This study proposes an approach to improve sales forecasting accuracy by integrating System Dynamics (SD) modeling with the Random Forest (RF) algorithm. The combination of these two methods offers a promising way to make sales predictions more reliable, especially in uncertain market conditions. Using SD principles within the RF algorithm helps us simulate expected sales growth, gain insights into market dynamics, and make our forecasting model more understandable to stakeholders. This study using synthetic sales data shows that the integrated approach is offered as an open idea and customizable, particularly in scenarios with dynamic growth patterns and feedback effects. © 2024 IEEE.

With increasingly sophisticated global manufacturing technology and fierce competition in the international market, the automobile manufacturing industry has entered the stage of internationalization. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate and change, improve production technology continuously, strengthen physical fitness, and maintain competitiveness to survive in the rapidly changing market. Lean management (LM) and automation equipment are important methods to achieve the above goals. Among them, the use of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) has become a crucial equipment in the industry that many manufacturers have widely used. AGVs are unmanned vehicles that can travel according to a program or a predetermined path. AGVs can replace the original logistics, shortens the handling time greatly, and enhances the competitiveness of *** research focuses on the introduction of LM in an automobile oil seal manufacturing industry in Taiwan and focuses on improving logistics efficiency. It uses Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to discuss the logistics problems existing on the production line and proposes specific improvement plans. This study aims to improve logistics efficiency using AGVs and logistics improvement based on its cooperation with Jidoka. This study proposes a new route transportation method, which uses multiple AGVs to perform transportation tasks at the same time, combined with Karakuri's base-running path transportation mode of multi-functional *** results include (1) proposing a new route transportation method, AGVs combined with Karakuri's running route transportation mode;(2) saving two full-time logistics manpower;and (3) increasing the Cycle Time (CT) to within 5 minutes. © 2022 IEEE.

Recently, a modified data hiding scheme based on pixel value differencing and improving exploiting modification directions is proposed by Shen and Huang. There are two major contributions in this scheme. One is to enhance the embedding rate and good embedding capacity and the other is an optimization problem used to solve the overflow/ underflow problem. In fact, they propose the similar brute force method to solve overflow/underflow problem in their proposed scheme. To overcome the overflow/underflow problem exactly, we will propose the close form to solve this problem in this paper. Then, an improvement data hiding scheme based on FFEMD (Formula Fully Exploiting Modification Directions) and pixel value differencing method is proposed. According to our analysis, it is not only to keep the advantages of Shen-Huang scheme but also to use the close form to solve the overflow/ underflow problem. © 2016 IEEE.

To generate a research overview of digital banking, we did a bibliometric analysis. In our bibliometric analysis, we identified 2475 papers about digital banking that were published in the previous 10 years (2013-2023) from 1492 different sources under the direction of 6777 academics. The bibliographic information was gathered using the Scopus database. The dataset was examined using the bibliometric R program Biblioshiny. The number of digital banking research publications published each year, the most relevant author, the most cited articles, thematic maps, and trending topics are all listed. A keyword analysis showed that "blockchain", "security", "digital banking", and "digital storage" appeared most often. The research results will be significant to scholars, researchers, and policymakers in banking, as the study showed the roadmap and pathways to scientifically understanding current and future research trends. © 2023 The Authors. Prevalence and Socioeconomic Determinants of Tuberculosis Among Children in Indonesia: Findings from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey

