The educational development in the sector of science and technology is needed to anticipate technological advances in the challenges and changes of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The society of education must prepare its students to be able to follow these challenges and changes by using a learning process that uses robots or what is known as educational Robotics (ER). The objectives of this study are to identify what kinds of skills can be trained in the learning process using ER and to evaluate what types of robots can be applied to the learning process in the sector of science and technology. The research method is the Comprehensive Literature Review that has three phases that are 1) exploring phase, 2) interpretation phase, 3) communication phase. The research results showed that ER can be used for the learning process in developing the skills needed by science and technology education. The type of robot that can support the ability of students' skills is an assembled robot type that must be composed at the beginning to learn a robot by the students. Meanwhile, the built-in robot type is more limited in its usefulness for the teaching-learning process because it is more specific. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the human development index or the so-called HDI. To find out the factors that affect the human development index. The Human Development Index is one indicator of the creation of development that is able to encourage economic growth. To measure the quality of human capital, the United Nations Development program (UNDP) introduced the concept of the quality of human capital which was named the Human Development Index or the Human Development Index (IPM). The human development index (HDI) is a strategic indicator that is widely used to see the efforts and performance of development programs as a whole in an area. In this case, HDI is considered as an illustration of the results of development programs that have been carried out several years earlier. Likewise, the progress of development programs in a period can be measured and indicated by the HDI at the beginning and end of the period. HDI is a measure to see the impact of regional development performance which has a very broad dimension, because it shows the quality of the population of an area in terms of life expectancy, intellectuality and decent living standards. The Human Development Index is one indicator of the creation of development that is able to encourage economic growth. To measure the quality of human capital, the United Nations Development program (UNDP) introduced the concept of the quality of human capital which was named the Human Development Index or the Human Development Index (IPM). The HDI provides a combined three-dimensional measure of human development, namely the health dimension measured by life expectancy, the education dimension measured by the level of adult literacy and average length of schooling and the purchasing power dimension which has a decent standard of living measured by purchasing power parity.

This paper aims to examine the potential of natural coco fibre to be utilized as a wall covering in building construction for sun radiation protection. Engineering innovation in building construction to control the building's temperature is important. Lowering the building's room temperature can be carried out by modifying the wall construction materials. Thus, the usage of an air conditioner which is not environmentally friendly can be reduced. The wall modification can give more protection and dampen the sun's heat, hence the thermal comfort can be obtained. Natural materials, moreover, can be used in the wall modification to reduce the room temperature. In this study, a comparative analysis was carried out between two materials: (1) the coco fibre coated with cement mixture;(2) the mixture of cement and sand, both were used as materials to plaster the wall. The cement mixture acted to bind the compacted coco fibre sheets. The material was evaluated after the cement mixture had been hardened. The test was carried out by providing heat on one side and measuring the temperature on the other side of the material. The results were significant between the two materials. This indicates the potential of coco fibre as a heat insulation in the wall construction materials that can minimize solar thermal radiation into the room. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

technology integration has been applied in the industrial world for the production process, distribution, employment to worker training. The training in vocational education is expected to facilitate every learning with various technological transformations that develop. Engineering Mathematics and Engineering Physics are lessons that must be given to vocational students as a vocational basis. This study aims to explore the impact of using technology in vocational learning. This study uses qualitative research methods, with an emic approach. The theories used are: (1) Critical Theory from Max Horkheimer and Theodor W. Adorno regarding assumptions; (2) technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory regarding perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use; and (3) the concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s teachings about “ngerti”, “ngroso” and “nglakoni". The results of this study are: (1) the integration of technology provides benefits to student learning activities seen from the critical theory that learning theory is not boring so that students become more active to take part in learning engineering mathematics and engineering physics; (2) the integration of technology in learning provides positive emotions for students in terms of the perceived benefits and perceived ease of use both from the software and hardware devices they have to solve problems in engineering mathematics and engineering physics; (3) technology integration benefits students’ curiosity about "ngerti", "ngroso" and "nglakoni" according to the concept of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s teachings seen from seeing the lecturer in explaining the material, demonstrating software and hardware devices, viewing, remember and mark, and imitate implementation in everyday life.

Digital Dictionary of Computer and Network Engineering can be used in the learning process of computer and nerwork enginering students. Dictionaries are generally book-shaped is hard to carry because of their thick and heavy, now can be accessed anywhere by development of web technology. Digital dictionaries can be accessed through computers, laptops dan cellphones, this is make student easily in learning process. The digital dictionary can not only be used by students of computer and network engineering, but can also by general public, as long as you have an internet connection, anyone can be use this digital dictionaries. The main process in this digital dictionary is the search process. Binary search algorithm used in the search process of binary search algoritm. Binary search algoritm search is applied to word search in this digital dictionary, because this algoritm is intended for sequintal data. program language that will be used to build this digital dictionary is PHP and MySQL. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Consumer purchasing patterns are a form of purchases made by consumers, whether someone or a lot of people to get the desired item by making a purchase transaction. One characteristic of the purchase pattern is the existence of acquiring something through exchanging money. This study aims to create an application that is used in determining consumer purchasing patterns by applying a priori algorithms and using Visual Basic 2010 as a tool for determining consumer purchase patterns. This application uses a priori algorithm calculation method where the sample consumer purchase data will be sorted and calculated by providing the value of the minium support and configuration parameters and based on the results of confidence the largest number of conclusions such as: can be used as information for determining sales, the application of a priori algorithms can provide information pattern combination item set from consumer purchase data that is with support above 15% and confidence above 50% on item set. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
