The article deals with the issues aimed at solving the most urgent problem of modern society of organization of quality communication in the conditions of ubiquitous informatization. It is considered the obtaining of expressions, which will increase the efficiency of analysis of microwave integrated devices and the study of pulse distortion in the intercell connections of ultrafast digital integrated circuits. On the basis of the quasi-dynamic approximation for the surface impedance of the microstrip structure, a simplified method of solving the dispersion equation is developed and analytical expressions for analyzing the frequency dependences of the effective dielectric permittivity and the dissipation angle tangent in the microstrip line are obtained in closed form. The expressions provide high accuracy of modeling dispersion properties in the absence of frequency limitations. Absence of frequency limitations allowed to use the obtained expressions for modeling of pulse distortion in inter-element microstrip connections. The results of calculations of dispersion characteristics and distortion of a Gaussian pulse confirming adequacy of modeling are presented. The obtained expressions for modeling the dispersion characteristics of the microstrip line are of high enough accuracy and are applicable in the whole frequency range. The discrepancy with the data of strictly electrodynamic modeling is about 2 percent.

Traffic accidents are a problem confronted by means of each a around the arena, Indonesia isn't any exception. The Indonesian national Police recorded an increase inside the number of traffic accidents in 2019 in comparison to 2018. based totally on POLRI information, there had been 107,500 traffic accidents in 2019, an increase from 103,672 incidents in 2018. in particular in Jakarta, that is the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia, traffic accidents are a common phenomenon, in conjunction with the unexpectedly developing use of motorized motors on the dual carriageway. for that reason, a examine is wanted to determine the variety of traffic accidents with the intention to occur in the future. The observe will forecast the number of traffic accidents for every month based totally on datasets from 2015 to 2020 from the Jakarta Metro Jaya Police Traffic Directorate. The approach used on this examine makes use of facts mining methods by using comparing the artificial Neural community Backpropagation, Deep getting to know and Linear Regression algorithms to decide which algorithm is right for predicting the range of traffic injuries inside the Jakarta region in each following month. This examine concludes that the synthetic Neural community Backpropagation set of rules is the first-rate set of rules to be applied in predicting the number of visitors accidents within the Jakarta vicinity with a Root suggest square mistakes (RMSE) of 29.477. studies trying out with the aid of applying the synthetic Neural network Backpropagation algorithm version has verified to expose the price of forecasting the number of traffic accidents in Jakarta with a mean monthly accuracy cost of 97.34%. © 2023 IEEE.

Relevance of the problem under research is due to the fragmentary character of the regulatory framework for concluding a surrogacy agreement both in Ukraine and foreign countries,which does not solve the full range of problems that arise in law enforcement ***,there is no clear regulation for the notarization of the surrogacy *** study aims to analyze the existing legal regulation of theoretical and practical aspects of the conclusion of a surrogacy agreement and draw certain conclusions and scientific provisions on the notarization of the surrogacy *** leading research methods used for a comprehensive examination of surrogacy and surrogacy agreement were the following:normative semantic method,general logical methods of cognition,comparative and formal legal methods,generalization,historical method,systemic method,and structural and functional *** research results proved the need for the legislative regulation of *** a notarial form of the surrogacy agreement is implemented,it can significantly reduce the criminal component in this service and the risk of adverse consequences for the *** must be a separate law on the regulation of surrogacy adopted in Ukraine,which also concerns all other types of assisted reproductive technologies.

Nonlinear substitutions (S-boxes) have an important role in ensuring security of symmetric cryptographical transformations. In this article, we consider a computational particle swarm optimization method (PSO) to generate S-boxes. We have implemented two algorithms for generating substitutions that reproduce a certain simulation of particle motion in the space of possible states to make experimental research. We perform a computational search and show the efficiency of these two implementations. Our proposed improved implementation allows us to confidently generate Sboxes with nonlinearity 104, delta uniformity 8, linear redundancy 0 and algebraic immunity 3. © 2021 UkrMiCo 2021 - 2021 IEEE International Conference on Information and Telecommunication Technologies and Radio Electronics, Proceedings. The aquatic macrophytes are widely used to indicate the trophic status of water bodies. However, the eutrophication is not the only factor that acts on the plant community. The action of eutrophication occurs against the background of variability of other ecological factors and processes. The identification of eutrophication gradient is obviously a prerequisite for assessing the response of plants to the action of this factor and for constructing the adequate indicator scales. For Ukrainian water bodies, which represent a wide ecological diversity, the indicator scales of the trophicity regime have not been developed. The article presents an approach for adapting the Macrophyte Biological Index for Rivers (MBIR) for the conditions of the middle course of the dnipro River. We hypothesize that the influence of natural factors on the aquatic macrophyte communities is spatially structured due to the long-term coevolution of environment and biota. Therefore, the extraction of the spatial component of plant community variation will make it possible to assess the pure response of plants to the effects of eutrophication. Based on the pure response of aquatic macrophytes to the eutrophication factor, the construction of an adequate scale for indicating the trophic status of water bodies is possible. The studies were carried out within the dnipro-Orilskiy Nature Reserve in the waters of the dnipro reservoir, which was created on the dnipro River. The aquatic macrophyte surveys were conducted at 76 locations. Studies were conducted in 50–100 m long plots along the shoreline. The remote sensing data from the Sentinel-2 satellite was used to estimate the concentration of chlorophyll-a, phycocyanin, turbidity, and transparency in the water. The distance-based Moran's eigenvector maps were produced from the geographic coordinates of the sampling points to be used as the spatial variables. The paper analyzes negative impact of poor-quality electricity on the performance of electrical installations. Particular attention is paid to the ways to improve power quality under the conditions of industrial enterprises. Use of 'individual' LC-filters to protect extra important electric drives;use of 'group' devices to compensate negative effect of noisy electricity at a workshop level (power active rectifiers are meant with their potential integration into the available converters for the controlled electric drives);and to inhibit voltage distortions within the areas of their origination (i.e. the mains protection against the root cause) are possible means to solve the problems. © 2020 IEEE.

The modernization of urban transport requires new approaches not only in the organization of routes, but also the development of new forms of accounting for the number of transport services provided. Passengers expect from public transport to increase transport mobility, make trips more comfortable, and have routes that are convenient for them. To do this, it is necessary that it is also profitable for motor transport companies that serve the routes of urban public transport. The presence of low-demand and unprofitable urban public transport routes is not profitable for road transport enterprises and is an obstacle to their development.
