Knowledge resource and information system/technology (IS/IT) capability have been considered to improve firm performance, however there is still a gap regarding the sustainability of supply chain to face and recover from disruption (e.g., COVID-19). In 2018, around 22,000 people were killed in road accidents in Thailand and more than 80% of road accidents involved motorcycles. There are several reasons and one of them is motorcycles driving in the wrong direction. Our paper proposes a system for road surveillance to detect and track moving vehicle's direction on two-way traffic roads from CCTV viewpoint using deep learning where the roadside noise is filtered out. The system can determine whether the vehicles drive in the correct direction in their lane. In this case, we will focus on motorcycles. To set up the system, there are two main steps: draw the area of interest and validate the correct direction. In the direction validation process, we detect and track vehicles by using YOLOv4-tiny and Deep SORT tracking algorithm. The system returns a satisfactory and accurate result for detecting direction without noise, such as moving objects on the sidewalk or moving vehicles in an unwanted area. © 2021 IEEE.

In this research, the system that detects administrative behavior, credit card and developing corruption from credit cards through LINE applications. The objective of this research 1) To develop a risk notification system or suspect to be corruption of credit cards through the connection channels of LINE application 2) to measure the accuracy of the system developed. As for the notification to prevent the risk of credit card corruption The research methods are divided into 5 steps, namely Step 1, Step System analysis. Is a study and analysis to determine the needs of steps 2 steps, system design Is the process of designing tools used in research. Step 3 System development Is the process of developing the tools used in research. Step 4, the process of testing and correcting the system. Is the process of testing the tools used in research. Step 5 Summary Discuss results and suggestions. The research results are summarized as follows The results of the measurement and completeness of the data are very good as 86.67 percent. The results of the measurement of the correct conditions are as good as 80 percent and the performance measurement of time is in The criteria is as good as 86.67 percent. In conclusion, the corruption system from credit cards through the application alert. LINE can be used appropriately.

The purpose of this research was to develop a power consumer service support system, a case study of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Chumphon Province. By applying the ITIL version 3 operating framework to be applied in conjunction with the geographic information system, the efficiency of the application of the geographic information system was assessed, the quality of the system was assessed by experts and the satisfaction of general users was assessed. This system was developed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of electricity consumer services. receive follow-up notifications request for service and service complaints Able to display statistical reports in geographic information formats resulting in standardized customer service management. Evaluation results of the efficiency of the system in finding and displaying the coordinates of service locations have an average overall efficiency of F-Measure of 92 percent and the quality assessment of experts at a good level with an average of 4.17 deviations. The standard was 0.51 and the satisfaction assessment results of general users were at a good level with an average of 4.35 and a standard deviation of 0.42 from both groups of assessors. It can be concluded that the developed system can be applied to real work efficiently and effectively

Based on the policy of independent study and independent campus, where students can participate in part of the study period and load from within the campus, as well as others outside the campus, so that they can complete all periods and study loads as needed qualification is determined by the study program conducted through assessors. and this requires a variety of processes and takes a lot of time. For this reason, an alternative technique is needed to conduct an automatic Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment through the application of a recommendation system. The purpose of this research is to find out how the recommendation system approach is used to predict RPL assessments and provide support for curriculum development in tertiary institutions that can meet the learning needs of the digital community. This study has succeeded in classifying learning outcomes based on independent assessment data of prospective students and can provide recommendations for curriculum development in colleges that organize online learning. This study proves that the use of a recommendation system using deep learning in the RPL assessment has an accuracy (97, 24%) and is relatively the same as the assessor's assessment. © 2021 IEEE.

Generative Adversarial Networks can generate deceptive portraits of people who do not exist. The misuse of this technology leads to severe security issues such as fake identities and credentials. Since 2017, many works on Deep Learning have focused on detecting GAN synthesized images to prevent the threat against credibility in media. In this work, the authors propose a lightweight VGG-like model to detect state-of-the-art StyleGAN generated portraits. The authors also adopt EfficientNet-B0 to train a classifier on the same StyleGAN architecture. The VGG-like model and EfficientNet-based model achieve 98.9% and 100%, respectively, on the StyleGAN dataset published by Nvidia in 2019. Both models show the potential in generalizing to other GAN architectures and synthetic technologies. © 2020 IEEE.

Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) Services have significant potential in digital content creation. The distinctive abilities of AIGC, such as content generation based on minimal input, hold huge potential, especially when integrating with semantic communication (SemCom). In this paper, a novel comprehensive conceptual model for the integration of AIGC and SemCom is developed. Particularly, a content generation level is introduced on top of the semantic level that provides a clear outline of how AIGC and SemCom interact with each other to produce meaningful and effective content. Moreover, a novel framework that employs AIGC technology is proposed as an encoder and decoder for semantic information, considering the joint optimization of semantic extraction and evaluation metrics tailored to AIGC services. The framework can adapt to different types of content generated, the required quality and the semantic information utilized. By employing a Deep Q Network (DQN), a case study is presented that provides useful insights into the feasibility of the optimization problem and its convergence characteristics. © 2023, CC BY.

In the digital transformation era, Metaverse offers a fusion of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and web technologies to create immersive digital experiences. However, the evolution of the Metaverse is slowed down by the challenges of content creation, scalability, and dynamic user interaction. Our study investigates an integration of Mixture of Experts (MoE) models with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) for mobile edge computing to revolutionize content creation and interaction in the Metaverse. Specifically, we harness an MoE model's ability to efficiently manage complex data and complex tasks by dynamically selecting the most relevant experts running various sub-models to enhance the capabilities of GAI. We then present a novel framework that improves video content generation quality and consistency, and demonstrate its application through case studies. Our findings underscore the efficacy of MoE and GAI integration to redefine virtual experiences by offering a scalable, efficient pathway to harvest the Metaverse's full potential. © 2024, CC BY.
