Service systems' business processes show the existence of mutual interaction between users. Running a particular business subdomain requires the role of each user. This role is in line with the concept contained in blockchain-based smart contracts. However, determining the subdomains that require smart contract coding is challenging in developing business processes that will run on the blockchain. We aim to determine the service-oriented business process (in the case of marketplace service) and the subdomain of the business process that requires smart contract coding. This article is essential because it shows how developing IT services without a smart contract differs from developing IT services with a smart contract. The main differences between developing services that need smart contracts and those that do not are that certain process can be run automatically and the record of activity in blockchain cannot be changed by anyone (tamper-proof). We outlined methods for designing marketplace business processes and defined subdomains to be encoded into smart contract code. After reviewing the three marketplace platforms, we determined eight subdomains of the marketplace business process. Two subdomains require smart contract coding from eight, namely the payment and complaint subdomains. © 2022 IEEE.

As bullying rapidly spreads in schools, many parents are becoming increasingly concerned about their children being subjected to bullying by peers, which could negatively impact their physical and mental health. This paper proposes an abusive language detection system that combines Mel-frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) speech features with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Audio files which contain daily abusive phrases in the Minnan dialect are initially preprocesses to eliminate non-speech interference. Subsequently, the MFCC algorithm is applied to extract speech features that closely capture auditory characteristics. The CNN classification model is trained to learn the MFCC features and classify the phrases into their respective categories. Experimental results indicate that the CNN model achieves an average recognition accuracy of 91.9%. Finally, the CNN model was deployed on an embedded platform, where it achieves an average recognition time of 0.54 seconds per phrase and an average recognition accuracy of 86.25%.

The Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation is a work system assessment tool which often used in industrial world. The calculation result in the form of Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) and the Lifting Index (LI) become the basis for improving the work system carried out. RNLE is an application developed by NIOSH and uses American anthropometry as a constant in its calculations. Some researchers, especially in Asia, consider that the application is less suitable for Asia people who have anthropometric differences with Americans. The assessment carried out by the RNLE application is based on work activities carried out without considering the worker's body posture. In particular, the calculate of HM and VM in this application uses a constant related to anthropometry. RNLE uses the constants based on the average anthropometry of workers in calculation. The constant anthropometry used in the equation led to the results of the risk calculation that does not correspond to physical aspects of workers. It takes an equation that consider anthropometry workers to get the calculation of the value of the appropriate work risk. The study aims to propose equations that consider anthropometry factors to calculate the risk factor. The development of the equation with Python programming language allows further development in the field of information and communication technology. The results of the study shows that the average results of the RWL and LI calculation uses anthropometry data not equal to the RNLE, thus required new equation in order to resulting more objective risk value. © 2022 IEEE.

Deeply implanted bioelectronic devices that selectively record and stimulate peripheral nerves have the potential to revolutionize healthcare by delivering on-demand, personalized therapy. A key barrier to this goal is the lack of a miniaturized, robust, and energy-efficient wireless link capable of transmitting data from multiple sensing channels. To address this issue, we present a wireless galvanic impulse link that uses two 500μm diameter planar electrodes on the outside of a nerve cuff to transmit data to a wearable receiver on the skin’s surface at rates greater than 1Mbps. To achieve an energy-efficient, high data rate link, our protocol encodes information in the timing of narrow biphasic pulses that is reconstructed by the wearable receiver. We use a combination of modeling and in vivo and in vitro experimentation to demonstrate the viability of the link. We demonstrate losses lower than 60dB even with significant, 50mm lateral misalignment, ensuring a sufficient signal-to-noise ratio for robust operation. Using a custom, flexible nerve cuff, we demonstrate data transmission in a 14mm-thick rodent animal model and in a 42mm-thick heterogeneous human tissue phantom.

AIS (Automatic Identification System) data is an important data source in the shipping and logistics industry to track and monitor ships in real-time. Extraction of transshipment features from AIS data is essential in understanding the pattern and characteristics of transshipment activity at a particular port or place. This study discusses an efficient AIS data preprocessing framework to prepare the transshipment feature extraction. The preprocessing steps include data collection, data cleansing, trajectory extraction, trajectory cleaning, and overlapping trajectory extraction. One of the crucial approaches used in this study is the application of parallel computing. Parallel computing allows us to execute independent data processing tasks at the same time simultaneously. In AIS data preprocessing, the parallel approach allows us to clean, populate, and process data from many vessels in less time. To test the applicability, we created a final comparison for different types of ships based on its AIS data for Indonesia from November 2022 to April 2023. Using parallel computing to process AIS data makes data processing more efficient, especially for large and complex AIS data. This efficiency accelerates data preparation before transshipment feature extraction. The results show that the framework can accelerate runtime and improve trajectory quality.

