His current position is manager of high power microwave and laser applications in the Directed Energy Weapons Division of SpaWar. Mr. Ferreira holds an AA from City College of San Francisco a BS(EE) from the University of Colorado and an MBA from George Mason University. Frederick C. Marcell:is the leader Electro-Optics Systems Space and Defense Systems Group W. J. Schafer Associates (WJSA) Washington Operations. With more than 15 years experience in electro-optic sensors and laser technology development he is responsible for Navy SDIO and other industry programs in the laser radar and electro-optic sensor business areas. He provides scientific engineering and program management support to government and industry in technology assessment and system development programs. 作者: McGowen, M Hillery McGowen:has served as a Senior Physicist at the Coastal Systems Station of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division for over 30 years. He has been responsible for the development of solutions to some of the Navy's most challenging problems in shipboard and shoreside materials handling ship fuel systems and Underway Replenishment (UNREP). Mr. McGowen has led the Navy's Omni-Directional Vehicle (ODV) technology development program for the past fifteen years. Under his leadership Navy ODV technology has advanced to a well understood engineering discipline. Mr. McGowen has been responsible for transferring ODV technology to industry where it will soon be available for a wide range of commercial applications ranging from forklift trucks to wheelchairs and robotic vehicles.
