Currently, higher education is institutions that should be managed as a global business institution. Higher education should improve continually its business processes according to the demands of increasing its stakeholders. of the problems faced in the development of educational, activities if related to the use of information technology for each service in higher education for stakeholders is the issue of available funds. Cloud computing also has advantages related to infrastructure and maintenance and increases operating efficiency. Most institutions are currently moving towards cloud computing technology to reduce operational costs. For achieving these objectives, the institutions need to be supported by reliable technology. This study aim to propose cloud model for education and IT Governance conceptual framework for Cloud Computing model adoption, Tarumanagara University as a study case.

Currently, the growth of information and technology is rapid. It makes a lot of things in various fields including education becoming more effective and efficient. In education, one of its implementation which is a game is proven to be a useful tool to support conventional teaching methods and bring a more natural understanding of learning materials. Moreover, as a product of the popular culture in modern society, video game mirrors the general culture practice in real life and reflects it via its own culture inside the game. This makes a video game can give a contribution to the social construction of reality as it affects the player's view towards learning in real life and vice versa. From there, we see that there is an opportunity for learning about religion to be supported by its utilization to provide an interactive and fun learning experience. In this paper, we discuss how a video game is implemented to support religious learning. The game was developed with the scrum method where we surveyed to gather the user requirements before the design step. The game design was made by using the use case diagram and storyboard, and it was built using Unity version 2017.3.0f3.

Recently, the Indonesian government requires auditors, the need for auditors around 40,000 auditors in 2016, currently has only about 10,800 auditors, however, the lack of the auditors impacting the risk of financial loss for the state. Referring to the problem, this experimental research was conducted. The experiment of the research was conducted two times and the audit topic is a compliance audit in the year 2017 and year 2018. The goal of this research is to know, can the stakeholder act as an IT and general compliance auditor? The experiment was conducted by 8 university students in 2017 and 19 university students in 2018, and the supporting tools of audit activities the university student use the smartphone to capture the object as evidence. The experiment results with descriptive method show university students can act as an auditor and found several pieces of evidence that might cause future impact to the institution.

The data link layer protocol for the integrated services digital network (ISDN) user/network interface, known as link access protocol-D (LAPD), is a protocol that operates at layer 2 of the open systems interconnection (OSI) architecture. Its purpose is to safely convey information between layer 3 entities using the D-channel. The information types that LAPD is intended to transport include call control signaling, packet mode communications, and management information. Observations are made in this article about what are, in the authors' opinion, the most confusing points of CCITT Recommendation Q.921 with comments related to data link layer address field, broadcast connections, terminal endpoint identifier (TEI) management procedures, layer 2 frames exchange, and connection management entity response to MDL-error indication primitives. This article intends solely to clarify the recommendations so that their concepts and procedures become easier to understand and implement, which can lead to significant saving of time for those who must eventually use LAPD procedures or develop the software for handling them.< >

(Bob) Harris (S'69–M'70) received the PhD from the University of Southampton. England in 1971. Since 1978 he has been Head of the Transmision Techniques Section in the Directorate of Telecom munications. This paper describes an improvement of the solution by Krawczyk, Moore and Jones (KMJ algorithm) for nonlinear equations based on the interval analysis. When the KMJ algorithm is applied to practical problems such as the determination of the operating point of a multistable electronic circuit, a large computation time is required. It is shown that the algorithm can be improved in the computation time by a preprocessing and an elaboration in the region partitioning.

This paper proposes a method for analyzing the transient and steady states of a sine wave oscillator circuit with reactive elements which have large differences in their values. The circuit equation is represented by an autonomous nonlinear differential equation with the values of these elements. First, we describe the method for solving numerically the differential equation regardless of the stiffness by the asymptotic method developed by Krylov, Bogolyubov and Mitropolskiy. Second, we present the method for obtaining solutions of the differential equation with regard to the stiffness by combining the asymptotic method with numerical integration.

The spread spectrum (SS) communication is a communication system which has excellent characteristics against noise and is suited to the code-division multiplex. This paper describes a method which reduces the tracking phase error in DLL due to multipath waves in SS communication system. The method is based on the model with a single multipath wave.

REPLENISHMENT AT SEA - AUTOMATED-SYSTEM

作者： THALER, GJ UHRIN, JJ Dr. George J. Thaler received his B.E. degree (1940) and his Doctor of Engineering degree (1947) from The Johns Hopkins University. From 1947 until 1951 he taught at the University of Notre Dame. Since 1951 he has been with the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School Monterey Calif. where he is now Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering. He has written several books and more than 100 research papers almost all on the subject of Automatic Control and recently coauthored a paper with Lt. E. Romero. Colombian Navy which was published in the February 1979 Naval Engineers Journal. He is a Consultant for IBM a Lecturer at the University of Santa Clara and a registered Professional Engineer in the states of California and Indiana. In addition to ASNE which he joined in 1970 he is a member of Sigma Xi Eta Kappa Nu ASEE and a Fellow of IEEE. USN Lt. John J. Uhrin III USN was born in New Jersey and educated at Villanova University where he was enrolled in the U.S. Naval Reserve Program. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1967 and after several tours of sea duty was ordered to graduate studies at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School Monterey Calif. from which he received his M.S.E.E. degree in 1975 and his E.E. degree in 1976. He is a member of Sigma Xi and IEEE.

The Replenishment At Sea (RAS) maneuver is studied in detail for heading and speed control. Design of purposefully nonlinear laws is accomplshed using the linearized Equations of Motion in three-degrees-of-freedom. Extensive use was made of low order modelling and optimal control theory. The results are verified using simulation for a number of possible RAS scenarios. The control systems were also tested in a simulated Sea State to insure proper operation in the presence of external perturbations.

USN Captain Owen was commissioned in the Navy in 1940 upon graduation from the University of Washington where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. After four years of service afloat during World War II and a brief tour in the Bureau of Naval Personnel he participated in the Navy officers' postgraduate training program. In 1950 he received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry at Cornell University. After a year's work at the University of Amsterdam he was designated as an Engineering Duty Officer. He then returned to the United States for duty in the Naval Sciences Division of the Office of Naval Research. He was then transferred to the Long Beach Naval Shipyard where he served successively as Assistant Repair Superintendent and Production Control Superintendent. At the conclusion of this tour he was assigned to the Bureau of Ships as Head of the Materials Development Branch. He is now Director Applied Science Division of the Bureau. Captain Owen holds the Silver Star Medal Bronze Star Medal the Navy Unit Commendation and other area service awards. He is a member of the American Chemical Society Tau Beta Pi and Sigma Xi. Mr. Alfers graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for several years with the Rural Electrification Administration on operation and maintenance of Rural Electric distribution systems. For the past 18 years he has worked in research and development and standardization of plastic and dielectric materials for the Bureau of Ships. At the present time he is Acting Head of the Section for Polymers Fibers and Packaging of the Material Development Branch. Mr. Alfers recently received a Master's degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University. He has received the Distinguished Civilian Service Award from the Secretary of the Navy and the Executive Award from the Reinforced Plastics Division of the Society of the Plastics Industry.
