feedback mechanism into particle swarm optimization and developed an adaptive PSO. The improved method takes advantage of the swarm-diversity to control the tuning of the acceleration coefficients (PSO-DCAC). Through the feedback control of the diversity, PSO-DCAC can manipulate the weight of the cognitive part and the social part to fluctuate with the search state, which in turn can adjust the exploration and exploitation adaptively and contributes to a successful global search. The proposed PSO-DCAC was applied to some well-known benchmarks and compared with the other notable improved PSO. Experimental results show diversity-controlled acceleration coefficients is a feasible technique to improve the global performance of PSO and performs very well on the complex optimization problems.
