The paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of solid particle freely falling and flying in the gas flow. Authors described process of crossing gas-liquid interface and further movement of the particle in the liquid. Solid particle penetrating liquid induces formation of a gas-filled cavity behind, which expands relatively slowly and then rapidly *** of this process presents great difficulties associated with solution of Navier-Stokes equations with two-phase free boundaries. Numerical solution of such problems requires significant computational resources and provides an over-precision result. At the same time, for practical purposes, in most cases, it is sufficient to establish whether a dispersed particle crosses the gas-liquid interface and enter the liquid at a speed sufficient for further movement or it will stay in the injection area. In latter case solid-phase reagents evaporation will occur not in the entire melt volume, but only in the injection *** propose a simple method to estimate immersion depth of magnesium and lime particles in liquid *** paper shows that simulation results obtained using the proposed numerical method coincide with the experimental data with acceptable accuracy and may be used in engineering *** simulation of specific problems related to immersion depth of two types of particles (solid magnesium and lime) showed that even at high velocities the particles are not deeply immersed in the liquid metal. This is especially true for small particles of lime that practically do not penetrate the metal surface. Nonlinear substitutions (S-boxes) have an important role in ensuring security of symmetric cryptographical transformations. In this article, we consider a computational particle swarm optimization method (PSO) to generate S-boxes. We have implemented two algorithms for generating substitutions that reproduce a certain simulation of particle motion in the space of possible states to make experimental research. We perform a computational search and show the efficiency of these two implementations. Our proposed improved implementation allows us to confidently generate S-boxes with nonlinearity 104, delta uniformity 8, linear redundancy 0 and algebraic immunity 3.

While examining the myocardium in conditions of modeling hypothyroidism by performing thyroidectomy, destructive changes and processes of muscle fiber degeneration are observed. After the microwave irradiation with an exposure of 45 minutes, regenerative compensatory restructuring of the structural components of the myocardium of the heart wall occurs. But after thyroidectomy and the microwave irradiation with an exposure of 120 minutes, there is an increase in degenerative and destructive processes in the myocardium of the heart *** effect of microwave radiation on the peripheral blood indices of adult rats was studied depending on the exposure time. Animals were divided into 6 groups: after thyroidectomy;after microwave irradiation for 45 minutes;after microwave irradiation for 120 minutes;after thyroidectomy and after microwave irradiation for 45 minutes;after thyroidectomy and after microwave irradiation for 120 minutes;control group. In the control group, peripheral blood parameters did not significantly change during the experiment. In rats that received microwave irradiation with an exposure of 45 minutes, all indicators remained close to normal values. In rats that received microwave irradiation with an exposure of 120 minutes, the following changes were observed: an increase in stab and segmented neutrophils, monocytes, the appearance of young forms of leukocytes, erythrocytopenia, anemia, lymphocytopenia. © 2020 IEEE.

The main difficulty in obtaining adapters from stainless steel + zirconium metal combination lies in the formation of fragile intermetallic compounds at the weld border. By its properties, zirconium is very close to titanium, and therefore the manufacture of tubes from this combination, as well as pure titanium, is considerably difficult. Optimum explosion welding parameters have been developed, ensuring the highest adhesion strength compared to the existing production methods. At the weld border, a structure characteristic of compounds of dissimilar metals was revealed. The permissible heating temperatures for this combination are determined. The fundamental possibility of using the explosion energy as a factor stimulating the connection of dissimilar metals in order to obtain high-quality multilayer tubes, billets and products for various purposes is demonstrated, resulting in the introduction of environmentally friendly technology. Economic analysis of the manufacturing technology of bimetallic tubes by welding explosion was carried out. The cost-effectiveness of manufacturing technology of bimetallic stainless steel + zirconium metal compound nozzles, which is based on the use of high-pressure gradients and loading velocities to create production, was evaluated. © 2020 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.

