6G networks require ultra-low latency and intelligent resource management in IoT environments. Compute-First Networking (CFN), integrating distributed computing and edge caching, addresses backhaul congestion. This paper proposes CaRL, a DRL-based caching framework using TD3 algorithm. CaRL optimizes cache placement at edge nodes by incorporating real-time network state, content popularity, and resource utilization. Simulations show CaRL improves cache hit ratio, reduces latency, and enhances bandwidth efficiency, and ensures secure caching decisions under dynamic network conditions. Unlike existing methods, CaRL adapts to dynamic network conditions by integrating latency, CPU, and memory metrics, demonstrating scalability and adaptability in CFN-driven 6G environments. © 1975-2011 IEEE.

Blockchain technologies are sweeping the globe. Cloud computing & secure data sharing have emerged as new technologies, owing to current advances in machine learning. Conventional machine learning algorithms need the collection & processing of training information on centralized systems. With the introduction of new decentralized machine learning algorithms & cloud computing, ML on-device information learning is now a reality. IoT gadgets may outsource training duties to cloud computing services to enable AI at the network’s perimeter. Furthermore, these dispersed edges intelligence architectures bring additional issues, also including consumer confidentiality & information safety. Blockchain has been proposed as a viable alternative to these issues. Blockchain, as a dispersed intelligent database, has evolved as a revolutionary innovation for the future phase of multiple industries’ uses due to its decentralized, accessible, & safe structure. This system also includes trustworthy automatic scripting running & unchangeable information recordings. As quantum technologies have proven more viable in the latest days, blockchain has faced prospective challenges from quantum computations. In this paper, we summarize the existing material in the study fields of blockchain-based cloud computing, machine learning, and secure data sharing, as well as a basic orientation to post-quantum blockchain to offer a summary of the existing state-of-the-art in these cutting-edge innovations.

Speech synthesis systems are now getting smarter and more natural thanks to the power of deep neural networks. However, each language has a different phonological and contextual characteristics, we have conducted experiments, statistics, and applied Vietnamese phonetics to improve speech synthesis systems based on Tacotron2 neural networks. Our methods achieve the accuracy of 97% in text normalization task, and the synthesized speeches with a MOS score of 3.97, asymptotic to 4.43 of the voices that are directly recorded. We also provide a library for standardizing Vietnamese text called Vinorm and a package that converts text into a phonetic format called Viphoneme, which is used as an input for end-to-end neural networks, make the synthesis process faster, more intelligent and natural than using character inputs. © 2020 IEEE.

Recognizing the tremendous improvements that the integration of generative AI can bring to intelligent transportation systems, this article explores the integration of generative AI technologies in vehicular networks, focusing on their potential applications and challenges. Generative AI, with its capabilities of generating realistic data and facilitating advanced decision-making processes, enhances various applications when combined with vehicular networks, such as navigation optimization, traffic prediction, data generation, and evaluation. Despite these promising applications, the integration of generative AI with vehicular networks faces several challenges, such as real-time data processing and decision-making, adapting to dynamic and unpredictable environments, as well as privacy and security concerns. To address these challenges, we propose a multi-modality semantic-aware framework to enhance the service quality of generative AI. By leveraging multi-modal and semantic communication technologies, the framework enables the use of text and image data for creating multi-modal content, providing more reliable guidance to receiving vehicles and ultimately improving system usability and efficiency. To further improve the reliability and efficiency of information transmission and reconstruction within the framework, taking generative AI-enabled vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) as a case study, a deep reinforcement learning (DRL)-based approach is proposed for resource allocation. Finally, we discuss potential research directions and anticipated advancements in the field of generative AI-enabled vehicular networks. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The time needed to apply a hierarchical clustering algorithm is most often dominated by the number of computations of a pairwise dissimilarity measure. Such a constraint, for larger data sets, puts at a disadvantage the use of all the classical linkage criteria but the single linkage one. However, it is known that the single linkage clustering algorithm is very sensitive to outliers, produces highly skewed dendrograms, and therefore usually does not reflect the true underlying data structure - unless the clusters are well-separated. To overcome its limitations, we propose a new hierarchical clustering linkage criterion called Genie. Namely, our algorithm links two clusters in such a way that a chosen economic inequity measure (e.g., the Gini- or Bonferroni-index) of the cluster sizes does not increase drastically above a given threshold. The presented benchmarks indicate a high practical usefulness of the introduced method: it most often outperforms the Ward or average linkage in terms of the clustering quality while retaining the single linkage speed. The Genie algorithm is easily parallelizable and thus may be run on multiple threads to speed up its execution further on. Its memory overhead is small: there is no need to precompute the complete distance matrix to perform the computations in order to obtain a desired clustering. It can be applied on arbitrary spaces equipped with a dissimilarity measure, e.g., on real vectors, DNA or protein sequences, images, rankings, informetric data, etc. A reference implementation of the algorithm has been included in the open source genie package for R. A characteristic mode (CM) method that relies on a global multi-trace formulation (MTF) of surface integral equations is proposed to compute the modes and the resonance frequencies of microstrip patch antennas with finite dielectric substrates and ground planes. Compared to the coupled formulation of electric field and Poggio-Miller-Chang-Harrington-Wu-Tsai integral equations, global MTF allows for more direct implementation of a sub-structure CM method. This is achieved by representing the coupling of the electromagnetic fields on the substrate and ground plane in the form of a numerical Green function matrix, which yields a more compact generalized eigenvalue equation. The resulting sub-structure CM method avoids the cumbersome computation of the multilayered medium Green function (unlike the CM methods that rely on mixed-potential integral equations) and the volumetric discretization of the substrate (unlike the CM methods that rely on volume-surface integral equations), and numerical results show that it is a reliable and accurate approach to predicting the modal behavior of electromagnetic fields on practical microstrip antennas. ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. It is an information system that is all rolled into one, is very flexible and adaptable, and optimizes business operations while also centralizing all of the company's data. This study aims to empirically investigate the elements that affect users' intention and usage of enterprise resource planning (ERP). This research incorporates self-efficacy into the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). A quantitative technique was taken, and as a result, 143 replies that might be used were effectively collected. After that, the information was put through a structural equation modelling partial least square (SEM-PLS) analysis. According to the findings of this research, self-efficacy appears to have a significant influence on all endogenous variables (EE, BI, and UB), as indicated by t-values of 3.951, 7.573, and 5.492, respectively. In addition, the analysis also indicated that PE (4.317), EE (2.397), and HM (3.084) are likewise statistically and substantively significant to BI. The result shows that the R2 for BI and UB indicate a moderate impact of 0.603 and 0.521, respectively. It is suggested that the model has valuable applications in academic and real-world contexts.

Magic is a property of quantum states that enables universal fault-tolerant quantum computing using simple sets of gate operations. Understanding the mechanisms by which magic is created or destroyed is, therefore, a crucial step towards efficient and practical fault-tolerant computation. We observe that a random stabilizer code subject to coherent errors exhibits a phase transition in magic, which we characterize through analytic, numeric and experimental probes. Below a critical error rate, stabilizer syndrome measurements remove the accumulated magic in the circuit, effectively protecting against coherent errors;above the critical error rate syndrome measurements concentrate magic. A better understanding of such rich behavior in the resource theory of magic could shed more light on origins of quantum speedup and pave pathways for more efficient magic state generation. © 2023, CC BY.