Background Children and adolescents are a high-risk population for tuberculosis (TB) infection. This study aims to analyze the prevalence of tuberculosis among children and its socioeconomic determinants in Indonesia. Methods This research analyzes data from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (IHS). The sample includes 239,353 children aged 0-14 years and 239,339 heads of households across Indonesia. The data were analyzed using logistic regression. Results The 2023 findings eveal that TB prevalence among children in Indonesia ranges from <80 to >699 per 100,000 population, with an overall rate of 241 per 100,000 and the highest prevalence in South Papua. Children aged 5-14 years (aOR 1.961, CI 1.592 – 2.415), females (aOR 1.558, CI 1.317 – 1.844), and those in rural areas (aOR 1.260 CI 1.033 – 1.538) face higher risks. Higher TB risk is associated with household head’s having senior high school (aOR 1.871), junior high school (aOR 1.644), or elementary school (aOR 1.377) compared to university education. Employment of household heads in roles such as self-employed (aOR 2.689), civil servants (aOR 2.712), farmers/laborers (aOR 1.965), private employees (aOR 1.830), and other jobs (aOR 1.732) increases risk compared to unemployment. Economi status also infuences risk: poorer (aOR 1.832), middle (aOR 1.707), poorest (aOR 1.277) and richer (cOR 1.124) compared to richest. Conclusion The research concluded that there is a relationship between age, gender, place of residence, head of household education and occupation, and economic status with tuberculosis among children in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to guide the implementation of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 37301:2021 on Compliance management System (CMS) effectively through compliance contract management to improve the product quality of an Indonesian manufacture-company for achieving its consumer/customer's satisfaction. Compliance to contractual requirements to achieve customer satisfaction should not only rely per se on the contract requirements as stated in the contract, but also consider customer's concerns on product quality. It has become the finding of this academic research that by integrating the Kano Model into contractual compliance management in the Company, the Company's product quality improved and attracted its customer. Such improvement is resulted from the ability of the Company in its CMS strategy by interpreting the provisions of the contract within the perspective of Kano's satisfaction quadrants.

The Thai life insurance market: Effects of country of origin perceptions on consumer expectations

Little research has been done on partitioned country of origin effects on consumer expectations about services. This study investigates the hierarchy of country image associated with service expectations about life insurance across different dimensions of country of origin: service brand, country of design and country of sales rep. Three service descriptors (quality, reliability, pride of buying) are used to measure consumer expectations. Also, the price–quality relationship is demonstrated; country image affects the prices that consumers are willing to pay. In the case of life insurance, Thai consumers perceive a similar hierarchy in each of the three dimensions, as has been demonstrated for many products. Developed countries elicit the highest quality expectation, followed by new industrialising countries (NICs), and then by developing countries. Thailand itself, however, scores higher than might be expected, demonstrating consumer ethnocentrism. Price expectations follow expectations about dimensions. Life insurance from countries that score higher is expected to cost more.

Deep gaining knowledge is a synthetic intelligence approach used to recognize complex facts. It uses many facts to recognize the complicated relationships between various factors. With deep learning, models can be built which might be capable of understanding the complicated patterns within big datasets. In this paper, we can explore using deep mastering in regression and type tasks on large datasets. In particular, we can use deep learning strategies to build a regression model that predicts a target value primarily based on the functions in a massive dataset and a classification version that can classify an object into one of the many classes of an extensive dataset. We can then discuss the overall performance of the fashions in comparison to standard models and talk about capability areas for development. Moreover, we will analyze the scalability of deep mastering strategies used on large datasets and discuss exceptional practices for building deep mastering fashions on massive datasets. Finally, we will summarize our findings and offer our conclusions approximately the use of deep studying in regression and type obligations on large datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

In this article, we investigate the joint estimation of range and velocity of targets using a wideband frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar in the presence of range-Doppler coupling. To mitigate the effects of range-Doppler coupling, we propose a phase compensation framework based on a decoupled matrix atomic norm minimization (DANM). Subsequently, we propose a concave log-det heuristic to bridge the gap between atomic 0-norm and atomic 1-norm. To enhance the resolution, we use the proposed heuristic to formulate a reweighted decoupled 2-D matrix atomic norm (RMAN) minimization scheme and propose a semidefinite programming (SDP) solution for RMAN to decouple range and Doppler frequencies. Furthermore, we propose a novel RMAN-based approach for joint estimation of range and velocity of targets. The proposed algorithm is a gridless method that achieves resolution beyond the Rayleigh resolution limit and outperforms the conventional Fourier transform-based method in terms of estimation accuracy and root-mean-square error (RMSE), which converges to the derived Cramér-Rao lower bound (CRLB) as the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) increases. The super-resolution ability of the proposed method is validated through extensive simulations under different scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.