The impact of the initial structure on the wave parameters and the quality of the waveguides bimetallic pipes welding is examined in the current paper. It is demonstrated that in order to obtain a reliable and durable welded joint, it is preferable to use the annealed fine-grained initial pipes. The test results demonstrate the formation of a stable and durable joint of the bimetal layers. Among the quality metrics of the bimetal with a relatively thin cladding layer is also the uniformity of the cladding layer. It is more correct to consider using the yield strength with a certain correction instead of the hardness parameter while calculating the Reynolds number, which allows to take into consideration the welded metals structural changes and their impact on the type of the weld boundary and the quality of the weld joint to the fullest extent. A comparative assessment of the multilayer waveguide manufacturing technologies for further economic analysis of the technology profitability was conducted. © 2020 IEEE.

Traffic accidents are a problem confronted by means of each a around the arena, Indonesia isn't any exception. The Indonesian national Police recorded an increase inside the number of traffic accidents in 2019 in comparison to 2018. based totally on POLRI information, there had been 107,500 traffic accidents in 2019, an increase from 103,672 incidents in 2018. in particular in Jakarta, that is the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia, traffic accidents are a common phenomenon, in conjunction with the unexpectedly developing use of motorized motors on the dual carriageway. for that reason, a examine is wanted to determine the variety of traffic accidents with the intention to occur in the future. The observe will forecast the number of traffic accidents for every month based totally on datasets from 2015 to 2020 from the Jakarta Metro Jaya Police Traffic Directorate. The approach used on this examine makes use of facts mining methods by using comparing the artificial Neural community Backpropagation, Deep getting to know and Linear Regression algorithms to decide which algorithm is right for predicting the range of traffic injuries inside the Jakarta region in each following month. This examine concludes that the synthetic Neural community Backpropagation set of rules is the first-rate set of rules to be applied in predicting the number of visitors accidents within the Jakarta vicinity with a Root suggest square mistakes (RMSE) of 29.477. studies trying out with the aid of applying the synthetic Neural network Backpropagation algorithm version has verified to expose the price of forecasting the number of traffic accidents in Jakarta with a mean monthly accuracy cost of 97.34%.

A module for assessing the investment risks of a virtual IT company has been developed. It enables to reduce the time spent on assessing the inves-tor’s risks of a virtual IT company. A detailed justification of each selected risk parameter that influences on the success of the investment project of the virtual IT Company has done. A developed algorithm for assessing the investment risk of the virtual IT company is based on machine learning and using the expert scoring method (10 experts from 20 implemented projects were involved) by 23 risk parameters. Forecasting of investment risk assess-ment modeling of the virtual IT company using machine learning is based on eight methods: Support Vector Classifier, Stochastic Gradient Decent Classifier, Random Forest Classifier, Decision Tree Classifier, Gaussian Na-ive Bayes, K-Neighbors Classifier, Ada Boost Classifier, Logistic Regression. In addition, a module was developed to support decision-making based on three methods with the best forecast, namely: Support Vector Classifier, Random Forest Classifier, K-Neighbors Classifier. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Abstract: A method for the formation of composite electrolytic coatings in the process of electrodeposition in an electrolyte with ultradisperse diamond (UDD) particles in the programmable pulsed current regime under simultaneous laser irradiation has been developed. This method provides the layer-by-layer deposition of gradient nickel coatings 15–20 µm in thickness with a variable content of UDD particles along their depth. The amount of UDD particles is minimal (0.10–0.13 at %) in the layers deposited in the initial period of this process, whereas the concentration of UDD particles in the layers formed at the later process stages grows to 0.19–0.26 at %. The concentration gradient of UDD particles along the depth improves the adhesion properties and wear resistance of coatings and provides a 16% decrease in the consumption of UDD particles with a local increase in the concentration of UDD particles in a coating to 0.32 at %. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The issue of management of the specialized agricultural information with the purpose to reduce risks of agricultural activities in organic farming has been discussed in the article. The aim of the paper is to study the applied aspects of management in the agricultural sector in conditions of digitalization and to identify the peculiarities of information management in the sphere of organic farming organizing being a potential to reduce risks of business' development and functioning in the agricultural sector. One of the main aspects in this direction is to change the role and methods of information management in the digital society in general, and in the sphere of organic food production in particular. Information and management schemes have been developed during the study that allow considering information in process interconnections. Such approach gives the opportunity to view the general management plan in conditions of digital transformation, and also makes it possible for maximum specialized detailing, which is aimed at the reduction of the number of managerial mistakes and increase of the business performance of the organic farming household. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020.