This paper proposes a pose estimation system for robot grasping based on a novel Object Affordance Detection and Segmentation (OADS) network. The proposed system consists of four modules: (1) OADS network; (2) point cloud extraction; (3) object pose estimation; (4) grasp pose estimation. Based on the OADS network, the proposed system achieves affordance-based object pose estimation results. The proposed grasp pose estimation system is evaluated on a laboratory-made dual-arm robot. Experimental results show that the proposed system achieves high detection rate and high accuracy in affordance detection and segmentation tasks, leading to a high success rate in object grasping tasks with lab-made dual-arm robot.

The green transition has brought about a worldwide-shift to the use of renewables as alternative energy sources. Because of this, high voltage DC has been a field of interest in power electronics due to its capability in efficiently transmitting power to reach remote areas. Typical DC-DC electronic power converter design has the capability of boosting voltage level to a certain extent but not enough for high-voltage applications. Using the DMAIC Approach of the Six Sigma, quality improvements in the design was proposed to stabilize operating frequency, bring up the output voltage from 100 VDC to 4,000 VDC and provide at least 10% margin of error in the apparent power measured at the output side to offset inherent losses in the electrical design. These proposed quality improvements were sustained by designing a control circuit that would ensure the attainment of the parameters set in the Define Phase of the DMAIC Approach. The result of the study is a practical 12 VDC to 4,000 VDC boost converter design that has incorporated all the proposed quality improvements. © 2022 IEEE.

Misdelivery in logistic services leads to increased costs and degradation of packages. For deliveries using trucks, erroneous deliveries are prevented by checking identification numbers on packages as the packages pass through delivery points. In recent years, it has become possible to monitor real-time location by attaching GPS receivers to packages, but few concrete efforts have been made to detect anomalies using truck transport data. This study introduces a basic framework for the detection of misdeliveries and a summary of the problems in actual truck misdelivery using special medical supply delivery data provided by a major Japanese logistics company. It is shown that the system can detect erroneous deliveries with high accuracy, even for actual delivery data with coarse resolution owing to the cost of installing the equipment. This study has the potential not only to improve logistics and reduce costs, but also to solve various social problems such as driver shortages. © 2023 IEEE.

Ground Water Irrigation Network (GWIN) make a major contribution to agricultural production in karst mountainous areas, especially in the dry season. A performance index model would be developed to measure the level of success in developing groundwater irrigation systems. Performance evaluation of groundwater irrigation systems was a value called the Groundwater Irrigation Performance Index. This study aims to obtain determinants of the parameters of the index performance of groundwater irrigation that based on technical and non-technical aspects by analyzing the variables that give effect to the both aspects. Technical variables were physical infrastructure, supporting facilities, geological conditions, vegetation conditions, water recharge area conditions, direction of spatial planning, documentation, and crop productivity. Non-technical aspects were personnel organizations, P3A (Association of Water User Farmers'), and economic-socio-cultural. The locus of research was in the Karst Mountains area of Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta. The method used in collecting data was direct measurement of site visit and secondary data from the field. The non-technical aspects of using questionnaire data as qualitative data were converted into quantitative data. Smart Partial Least Squares was used for filtering variables. GRG-Generalized Reduced Gradient method was used to solve the non-linear equation with the objective-objective assumption and constraints. The model calibration test was calibrated and simulated on the parameters used. The results were a performance index model to measure the level of success in developing groundwater irrigation systems. The performance index evaluation of the developed groundwater irrigation system was an accumulation of technical indexes and non-technical indices involving influential variables. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This article describes the AES encryption and decryption process without using lookup tables in the MixColumns transformation. The encryption process consists of transforming subbytes, shiftrows, mixcolumns and addroundkey. The process was carried out for 10 rounds, but in round 10 the mixcolumns transformation was not carried out. The decryption process consists of inverse mixcolumns, inverse shiftrows, inverse subbytes and addroundkey. In this study, the AES encryption and decryption process was carried out using two methods, namely based on the lookup table and without using the lookup table on the MC/IMC transformation. The method in this article is applied to Matlab software. The experimental results show that the encryption and decryption process using a lookup table is slower than the method without a lookup table. The encryption process without a lookup table on the MC transformation takes 0.091 seconds while using a lookup table takes 0.399 seconds. The decryption process without a lookup table on the IMC transformation takes 0.149 seconds while using a lookup table takes 0.206 seconds. © 2021 IEEE.
