Sports science is an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary science that strives to increase athletic performance and endurance. Sport science recognizes and prevents injuries. Sensors and statistics formalize Sports science. Runners need coaches and teams to support them before, during, and after the run race. Coaches generate running training plans to boost performance. Running race performances may be impacted by air pollution exposure while training, so coaches should consider limiting air pollution exposure when training. One of the external factors is Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 and PM 10 ). Sensors connecting to the Internet can record external factors and produce csv data. The foundation of supervised machine learning is the labeling process. Labeling a set of data is one of the laborious and time-consuming phases in every machine-learning application because it requires verifying the accuracy of the labels and making any necessary revisions. This research aimed to find a solution to automatically label numerous air particulate matter raw data using a rule based on parameters to reduce manual work, human errors and faster processes. This labeled data will later be used for supervised machine learning classification to support the coach in generating training programs for the runners in a Sports Information System. Based on Indonesia Air Quality index rule-based approach, labeled text data in csv has been generated and tested with PM 2.5 and PM 10 parameters in three scenarios with a 100% success rate. It was possible to automate the labeling process, and it explained how automation results in fast and accurate results.

Fuel additives are recognized for their potential to make diesel engines cleaner and more efficient. However, the use of Pure Palm Oil (PPaO) as a fuel faces challenges due to its inherent combustion inefficiencies. This study explores how Acetylene Black (AB), as an additive, affects the combustion performance and spray characteristics of a diesel engine. Observations of spray phenomena were conducted using a High-Speed Camera Phantom C110. The addition of AB to PPaO resulted in an increase in engine power and torque by 11.43% at a 60% load, averaging a 2.97% improvement over diesel fuel (DF). PPaO demonstrated the most significant improvement in Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC) by 17.2% at a 40% load, averaging an 8.2% increase. For PPaO with AB (PPaOAB), the greatest enhancement in SFC occurred at a 10% load, showing a 9.2% improvement over DF, with an average increase of 2.1%. The study also found that thermal efficiency was optimally enhanced with PPaOAB at a 20% load, achieving a remarkable 17.7% improvement compared to DF. Notably, the inclusion of AB in PPaO significantly improved spray angle and penetration compared to PPaO alone. These findings suggest that AB could be a promising additive for PPaO, sparking further research interest in the application of AB in other fuels. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The translation application was developed using Python and Visual Studio Code as the primary programming environment. Technological progress has led to the younger generation forsaking the Batak language in their daily interactions, perceiving it as inconsequential to their social circle and contributing to the decline of regional languages. There is concern that regional languages, namely the Batak language, may lose significance or face extinction if this trend persists. This translation program is being implemented to aid in preserving regional languages, specifically the Batak language, enabling it to conform to contemporary circumstances. The development of this translation engine utilized the Batak language dictionary. The process of designing, coding, and testing is responsible for creating this direct machine translation. The BLEU score is employed to assess the caliber of machine translation. The study's findings indicate that the % BLEU value for ten sentences was 32.3%. This score falls within the category of sentences whose meaning can be understood, but the sentence structure still needs development. The direct machine translation developed in this Web platform is highly proficient and practical.

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Cu-doped Bi2O3 method for removing antibiotics. Cu at varying concentrations of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% was used to synthesize Bi2O3 material successfully. The optimal results were obtained by adding 4% Cu to the Bi2O3 matrix. Cu-doped Bi2O3 was characterized by an energy band gap of 2.32 eV, a crystal size of 37.04 nm, and α-Bi2O3 and Rouaite phases. Material containing Cu-doped Bi2O3 was used to degrade antibiotics such as amoxicillin (AMX), ciprofloxacin (CIP), and tetracycline (TC). The various removal techniques investigated include adsorption, photolysis, and photocatalysis. The photocatalytic procedure yielded the highest results in terms of degradation efficiency. The removal efficiency of each antibiotic using the photocatalytic method varies, with AMX at 52.06%, CIP at 61.72%, and TC at 69.44%. Cu-doped Bi2O3 degraded TC-type antibiotics more rapidly, with a reaction rate constant of 0.0065 minutes-1, according to the results of the reaction rate constants. The high removal efficiency and rapid reaction rate indicate that Cu-doped Bi2O3 is an effective antibiotic removal agent, especially for tetracycline-type antibiotics. © 2023, The Authors. Full-marathon and Half-marathon distances are categorized as road running. Full-marathon running is becoming increasingly popular, and Half-marathon is increasing worldwide in both sexes and all age groups. Some aspects might relate to Full-marathon and Half-marathon running performance during training and races. Technology also plays an essential role in supporting runners and running races. Technology like artificial intelligence (AI) now supports the running athlete, not only predicting performance and results. It can also be used later to help the coach generate training programs for the athlete. This research aimed to find many aspects of marathons and performance and analyze them to see if artificial intelligence could later support them. It used secondary data and a systematic literature review proposed by Kitchenham. Out of the 58 articles, 21 of them (36.21%) received a score of 1 from Q1. Additionally, 19 articles (32.76%) received a score of 1 from both Q2 and Q3. Among the 58 articles, 9 (15.52%) received a total score of 3, with all three Q1, Q2, and Q3 scores being 1. This indicates that artificial intelligence will likely support the content of these nine articles. Several factors were also discovered to be connected to marathons and athletic performance. These findings suggested that additional investigation into marathons and performance, later backed by artificial intelligence, remained pertinent and essential.

