This research aims to classify Diabetes Mellitus (DM) using the Random Forest (RF) model by exploring feature selection techniques and hyperparameter tuning. DM is a metabolic disorder in the body due to bodily incompetence produces or delivers the finished hormone insulin causes blood sugar levels to rise above normal. High sugar levels in the bloodstream can cause heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, blindness, nerve damage in the feet, etc. So, diabetes must be detected as early as possible so that sufferers can receive early treatment. One of the machine learning models that can be used to create a diabetes detection model is the random forest (RF) model. The results from RF will be compared with other machine learning models such as K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost). The comparison results show that RF model is better and achieves the highest accuracy with an accuracy value of 97%.

This paper investigates recent advancements and methodologies in Automatic Text Summarization, a field that has garnered significant attention for its ability to condense lengthy documents into concise summaries while preserving key information and themes. The study examines the development of Automatic Text Summarization models, including both extractive and abstractive approaches. Additionally, the research delves into the use of graph convolutional networks for text representation in e-commerce product review summarization. The study employs an e-commerce dataset in conjunction with a graph convolutional network model, covering stages from preprocessing and tokenization to constructing graph-based data representation. The expected outcome is a graph-structured representation of input text data derived from Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews.

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to human-like intelligence exhibited by computers, robots, or other machines. In popular use, artificial intelligence refers to the ability of a computer or machine to mimic the ability of the human mind to learn from examples and experiences, recognize objects, understand and respond to language, make decisions, solve problems, and combine these and other abilities to perform functions that humans might perform. Artificial intelligence requires experience and data to smarten up the technology. The most important things in making artificial intelligence are learning, reasoning, and self-correction. At the learning stage, AI gives machines the ability to learn tasks without requiring a defined programming language. Then, the reasoning stage is the stage where the reason AI is applied in a technology. The self-correction stage is the stage where the AI is refining itself from and learning from experience in order to minimize errors or problems that exist. Then, this matter is concerned with the parking lot to be discussed. Parking can be interpreted as public facilities available in agencies or offices that serve to store vehicles. Vehicles entering the parking area become tens or even thousands, because it requires a parking system and management area. Such arrangements are capable of parking procedures and even other support systems such as adequate parking facilities and infrastructure, and another function is to create and develop parking systems in general to provide safety and comfort. The methodology obtained from this problem is checking the research model to check and find out the comparison of vehicle user’s Parking System Security between cars or motorcycles, as well as the usual parking lots visited. Then, we created a questionnaire. This study used questionnaires with the aim to get respondents’ results about the Parking Security System. Climate change will impact everyone. From more extreme weather to rising food prices, recreation, and reduced opportunities to appreciate nature, people everywhere will feel the impact. This study aims to develop and compare climate change prediction models with the CATBoost Regressor model. The dataset used includes historical climate data such as air temperature, greenhouse gas concentrations, and other atmospheric parameters. The research methods include data understanding, preprocessing, dataset sharing, modeling, model evaluation, and result analysis. The results show that the accuracy of the CATBoost Regressor is better than the XGBoost Regressor and Random Forest Regressor and provides the best performance with a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 0.0559.

Modern healthcare systems demand comprehensive information systems but face obstacles during adoption. Organizational and structural complexity, especially decentralized systems, challenges the integrated management and sharing of data across information systems. Interoperability is critical to address these issues effectively in heterogeneous and distributed environments. However, different medical terminology hinders interoperability within health information systems. To address this, a systematic literature review examined various medical terminology standards for national interoperability. From 790 articles, 12 were selected according to PRISMA guidelines with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Standard health terminology is critical to achieving interoperability, and many countries have adopted it, although some have required adaptation to accommodate local contexts. Data models, governance, and maintenance of standards are equally important in achieving national interoperability. In addition, standardized health terminology promotes consistency and uniformity in terminology, which is beneficial for decision-making by stakeholders in the health system. © 2023 IEEE.

This study discusses the development of smart precision farming systems using big data and cloud-based intelligent decision support systems. Big data plays an important role in collecting, storing, and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources related to agriculture, including data from weather stations, soil sensors, satellite imagery, crop yield records, pest and disease reports, and other sources. This study highlights the differences between smart farming and precision farming. This study describes key techniques and system architecture, including data collection, processing, analysis, and decision support components. Utilizing a cloud platform enables scalability and optimized performance, which lowers costs and makes it safer and easier to manage. The integration of big data and Alibaba cloud computing in smart precision farming can improve farming productivity by providing timely information and recommendations to farmers for better decision-making. Finally, the system produces smart precision farming, which provides cost-effective real-time monitoring and predictive analytics to increase agricultural production and sustainability.

The point of Agile Methodology is continuous improvement, delivering a small feature quickly without sacrificing the feature quality; every sprint must be better than the previous sprint, and better can be fewer bugs, faster development, and testing. We will present how we reduce production bugs by customizing our sprint iteration. As we know, bugs are unavoidable, there is no software engineer that can make software without a bug; however, we can reduce bugs in production if we can find bugs in lower environments as early as possible. The case study in this paper was taken from one of technology company in Indonesia, the activity was done by the Quality Engineer (QA) Team. We will show that shift-left testing can help us reduce bugs in production. Testing is part of agile methodology, and the main idea of shift-left testing is to move testing early and could be done by any team member, not only QA. We include shift-left testing in our agile methodology for one year in 2022 and compare the result in the previous year.

Several challenges have emerged as a result of the rapid spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. To combat the pandemic, the government has also issued general guidelines for avoiding/limiting direct contact with common people who do not live with them. However, in some unavoidable cases, such as cash transactions, the social distancing has not yet been followed properly. These type of challenges can be avoided by the introduction of e-wallets and e-money. This research study examines the transactions made using e-wallets and e-money and how these methods are increasing sales in public places. The proposed research study has attempted to utilize both qualitative and a quantitative method to observe the customer behavior while using e-wallet as a substitute for physical money when making a transaction in a shopping mall. Applications designed utilizing Microservices Architecture (MSA) provide the desirable trait of good maintainability. To ensure optimal maintainability, it is important to provide services that are suitable and adhere to prescribed rules. Multiple aspects must be taken into account while designing services to ensure optimal maintainability. The objective of this study is to examine the elements that impact the capacity to sustain and improve maintainability in service design, ultimately resulting in an application that possesses strong maintainability. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) will be utilized to identify variables and strategies for their enhancement, by examining pertinent publications on the subject. After examining 45 publications, the study discovered 8 elements and 14 solutions that can enhance the highlighted parameters throughout the services design process. The outcomes of this systematic literature review (SLR) are anticipated to give valuable insights to application developers, empowering them to generate service designs that exhibit commendable maintainability for the developed applications.
