Background: The difficult living conditions caused by the hostilities have a significant impact on the destruction of people's mental health. The research relevance is determined by the aforementioned impact and the necessity for a scientific basis for designing effective assistance programmes. Objective: The study aims to address the impact of military operations on the mental health of the civilian population in Ukraine. Methods: To achieve this goal, theoretical research methods (analysis and synthesis, classification, generalisation) and empirical research methods (surveys, statistical analysis of data) were used. Results: The main results of the study: Many civilians in Ukraine are facing complex crises due to the hostilities and need assistance. Individual resilience to stress is determined by their characteristics and how these characteristics can interact with the factors of influence (four levels: individual, family, community, and societal levels). The impact of hostilities on the mental health of civilians is significant and negative. People who have been exposed to war or its aftermath experience high levels of stress symptoms, leading to post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety and other mental health problems. The level of mental health problems is higher among people who have experienced more traumatic events, such as loss of loved ones, violence, and loss of home. There are several key areas in which practical assistance can be provided, including psychosocial support, which can be provided through information support, emotional support, psychological counselling, trauma therapy, and medication. Conclusion: The practical significance of the study is determined by the contribution to understanding the impact of war on people's mental health. The results of the study can be used to improve the lives of people affected by the war. Namely, to develop and implement effective assistance programmes.

The paper deals with the development of scientific backgrounds for the first order infinite-dimensional chaotic systems' design. We suggest performing this design by replacing real time with some virtual variable, which is defined as a function of time and a system state variable. This virtual variable can be considered as the "new" time and it can be used to define transformation operator, which allows us to describe system dynamics in the "new" time domain by using known differential equations of the chaotic systems. We use the Mackey-Glass system as the initial chaotic system and show two transformations for this system by using different transformation operators. These transformations gave us the possibility to define the high-frequency dynamics for two chaotic systems. These systems can be used in different secured applications.

The mathematical apparatus of the N - i switching method, due to its simplicity, made it possible to find out relations between the parameters of relay-modal and quasi-optimal in speed sliding mode control systems. Initially, this result was formulated for control systems of neutral-stable dynamic objects. This paper presents a comparative study of the dynamics of systems with different settings. Based on it, an adaptation of the optimization method for the speed of relay-modal systems to the synthesis of a regulators cascade for positional electric drive is proposed.

The N - i switching method made it possible to establish analytical relations between the constraints of the state coordinates of the electric drive and the parameters of sliding mode control systems. This problem is solved for the cases of optimization in time domain and modal control. This paper presents a computational algorithm that implements a parametric synthesis of a control system taking into account changes in the levels of constraints caused by the performance of various shapes transient trajectories.

Piezoelectric drives are widely used as high precision actuators. The paper deals with the design of interval models for studying of piezoelectric drive's dynamic. Results of such studying can be used for the construction of a precise position control system for a piezoelectric drive. We propose to design an interval model by defining some intervals where piezoelectric motor nonlinearity and uncertainty exist. We show some benefits of the proposed approach for modeling of piezoelectric drive and approve them by given simulations' results.

The N-i switching method provides optimization for the speed of sliding mode control systems with cascade-subordinate structure of arbitrary order N. It is characterized by the simplicity of the mathematical apparatus and is oriented to easily realizable structures of technical systems, in particular, electric drives. However, this synthesis method involves limiting all the canonical coordinates of the system in transient modes, that is, it reduces the control object to a chain of N integrating links. The present work demonstrates the efficiency of the N-i switching method to systems whose control objects have a structure different from the ideal cascade of integrators.

The paper deals with the synthesis of interval control system's for inverted pendulum. The contents of this paper are written as follows. Firstly, the generalized interval model of inverted pendulum is given. Then generalized block diagram of control system is proposed and defined generalized control outputs. Furthermore, interval control for inverted pendulum is synthesized and simulations results are given to confirm the proposed approach. Finally, conclusions are written down. The used methods granted asymptotically stability of closed loop pendulum's control system. The proposed approach allows one to create control system of wide range nonlinear dynamical objects. Using of this approach simplifies mathematical model of a nonlinear control object and transform this model to Brunovsky form without performing complicated feedback linearization.

The paper deals with the developing of the methodological backgrounds for studying 3-D chaotic systems. Such backgrounds allow us to perform the coordinate transformation for 3-D nonlinear dynamical object from serial form into parallel one. Above-mentioned transformation is based on the partial fraction decomposition of the systems' feedforwards. Usage of the proposed approach is one of the ways of constructing a system with a chaotic dynamic and defining novel attractors. The approach has been proven by considering the example of modeling and simulating of third order chaotic system.