As the number of published scientific articles increases, the analysis of trends and state-of-the-art in software engineering is becoming very time-consuming and laborious task. To address the ever-growing demands for systematic literatures review techniques, rapid review and scoping reviews techniques have emerged. We used an NLP powered tool, which employs the PRISMA surveying methodology, to automate most of the review processes. We used it to automatically review relevant articles indexed in IEEE Xplore, PubMed and Springer digital libraries on the topic “Software Development for Enhanced Living Environments and Ambient Assisted Living”. The relevant articles identified by the NLP toolkit contained up to 21 properties clustered into 3 logical groups. We discovered that Software Development for Enhanced and Assisted living environments attracted an increased attention from the scientific communities over the last 10 years and showed several trends in the specific research topics that fall into this scope. The research uncovered that iterative software methodology had been the most attractive research topic in the field. Despite the enormous empirical evidence on application and success stories of agile development methodologies in many software development engineering, it received a little attention from the scientific community in the software development for Enhanced and Assisted Living Environments. The NLP toolkit identified the most relevant articles that contained the defined properties in the search. Hence, it significantly reduced the manual work, while also generating informative tables, charts and graphs.

Because imitation learning relies on human demonstrations in hard-to-simulate settings, the inclusion of force control in this method has resulted in a shortage of training data, even with a simple change in speed. Although the field of data augmentation has addressed the lack of data, conventional methods of data augmentation for robot manipulation are limited to simulation-based methods or downsampling for position control. This paper proposes a novel method of data augmentation that is applicable to force control and preserves the advantages of real-world datasets. We applied teaching-playback at variable speeds as real-world data augmentation to increase both the quantity and quality of environmental reactions at variable speeds. An experiment was conducted on bilateral control-based imitation learning using a method of imitation learning equipped with position-force control. We evaluated the effect of real-world data augmentation on two tasks, pick-and-place and wiping, at variable speeds, each from two human demonstrations at fixed speed. The results showed a maximum 55% increase in success rate from a simple change in speed of real-world reactions and improved accuracy along the duration/frequency command by gathering environmental reactions at variable speeds. 3D city models are an important cornerstone in the development of digital twin cities, allowing for various analyses and simulations. CityGML, as an open standard for 3D city models, emphasizes five main aspects: scale or level of detail (LoD), semantics, geometry, topology, and appearance. One of the important elements in CityGML 3D city models is representation of vegetation. Vegetation in CityGML, especially individual trees, is still limited in terms of detail and resolution, reducing its effectiveness for specific applications. This paper proposes a graph-based conceptual model for individual trees that conforms to the CityGML v2.0 specification. The model refers to the morphological structure of a tree consisting of roots, trunk, and crown (including branches, twigs, and leaves), and considers the five main aspects of CityGML. By enhancing semantic information and geometric details, the model aims to provide an information-rich and realistic representation of individual trees in a 3D city environment. The 3D tree model created based on this conceptual model may be applicable in the development of digital twin urban forests and virtual forest simulations that utilize immersive technologies such as the metaverse. This research opens up new opportunities in the development of solitary vegetation objects through CityGML ADE by including more detailed semantic and topological information. © Author(s) 2024.

Passenger buses have been one of favorite means of transportation in Indonesia due to its affordability and flexibility. Intensity of human activities during the trip in the buses have a potential of causing indoor air pollution (polusi udara dalam ruang;PUDR). The indoor air pollution has an impact of 1000-time bigger than outdoor air pollution (polusi udara luar ruang;PULR) on lung. This study aimed to find out indoor air pollution rate of non air conditioned buses using an approach to biological agent pollutant source. The study applied an analysis restricted to microorganisms persistence as one of the sources of the indoor air pollution. The media were placed in different parts of the non AC buses. This study revealed that fungs were found in the non AC buses. They became contaminants and developed pathogenic bacteria that caused air pollution. © 2018 The Authors, published by EDP sciences.
