A two-dimensional (i.e. time and use) maintenance service contract involving three parties i.e. manufacturer, agent and consumer are considered in this paper. The contract period by the manufacturer/agent begins since the warranty expires (W) until the lifetime of the equipment expires (L). The use of equipment by consumer is modeled with accelerated failure time (AFT) model. AFT model specifies the limit value of permitted equipment usage (Ul ). The contract time is limited to t = L, but equipment usage may exceed U l . High use of equipment will increase consumer revenue. However, the consumer will incur additional costs paid to the manufacturer/agent if the use of equipment exceeds U l . Therefore, consumers will seek the optimum value of use (U) that maximizes the profits. As with consumer, manufacturer and agent also want to maximize their profits. Decision problems in maintenance service contracts involving the three parties will be resolved consider the interaction of the manufacturer and the agent in carrying out maintenance action. One level optimization used if the manufacturer and agent compete with each other. However, if the manufacturer and agent interact in a cooperation, then optimization of the decision model becomes more difficult and should be done with bilevel optimization.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of direct and indirect implementation of Green Supply-Chain management (GSCM) on the Performance Marketing and Competitiveness Mediation Paper Company in West Java province. Object This research is the paper company that existed in West Java Province, which amounts to 30 companies as well as a sample of research, while variables studied are Variable Green Supply- Chain management, Company Competitiveness Variable and Variable of Paper Marketing Industry Performance in West Java Province. The method used SEM with Variance Based or Component Based with Software used is SmartPLS 3.0. On this research are identified that no effect of Competitiveness on Marketing Performance in Paper Companies in West Java Province.

Economic growth arises fast in Taiwan because of the rapid development of industry, and many problems of environmental pollutions occur consequently. Wastewater and polluted water are the major pollutants occurred in the environment. As the result, plenty of researches related to wastewater reduction and treatment are developed to resolve the problem of wastewater production. The problem of wastewater production has been reduced after wastewater treatment tests have been used. However, the production of sludge increases accompanying with the volume of wastewater treatment, which causes numerous costs generated for dealing with sludge treatment. In general, successful technics involved in industrial sludge reduction are divided into five methods, including physical, chemical, biological, sludge hydrolysis, and a combination of the above methods. This study developed a method for sludge reduction by using ultrasonic technic with low consumed energy, combined with biotreatment (active sludge process) to conduct tests of organic sludge reduction in one industrial area of Taiwan. There is no use of chemicals on tests of organic sludge reduction, which resulted in no second pollutants generated by the application of ultrasonic technic, and organic sludges can be reduced. The results of the pilot and laboratory tests showed above 40% of sludge reduction, and this method was available to apply on the real filed operation.

Typical of many cases of technology diffusion and implementation, machine tool automation has stimulated debate about the relative influence of social and technological factors. It is argued that reconciliation of these views requires (a) a realistic model of the firm in its environmental and managerial contexts, (b) a conceptual framework that incorporates technological, economic, political and symbolic forces in the processes of diffusion and implementation, and (c) a heuristic strategy that allows these forces to play relatively more and less important roles depending on the time-span and level of aggregation of analysis. Examination of the case of machine tool automation suggests that while social forces may play a central role in the analysis of specific plants, technology and economics assume relatively greater importance in the analysis of aggregate patterns and trends.
